To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. We were trying to enter the information for an outside agent referral and it would not accept the details and let us click the button. All fields were filled in and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. After multiple tries we removed the dash from the zip code. We had used the 12345-6789 configuration of the zip code. After removing the "-4 digits" it worked. There was not a dialogue box or error message that showed what was wrong.

  3. Simply let us add the Home Value widget to the home screen & let us place it where we want on that page. The home page is very limited for users. Thank you

  4. We’re running an event campaign with over 1,000 contacts, and I recently encountered a challenge when managing tasks in Command.

    Currently, the system only allows selecting 50 tasks at a time, which makes bulk actions inefficient. For example, I had a task to post on social media and had to manually check off over 1,000 individual tasks, which was extremely time-consuming.

    Would it be possible to enhance Command’s task selection feature to allow selecting more than 50 at a time? This would significantly improve workflow efficiency for larger campaigns.

  6. When you open up a contact's profile page, I'd like to see the created date on the left side, under the lead source line. As of now, if I want to see how long I've known someone, I have to take extra steps to search for them in the main page to see the date in the list.

  7. Currently, when using the command, I have to open a new tab in Chrome every time I switch between different functions. Would it be possible to develop an option to add a tab on the top? This way, we wouldn't have to constantly switch back and forth or refresh the command, making the workflow more efficient.

  8. Notes left for MCAs and compliance to or from agents - place a little "Mark as Unread" - because sometimes I am communicating with an agent as an MCA and check a message sent, and find out it was meant for our compliance person. They miss it because it's no longer indicating there's a message for them.

  9. having a kanban visualization model, thus being able to visually identify which phase of the funnel the customer is actually in, this way we will be able to monitor the customer with greater precision.

  10. Every CRM I know has a form creation function, whoever responds to this form is automatically entered into the command, avoiding manual work for this purpose.

  11. Since Realtors do 90% of their work Thursday through Monday why not do command maintenance on Tuesday and Wednesday rather then disrupting Our work?

  12. Link MLS to Command Contacts so when a property is listed on MLS that matches the Contact in Command, it is shown as an Active, Coming Soon, Expired, Cancelled, or Withdrawn listing. The KW agent should be able to add a widget on to the Home screen so we can see at a glance the listings that have been recently changed that are matching addresses in our contacts. We should be able to remove the listing if we see that the listing is not actually the same as the address on the contact. We should be able to filter and…

  15. When agents are needing to "update" their document due to compliance, they is no option to split that document unless they do it in DocuSign already. This tends to be a hassle for agents who need to update multiple forms for compliance.

  18. I use smart plans to create tasks for lead generation AND I use opportunity tasks. Currently, that all goes to the same list (which is great). I would like an extra tab at the top to select only the opportunity tasks out of the general tasks. Obviously, these are more time sensitive than the lead gen tasks created generally so I would like to be able to check them quickly from that list rather than go into each opportunity individually.

  20. In Agent profile, the email boxes are set up as "recovery" and "personal". These are supposed to be different emails, however agents are confusing it as the same thing. Can we reword "personal" to "business" as that is the email they are using for their business.
