Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Agent would like to add neighborhood to a contact when they submit their info through a paid ad for a listing. This would automate connecting to the client to relevant.
    Agent also mentioned wanting to take any bulk action on a contact (e.g. taging) via SmartPlans.

  4. It would be good to be able to create a landing page that has the option for recipients to checkmark certain items to download for free.

    EXAMPLE: After a positive call with a FSBO, we might just send them this email that has a link to a landing page. Once they click that link they are taken to a page that has 5-10 options for free download "free open house guide, free facebook/instagram posts, free listing flyer designs, free custom eflyers, free emarketing plan... etc." Then the user can checkmark which items they want to download.   6. On the "About Me" page, I think that section should be above the "My Details" page because the about me section is more relevant than languages spoken/what market center you are on etc. I think it will pull people in if the order is swapped.

  8. Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

  9. I'm sure this isn't a new idea, but I want to amplify it. I need a simpler Command system. I'm not a Power-user like the many teams across the KW universe.

    Let me check the box and choose what functionality I want so its simpler. Right now I have to relearn it with every use and research what new function or setting has been added. I'm stuck on a new setting right now and I just have to punt. Support is off line and I can't wait til Monday.

    Feels wrong to pay for something that costs me time to…

  10. The only way to determine what associate training is needed in the sales process is to examine conversion rates from contact to appt to contract to close. These fields already exist in Command. Why doesn’t command calculate these crucial ratios automatically from agent supplied dates? Or similar? The framework is already here and it is quite silly that Command wouldn’t automatically calculate these ratios which have THE MOST DIRECT IMPACT ON AGENT INCOME than any other metric. Please add this function because right now I believe the vast majority of KW Agents don’t even know what a conversion ratio is…and…
