Live links in the emails report of undeliverable addresses similar to when someone unsubscribes from emails.
It would be very handy to have a live link to the list in the emails report of the undeliverable email addresses so we can archive the contact.

I would like to be able to add a new agent into team command even if they are already in productivity coaching team.
We need to be able to add a new agent to our team command even though they are still with PC team. We are giving leads that need to be tracked in the team account.

Open house posting/claiming opportunity inside the MC Listings Applet
Create an open house posting/claiming opportunity inside the MC Listings Applet, such that agents can do broadcast messages to their entire MC of agents. This can be controlled as toggled off or on by the local leadership, and the agents in the MC can use the listing feed information to post available open houses and send broadcast messages to their agents inside the office to claim them. This allows for agents to get coverage for their open houses quickly and efficiently.

Allow associates to see rankings amongst all KW agents
Allow associates to see rankings/production of all KW associates. Include a filter option for MC and region. This would be the same report option as was previously a part of the KW reports.

Importing SmartPlans Using JSON files
With the innovative ChatGPT and other AI models able to help create importable SmartPlans using JSON files, it would be amazing if Command is able to import them into our libraries. This would save agents tons of time if this were made an option It would also help the adoption rate for Keller Williams Command Product.

Planner or Timeline
In the past we had a timeline built into our app and sites that has since gone away that I used with my clients. At the time the business was moving so fast we did not have time to run through that as much. Now with the sales timeline being longer and the opportunity for us to show more skill I feel like those timelines are way more useful. property fit
Our MLS (STELLAR) offers property fit that is a simple process of asking them questions about what they want like a consultation and then from that when listings that we send go out or they search for any listings on our One Home MLS site it shows their property fit score as a percentage of fit to what they answered. I think this would be a nice value add and similar to what we had discussed in the past as Home DNA. opportunity notes
Currently the rainmaker cannot edit a note that an assignee created. The rainmaker should have the ability to toggle on or off the editing of notes by all assignees/team members/admins. While an assignee/team member/admin can have the ability create and edit a note, they should not be allowed to delete a note. Only the rainmaker should have the ability to delete any note.

Transaction Plans
SmartPlans have been created as "people" plans... keeping in touch with our people. I'm currently trying to connect Opportunities-Checklists with SmartPlans to create a hybrid Transaction Plan, where tasks are performed, some automatically through SmartPlans and some tasks are manual and individually done by team members through the checklists. Currently, though, only checklist items are allowed to "time" them to be done Before/After a Smart Date. We need this ability in SmartPlans also so we can time the SmartPlans within our Opportunity Phases and Stages.

Buyer Bulletpoints on Contact Page
For active buyers on their contact page, have a number of bulletpoints to the right of the contact info as to what they are looking for (vacant lot, under $60k etc) so that it doesn't have to be written in a note or scroll down after much activity to remember what their preferred criteria is
