Transferring Opportunities between Market Centers
We had a team transfer from another KW Market center and they brought their listings with them. They already made the opportunities and contacts at the other Market center but they are working from ours now. Could you please add a way to transfer opportunities between Market Centers? For all of the associate transfers within KW.

Calendly Integration for Opportunities and SmartPlans
When someone creates an event on your calendar using Calendly, here's what I'd like to see happen:
- Contact is instantly synced to Command (without having to use Zapier)
- In the integration settings, agents can select whether or not they get added to opportunities and smart plans based on the type of event
- Once the contact syncs, it's added to the appropriate smart plan and moved to the proper stage in opportunities
- If the meeting is rescheduled, they can be added to another custom smart plan
- If the meeting is cancelled, they can be added to another custom smart plan

Pre-Load Address from Contact on Opportunity KWLS Modal
When entering an opportunity for a listing, there should be a dropdown box with the sellers address which is pulled from the contact. There should also be the option to enter it manually if needed.

Add Additional Lease Pipeline (Split Landlord and Tenant)
Current opportunity shows <Listings> / <Buyers> / <Leases>. The third classification requires further selection of <Tenant> or <Landlord>. That is non-intuitive and confusing if <Landlord> is needed. Changing the main classification for leases to parallel that for sales elminates the problem.

Would it be possible to have an email or notification sent to me when a SmartPlan ends in error? I am finding these errors are happening and I am not aware of it. Don't want anything slipping through the cracks. Thanks!

Auto-Populate Address Fields with ZIP Code Entry

As a working agent/rainmaker it would be nice to have a DocuSign Room Button as a Widget on the Command Dashboard. This will allow agents to go directly into an opportunity room and expedite the process of accessing documents.

Make Lead Forms on Landing Pages Editable
Hello, have you considered making lead forms under landing pages editable?
"Let's Talk" - let us choose the call to action - not all like to talk. They may just want to request information from us. Still allows us to capture their info and nurture the lead with a campaign.
"Phone Number" - not everyone wants to give their phone number in exchange for information. Email should suffice, but leave it up to the agent to decide for their campaign.
With flexibility, an agent can better use the landing page (lead magnet) for not only sales prospecting, but for profit…

Rename "Timeline" Tab to "Activity"
In Command, the "Timeline" tab for tracking phone calls/emails/texts should be called "Activity" and where it says "Activity" it should read "Timeline"
I believe this will be more effective for agents and leadership identifying where to log activity in Command.

"Last Contacted" to Include All Communications
Previously, the "last contacted" column reflected all email activity. Recently KW Support told me that is no longer true for all emails, just those from a smart plan as part of a recent change.
So now, the Last Contacted column is not a true reflection of the last contacted activity. It needs to revert back to reflecting all activity.

We would LOVE to have the ability to automate Social Media Marketing directly from the MLS/IDX. For instance, a new listing of one of our agents hits the market, it feeds into Command and triggers a social media flyer about that listing onto the agent's media platform, based on templates we have chosen

Monthly nurture neighborhood needs to be updated. This is a key way to stay in touch with our past clients and future clients need to be able to input new subdivisions. .........Per KW Our developers are aware this data is now becoming outdated and they are investigating ways to accurate acquire neighborhood information from other data providers.

Assigning Assignees to Tasks
When creating tasks under stages in Opportunities- We should have the ability to assign the person who create the opportunity as the selected signee instead of having to manually assign the tasks as they come up.

scrolling through tags it start over at the beginning instead of just going to next page
When I want to enter a tag I have to start at the beginning of my tag list and scroll through all tags and at the end of each page I then have to start at beginning and then get to the next set and so on for each page. When I type a tag should it not just go to that tag? Or like type in R and go to the R's to start searching?

Add Contact City Name to Merge Fields pick list in Designs
For customization in emailed designs, the property address TOWN would be a real useful field as a merge item. I assume it would be |ContactCity| or something to that point.
Should be easy to add to the pick list, as well.
It would facilitate emails like "Hello |ContactFirstName|, here's the latest real estate newsletter for |ContactCity| :"

Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites.
Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites. Example we have a buyer who was purchasing a town home that got to the stage Contingent and Phase Under Contract. How ever it did not go through. We have tagged it as Lost Oppotunities. However if we go into the contacts Opps Tab it still shows Stage Contingent and Phase under contract. It should show there it is a lost Opportunity without having to go in Opportunity.
