To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. In command campaigns social post reposting is currently available to teams only but not single agents. It should be available to individual real estate agents as well. That is my request/idea.

  2. For audit reasons, Compliance Teams need access to search Opportunities by address. However in the case where a Buyer has submitted multiple offers, then have cancelled and released those contracts, the Compliance team currently has no way to find previous addresses as Opportunity Name generally has the current address associated with that Opportunity. However, if when searching the Search parameters could also include the Timeline within the Opportunity, Compliance would see "previous" addresses. Please make the Timeline one of the fields the Search scours.

  3. We have a lot of great systems we recommend for agents, and how to tag their database.

    Could we expand the pre-generated system tags in Command to include things like DTD2, or status tags?

    This way, when new agents join, they can automatically tag their database with the appropriate tags.

  4. Hi KW Labs Team,

    I’d like to offer feedback on the current Commission Request process in Command and suggest an updated, agent-friendly design based on common challenges we see at our market center. I understand that I may not know all the ins and outs of the backend process, but this is a time-consuming problem for both the agent and the staff.

  5. Right now, there is only the option to bulk select 50 tasks at a time to delete. It would be great to have an option in the backend settings or on the tasks applet to delete all tasks so you don't have to do 50 at a time. Especially for agents that have over 10,000 tasks they need to delete.

  6. It seems like there is only a max option to delete 50 tasks at a time. It would be great to have the capability to delete all of your tasks at once in the backend settings since some people have 1,000+ tasks and doing 50 at a time would take some time deleting that many tasks.

  9. Having the ability to attach my VCF contact card to twilio messages would save time and help to cement the relationship with leads or new clients.

  10. Allow us to create task lists not associated with a Contact or Property. Example to be able to create a transaction task list to check off when running a listing or buyer campaign or transaction.

  11. It would be nice to be able to copy and paste or duplicate an edited Step to use on a different Day. There are many instances where I might do the same task weekly, but don't want to do a repeating SmartPlan because I'll also have text and email Steps that shouldn't repeat. This would allow an easy way to make SmartPlans instead of having to recreate every duplicate Step, especially if it's information heavy. Otherwise, I'm left having to copy sections from one Step, going to edit the new Step to paste the information, then having to save and…

  12. It helps us stay on top of our contacts and quickly see what we last talked about. We shouldn't have to pay for another service if we already are paying for KW Command as a CRM.

  14. There needs to be a review on KWRI allowing leadership role specific emails to be created for the market center. Not just the MCA or front desk. There needs to be one for MCTT's, PC's, TL's, ATL's, Compliance, etc. This will relieve headaches of when people leave the role. I don't understand why this isn't a thing now. Please change this so that the Market center owns these emails and all communication within these emails so when the roles are filled with someone new, they can pick up where things left off for that role. Thank you.

  16. Idea for Development: Help Icon Standardization

    Implement a “question mark in a circle” icon next to all form fields, especially those marked as required (*), to provide users with clear, accessible tooltips. This icon is widely recognized as a symbol for help or additional information.

    For example, on the Create Opportunity form, the Opportunity Type field could use a help icon that explains the dropdown options. Adding consistent help icons across all forms will improve usability, reduce user confusion, and enhance the overall user experience.

  17. It would be wonderful to have the ability/capability to add attachments to notes and tasks in command. Sometimes a photo is a valuable part of your notes or tasks.

  18. Add option of "Complete and set new task" with the "complete task" option. If you have a smart plan just click complete but if you want to set a custom task it would be GREAT if there was a button next to "complete task" that said "Complete and create new"- so much easier than going back in and creating new tasks each time.

  19. When you customize columns in Contacts, it would be great to add the Neighborhood option to be able to see that on a larger scale. You can create a SmartView showing who has a neighborhood, but you have to click into each name to see which neighborhood they have.

  20. If we could connect our MLS listings to the command opportunity hub it would save the listing agent time and give the office a better understanding of what the agent has listed
