Allow Team Admins to View All Opportunities
Hello! We are a growing team and we have run into the issue of our DOO not being able to see all of the Team's opportunities; only the rainmaker can. The only way for them to see the opportunities is if they are assigned to him which seems a bit of a hassle. We don't want to add him as another Rainmaker in Command Teams as that would mess up our reporting.

Add a filter to list Opportunities of Assigned agents that left a team
In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.

Customize Default Rainmaker on Team Sites
Under the Organization Site in the Agent or Rainmaker section on Team Sites, I would love to see where you can add either multiple IDs or leave it blank. Agents that are husband/wife teams or 2 solo agents but combined as a team want to have a Team Website but for the Rainmaker contact information have it set to where it shows both agents name instead of just one or the other and there is currently no option to do that.

API Endpoint for Retrieving Contacts in KW Command
Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.

Provide the ability to export lists of unsubscribed and undeliverables
It would be so nice to be able to download a csv of:
- Those who have unsubscribed
- Those emails that can't be delivered
The format in the Reports (Email) section is not terribly helpful/useful.

Inputting Interactions:
In CommandMC, inputting Interaction: Call - there's options to indicate: no answer, answered, etc... yet in associates Command: those features are not there.

error log
Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.
Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.
This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.
Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.

Default signature needed in email from contact module
It's fantastic that we can manage a number of signatures in the email module within contacts! But we need to be able to select a default one that automatically inserts into our emails. For every email we send right now, we have an extra two clicks to click on the add signature button, then click on the signature.
