Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. At the moment, team members regardless of permission level can make edits to team stages and checklists. This access should be limited to certain permission levels.

  3. If I have a mailing list I would like to upload it for a campaign even if the contacts aren't in my data base.

  4. When I add a contact and the primary phone number is found in my data base a pop up should ask if I'd like to merge the contacts. Right now I have to cut and paste info back and forth then delete one

  5. Expand the task view similar to the contacts view to be able to see more tasks. Even when selecting "show" up to 50, you can only actually see 3-4 tasks. Making it time consuming to scroll through tasks 3 at a time.

  7. In the Opportunites section Offer Timeline: I would love the ability to reorganize them into Highest or best offer t top and not by time in.

    Also add AGENT COMMISSION amount as a field of input.

    Provide a calculation of the offer amount minus the buyer commission

  10. I would love to see a ticker counting outbound activity daily. How many call and text I send to maximize my day/week/month with a bar graph in reports. How long was I on that call, answered or LVM?

  11. The ability to add and remove Contacts from Email Lists from within the Contact Card. If timeline shows emailed failed, why make agent go through Campaigns and the lists to remove? If agents can see the Email Lists a Contact is on currently and want to add to existing list, add from Contact.

When working in the KW Command Design editor, I’ve noticed that when I set my design text color to white (or any light color), the text in the editor itself also turns white—making it almost impossible to see or edit. It would be really helpful if the editor could default the text color to black or provide a way to make it more readable while editing, regardless of the final design color. This would make it a lot easier to make changes and avoid mistakes when working on marketing pieces. It's a small change that would go a long way…

  14. This Idea would be for both Recruits and Associates. Command has access to the Productive app and it is extremely helpful. Many of our offices use the Command side to run our associates because it has more useful applications such as productive. From a risk, compliance, and productivity standpoint, having PRODUCTIVE in Command MC would be highly beneficial. It can record our calls and have a AI summary of the call uploaded into our contact card with the calander appointments and the tasks that need completed as well as soon to be released email follow up.   17. In command campaigns social post reposting is currently available to teams only but not single agents. It should be available to individual real estate agents as well. That is my request/idea.

  18. For audit reasons, Compliance Teams need access to search Opportunities by address. However in the case where a Buyer has submitted multiple offers, then have cancelled and released those contracts, the Compliance team currently has no way to find previous addresses as Opportunity Name generally has the current address associated with that Opportunity. However, if when searching the Search parameters could also include the Timeline within the Opportunity, Compliance would see "previous" addresses. Please make the Timeline one of the fields the Search scours.

  19. We have a lot of great systems we recommend for agents, and how to tag their database.

    Could we expand the pre-generated system tags in Command to include things like DTD2, or status tags?

    This way, when new agents join, they can automatically tag their database with the appropriate tags.
