Proposal for Native WhatsApp Integration in KW Command
Context:
Market Reality: Unlike the US market, which relies heavily on Email and SMS, the Brazilian real estate market operates almost exclusively via WhatsApp (99% adoption rate).
Current Workflow: Agents currently face operational friction, as they must leave the Command platform and manually save phone numbers to initiate contact. This delay negatively impacts lead response time.

Last Contact Type
Under the Contact Name, Command shows "Last contact on..."
What it fails to specify is what the contact was - phone call, email, text, etc.Knowing the type of contact the last contact was helps in determining priority of calls and who has been called or only emailed.

Track Referrals in Opportunities
Allow agents to easily tracker referral information in Opportunities so that they can easily submit the commission information for referral agents.

Create a date field in Opportunities for "Cleaning Date". We would like to be able to set this date in the opportunity key dates section.

Right click on email in Contact record, to copy (paste) email address
In a Contact record that has a saved email address, when I right click on the email address hyperlink, there is no option to click "copy email address". This is a feature in many applications. It would be helpful to quickly copy from this Contact view screen instead of having to click Edit contact to then copy. This new option would save a step.

This is a key way to stay in touch with our past clients and future clients need to be able to input new subdivisions. .........Per KW Our developers are aware this data is now becoming outdated and they are investigating ways to accurate acquire neighborhood information from other data providers.

Customizing Location on Agent Website
Agent Hailee Fliam reported that her website is displaying location information for Lincoln, but she wants it to show Omaha, as her office is based in Omaha while her broker is located in Lincoln. Currently, this information is not customizable because it is pulled from the core data of the agent's profile and defaults to the first associated Market Center.

Go back to the original Command pain. The new window pain is not useful and just requires extra clicks to to collapse the panel.

Ability to select a preferred Keller Home Loans loan officer for KW agent sites and app
Currently, when an agent enables Keller Home Loans (KHL) on their KW website or mobile app, the leads generated through the “Save Thousands” / KHL promotion are routed to the generic KHL site and then assigned to loan officers outside of the agent’s control. This creates two major issues:
The lead originated from the agent’s KW site but is assigned to another loan officer, causing the agent to lose the opportunity.
Since KHL loan officers are often dual-career (loan officer + realtor), this may also result in losing the lead to another real estate agent.

Update Linked Contacts at One Time
It would be very helpful to have the ability to update "linked" contacts all at once. For example, if I update a contact's address, home anniversary, or conversation notes, it would save time and ensure all linked contacts remain up to date. A prompt or option to "update connected contacts" when clicking save would make the process more efficient and help maintain consistent and accurate information.

Add System Tags to Clearly Identify Referral Status in "My Referrals"
In the "My Referrals" section, referrals should be automatically assigned a system tag based on their status. For example, referrals marked as Lost should have a "Lost" tag. Currently, when viewing All referrals, there’s no clear way to identify which ones are Lost, Pending, Active, Funded, Expired/Canceled, or Rejected. Adding visible status tags would help quickly distinguish each referral’s status.

Ability to delete more than 50 tasks at once
It seems like there is only a max option to delete 50 tasks at a time. It would be great to have the capability to delete all of your tasks at once in the backend settings since some people have 1,000+ tasks and doing 50 at a time would take some time deleting that many tasks.

Snap a Card, Create a Contact.
Hi KW team! 👋
I’d love to see a feature added that makes it easier to create contacts without all the manual typing.
Idea 1: Business Card Scan → Auto-Contact
It would be amazing if we could scan a business card in Command and have the system automatically pull the name, phone number, email, and other details into a new contact.
Idea 2: Email → Auto-Contact
It would also be incredibly helpful if, when sending or receiving an email, we had the option to instantly generate a new contact from that email—no copying, pasting, or retyping the info.
