Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. The mailing addresses of contacts with Township or Village in the address is does not come up correctly. It just lists the street, state and zip code. No city.

  2. Municipality is not showing up on the Contacts with Township or Village in the address. This needs to be fixed.

In Associates Command, adding an Interaction Activity: no can select an outcome compared to CommandMC = you can select the outcome: answered, no answer, left voicemail, etc. Support said this feature is not available in associates Command, only for CommandMC : However, in the standard Command platform used by associates, these specific interaction outcome options are not available. The functionality in CommandMC is tailored for Market Center leadership to manage and track interactions more comprehensively, which may not be mirrored in the associate-facing Command platform.

  6. When searching for a referral it should show true production numbers for agents not just what they have done with KW. When we have transfer agents come onboard that are top producers it is showing there production at 0. This is a miss when it comes to recruiting.

  7. Ability to request that reCAPTCHA be enabled on our forms to prevent fraud clients from coming in. This way they will have to prove that they are human upon entering their information as a new lead through our website.

  10. Have KW Contacts integrate with a skip tracing service to update information fields. Make it optional (like merging duplicates) in case we need to keep the information we have for smart plans.

  14. In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.

    Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

  16. As the smartplan is being created, it should also auto save. There is nothing worse that to spend an hour crafting something amazing, have the Internet go down, or have to leave the screen to do something else, and come back and the whole smart plan you just created is gone!!
