To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Hello! We are a growing team and we have run into the issue of our DOO not being able to see all of the Team's opportunities; only the rainmaker can. The only way for them to see the opportunities is if they are assigned to him which seems a bit of a hassle. We don't want to add him as another Rainmaker in Command Teams as that would mess up our reporting.

    So, can we have a function where the team DOO or admin has the ability to see all of the team's opportunities? Or, throw this permission into the…

  2. It'd be beneficial if we could share/use opportunity templates (Stages and Checklist) from other agents that would like to share what they use, just like in the smartplans section.

  3. We are trying to see if we can get bios for each team member to display in the Meet the Team section of the Agent Site. Is this at all possible?

    We know you can add the bios to the Marketing Profile, but we want them displayed in the Meet the Team section of the site if it's a possibility.

  4. Currently when in the task view, you have the options to check a task as completed or go into the 3 dots for more options.
    Instead of the 3 dots, why not just open the task for editing? This allows one click to open, saving time. You can add a delete button to the task so it can be deleted rather than saved. This would increase efficiency.

  5. When logging a call activity, please make the description field optional for no answer or left a message. This way with one click I am done and can move on to my next person to call.

  6. The ability to filter contacts and build smart views within contacts - is a game changer, but not able to use the same filtering to run a campaign is frustrating. Campaigns has significantly better reporting (than smart plans). Why not allow the contact list to be pulled from the already created smart views list in the contact applet for campaigns? I send a single email smart plan to use the smart view list - vs using campaigns, when I could benefit from the reporting in campaigns.   7. Prior to Command being updated, I was able to filter where - email, by- contains. Using this filter allowed me to find common emails, such as filtering by contains @kw.com to tag the contacts with KW Agent. Now it shows starts, does not start. I found it to be very helpful to also find emails of larger organizations, to know where my agents might find it useful to leverage for leads.

  9. As an agent, I'd like to access my historical opportunities. I've had occasion where my customer needs a document that is in DocuSign and Opportunities.

  10. Have KW Contacts integrate with a skip tracing service to update information fields. Make it optional (like merging duplicates) in case we need to keep the information we have for smart plans.

  12. I can only add up to three family members to a contact. I have several families that I would love to connect and have no way to do that.

  13. The Command app should include a Bulk Action to share your digital business card to selected Contacts. As of now, the Share option is only for sending the business card outside of the app. It would make sense to include that for Contacts within Command. I also think this would encourage more people to utilize the digital business card.

  14. Since MyKW will be eventually going away, I would love to see an option for agents to be able to book conference rooms/worskspace areas for Market Centers that leadership sets up inside of Command on the homescreen or somewhere else.

  15. It would be great to have the capability as tasks are completed that the system can automatically send out custom emails that will alert you and allow you to edit them before sending.

  16. When creating an address for a contact (It was a PO Box) I cannot manually type in the state. I have to search for the state even if I put the correct abbreviation for the state. So annoying!

  18. I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.

    Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

  19. It would be nice to add a contact while I am already on a contacts page so I don't have to keep clicking on the "back to contacts " tab to back to the contacts list and click "create a new contact". I often come home from networking events and have a stack of business cards and causes extra steps in adding one new contact after another

  20. When the agent clicks on a lead's name in the Campaigns section, nothing happens. The expectation is that clicking the name would redirect the agent to the corresponding contact profile in the Contacts section, but this is not occurring. As a result, the agent must manually enter the lead information into the system, which is causing frustration.
