Allow social media links to be visible as columns
Today, we do not have the ability to display social media links as columns in our contacts applet. In a social media (SM) connected world, SM is sometimes the primary form of communication and therefore should be easily available for us to navigate to when making touchpoints on our leads.

Documentation being required to submit
Currently our Agents can create an opportunity and submit a commission request without having the proper documentation submitted.
Is there a way that we can have the disclosure agreements and contract of sale for sale transactions a requirement and the agents won't be able to submit the commission request without uploading them to the opportunity first?
For rentals we also require leases however, sometimes buildings don't provide them to the agents so maybe its best for now that we have that as optional.

Custom Resolution on designs
The ability to assign a custom resolution to our designs would be greatly appreciated. I noticed that mailer designs output at a resolution that is not compatible with the mail campaign upload. Some additional integration between those applets would also be great

Offers and Commissions
With so many teams and different pay structures for those team members, it would be nice to have the ability as a team owner to input each agents split, and for the math to show it how I pay them out. IE: if I have an agent on a 70% split and another on an 80% but they are each paying 5k toward the team cap, the system would track and show the cap and automatically change the commission to the new rate after they hit their cap. I can not see anything in command to see where my team…

Birthdays on Imported Contacts
When importing contacts from your database, the birthday field updates to a date that is a month later than the actual birthday if you already have birthdates in the contact cards being uploaded.

Request to add more Prompts to the Prompt Panel in the SAP Reports Production Database. Currently we can only search by Region (Yes or No).
Today when I search on our Teams production to see how we rank in, say the Texas South Region or the entire U.S., I can only search by Region. Would love to have more options to filter the production data on the areas mentioned here:
- By Type (Group, Team or Ind. Team)
- By Reg #
- By MC
- By MC #
- By City
- By State (Include entire U.S.)
- By GCI
- By Volume
- By Units

Agent Should Own Contacts they Enter in Team Database
If an agent on a team creates a contact on their personal side, and then immediately pushes it over to the team side, it keeps them as the owner of the contact. So in the case of them leaving the team, they can easily recover these people. However, if they happen to manually create the contact while under the team side in the first place, it makes the team the owner of the contact, making it very difficult for them to recover the contact.

Ability to link tasks together or create a series
It would be great if we could create tasks that are linked to one another for when we are working on large projects.

Repeating Opportunity Stage Tasks
So we are able to create tasks linked to an opportunity and make it repeating, however we are unable to make a repeating checklist task through the Opportunity Stages & Checklists customization. It would be helpful in particular for the Cultivate phase to have a repeating follow up call task that automatically is created to keep in touch with potential future listings/buyers, rather than having to create a task for every new opportunity in the Cultivate phase.

Inbox/Outbox for Emails & Text Sent From Contacts Applet
When you send an email (designs coming soon) or text message to many contacts from the Contacts applet using the "Actions" dropdown, it can be difficult to recall a text message you sent and the list of agents you sent to. Or what particular email you sent and to what list of contacts. I understand that you can see this from the contact record 1 by 1. Agents can Download their DA's
No matter which side of the transaction they are on, allow agents to download their own DA's from opportunities.
If the agent is on a team, allow the rainmaker to control what data a team members sees when they download their own DA.

Google Ads for KW Emails
At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.

Immediate Need to Resolve URL Pre-Approval Requirement
I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

Enhanced Sorting Functionality in Customized Columns on Contacts
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.
In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

Buyer/Seller Information sheets
It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

Share Luxury Designs with All Agents
Allow Luxury templates for agents who are not in the Luxury community. There are many agents like me who do not focus on luxury but sell them when they are referred to us through our database, through different Realtor networks like CRS and local city networks. I have sold luxury properties for years off and on. Luxury is a moving target. In my area median price is now $1.2 M and Luxury is $2M plus. I remember when luxury was $500k. Assigned team email address that can be used to send out campaigns on behalf of the whole team and not just one agent
Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.
