Copy and Paste/Duplicate a Step in SmartPlans
It would be nice to be able to copy and paste or duplicate an edited Step to use on a different Day. There are many instances where I might do the same task weekly, but don't want to do a repeating SmartPlan because I'll also have text and email Steps that shouldn't repeat. This would allow an easy way to make SmartPlans instead of having to recreate every duplicate Step, especially if it's information heavy. Otherwise, I'm left having to copy sections from one Step, going to edit the new Step to paste the information, then having to save and…

Emails sent from desktop or other device be logged into Command in the contacts Timeline
It helps us stay on top of our contacts and quickly see what we last talked about. We shouldn't have to pay for another service if we already are paying for KW Command as a CRM.

Leadership Role Specific KW Emails
There needs to be a review on KWRI allowing leadership role specific emails to be created for the market center. Not just the MCA or front desk. There needs to be one for MCTT's, PC's, TL's, ATL's, Compliance, etc. This will relieve headaches of when people leave the role. I don't understand why this isn't a thing now. Please change this so that the Market center owns these emails and all communication within these emails so when the roles are filled with someone new, they can pick up where things left off for that role. Thank you.

Idea for Development: Help Icon Standardization
Implement a “question mark in a circle” icon next to all form fields, especially those marked as required (*), to provide users with clear, accessible tooltips. This icon is widely recognized as a symbol for help or additional information.
For example, on the Create Opportunity form, the Opportunity Type field could use a help icon that explains the dropdown options. Adding consistent help icons across all forms will improve usability, reduce user confusion, and enhance the overall user experience.

Would be GREAT if instead of just "complete task" there was an option to "complete" OR "Complete and set new task"
Add option of "Complete and set new task" with the "complete task" option. If you have a smart plan just click complete but if you want to set a custom task it would be GREAT if there was a button next to "complete task" that said "Complete and create new"- so much easier than going back in and creating new tasks each time.

If we could connect our MLS listings to the command opportunity hub it would save the listing agent time and give the office a better understanding of what the agent has listed

Add Real-Time Property Info & Google Street View in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest enhancing the Contact Profile page in KW Command by integrating real-time property data and a Google Street View preview based on the address saved in the contact's profile.
Proposed Features:
Live Property Snapshot: Pull basic property details (beds, baths, square footage, lot size, last sold date, estimated value, etc.) from a trusted public data source based on the address in the contact’s profile.Street View Integration: Embed a Google Street View image of the contact’s address directly in their profile for quick visual context.

Create a Goal Comparison that shows 2-5 Years
Goals only show the current year. It would be great if it showed annually at least 1-2 year over year comparison, but it would be nice to see a 5 year trend and have a printable option as well.

Have an All Associates button/page/applet: so associates can search for each other in the MC - vs. the MyKW.KW.com, which less people know and visit.

Sign Call
It would be amazing to have a duplicate of the Open House sign-in page that currently loads via /openhouse, but accessible through /signcall instead. This would allow us to generate a separate link for use on sign riders and signs, while still using the same form layout. The key difference would be for the source to register as “Sign Call” instead of “Open House” so we can accurately track lead origins.

The desktop version of Command needs to sort SmartViews in alphabetical order like the mobile version currently does. The random order makes no sense after all this time unless we are still in Beta.

Smartplan Favorite Authors
The ability to subscribe or favorite a Smartplan Author and be notified when that author publishes a new Smartplan!
Ex - Kimber Walton publishes so many great smartplans - I'd love to be able to favorite Kimber and be notified when she adds a new published Smartplan!

Create a drive/document database for MC Leadership to easily communicate to agents
Google drive is great, but in our company's endeavor to make Command our one-stop-shop for all things relevant to our business, the ability to very easily point towards an applet or homescreen card that acts as a database for important documents or information will make coordination and ease of access much better for Market Centers.
