Lease opportunity
When you go into lease Opportunity it defaults to Tenant and especially newer agents to command there is no pop up to let them know they are in the tenant one so they think their landlord opportunity is missing. Either a pop up to let them know they have to choose which on they want to go into would be better.

Upgrading Contact Search Functionality
Currently, our contact search requires an exact string match to return any results. This is causing two major inefficiencies:
(1) The Double-Space Bug: During our data migration from Brivity, thousands of contacts were synced with a double space between the first and last name (e.g. "Rachel Ambrose") whereas if a user searches "Rachel Ambrose" (single space), the contact not does not show up, and vice versa (see screenshots).
(2) Strict Matching: The system does not recognize common variations or partial names. For example, searching "Ken" will not return "Kenneth" (see screenshots).

Make the AI Summary Optional or Hidden in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.
Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.
Proposed Solution:

Scroll down bar
I would like to suggest adding a vertical scroll bar to the My Assets section so users can easily view all images uploaded to this area. Currently, displaying a limited number of assets makes it difficult to quickly locate and select the desired image. Implementing a scroll-down feature would improve usability by allowing users to see all available images at once and seamlessly add them to a design, resulting in a more efficient and intuitive workflow.

Greensheets had a lot of steps, but opportunities and commission requests require a LOT of information. Can we streamline this? My top agents need it to be simpler.

Customization for text, Rich text, website settings
Hello,
I noticed when I put my bio in Command that the layout looks quite different than I intended (ie. Everything looks like one big paragraph).Is there a way for me to change the layout so it more appealing to the reader? I would love to customize that text since it comes from the marketing profile/website settings!

Add Inventory Filter Controls for the /search (“Search Properties”) Results Page (e.g., Market Center Only)
Add a setting that lets agents choose what inventory appears on the website’s /search (Search Properties) page—such as restricting search results to Market Center-only listings—so the site doesn’t automatically display all MLS listings (including competitor listings).

Download of all information from command, names and addresses of closed opportunities
Currently, the only export available in opportunities is to export documents that were uploaded to the opportunity. Any other information needed like names, addresses, dates, etc would require a manual export.

Ability for teams to share Twillio credits among the team members Twillio accounts.
Have the ability to share team Twillio credits across the team members individual Twillio accounts. Team members might want to run a specific Smart Plan to their Indian farming area and would want notification to flow to them instead of the rainmakers. That means they need their own Twillio.

Multi functional smart plan - if/and functionality
Add functionality in smartplans to do an "if/and" desicion. example - when sending a monthly communication, the SP can send it as a text; if no phone number, it will send it as an email. ( when the customer has both). Also, to be able to add a tag via the SP in certain action is taken

So I have come across a really interesting AI product. It's called housewhisper.ai. What it does:
Interaction through text, phone call, or voice memo—no apps or logins needed. It acts as a virtual assistant you speak with naturally.
Updates your CRM, schedules appointments, sets reminders, and sends follow-ups as if you had a live assistant.

auto save smartplans as they are being created
As the smartplan is being created, it should also auto save. There is nothing worse that to spend an hour crafting something amazing, have the Internet go down, or have to leave the screen to do something else, and come back and the whole smart plan you just created is gone!!

Edit a past Activity
I'd like to be able to edit a past activity--for example when I send a text I enter it in activities. Would be great to be able to go back to that activity and update it with comments from the conversation that happens later instead of having to make a new activity.

vendor sorting on website
I would like to be able to manually sort my preferred vendors on my website. I have tried to add them in the order in which I want them to appear and that did not work as intended.
