Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. In the search filter for contacts,
    How can I filter the contacts who had the smart plan in the past and not current? Could you add a filter please? I understand that i can find it in the activity, but with 800 in my database, that's a lot to go thru. This is to avoid repeating the smart plan on the clients.
    Or if you cannot delete the smart plan under the smart plan section , even if it's completed.

  2. It would be nice (especially for teams) to be able to archive smarplans or toggle specific smartplans on and off as active to team members. We have certain smartplans that are used for follow up from specific events once a year. I don't want to delete the smartplan; however, it is cumbersome to have it in our list all year round of available smartplans. Having some way to turn those on and off from our list of available plans would be ideal.

  5. In the 'designs' section of command, and create an email campaign for a new listing, on the very bottom bottom of the design template, it auto populates my KW logo, and contact details TWICE as shown under my photo.
    Please help me to remove one side of the branded information and not two of the same footer.

  6. Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:

    I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
    Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 months

    I want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.

  7. Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

  8. When marking multiple tasks as complete, it takes a moment to load before you can mark the next task as complete. I should be able to mark tasks as complete faster that 1 every 10 secs without being forced to use the bulk task action. This is an issue I’ve experienced with the app and the web-based platform.

  9. It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

  10. Team members should be able to create smartplans in the team account without having to give enhanced or admin permissions.

  11. You currently have a filter for date created, but I can only search greater than or less than. I would like to search dated created =. This would allow me to search by year or possibly month and year.

  12. A feature that allows you to create templated, simple or designed emails, that trigger based of different events.

    Just a few ideas:

    New home eval
    Opportunity milestone reached
    Birthdays
    Home Anni
    Welcome to website
    Open house thank you
    Other consumer activities

    We have the ability to set up lead routing rules, to auto-tag and auto add to SmartPlans, but the downside of this feature is that it doesn't work with people that already exist in your database. It will only trigger for new leads that hit the system based off a lead source.

  13. In the Compass CRM they have a photographer portal that allows agents to invite their photographer into their ecosystem that lets them upload all the photos and content that they hired them for. The photos/content (floor plans, videos, etc.) get uploaded directly into the agents CRM and begins automating marketing and designs well before the listing is even active. (Paid ads, flyers, social posts etc.)

    This gets the listing marketing rolling much earlier instead of waiting until the listing is active on the MLS.

    The feature also is convenient for photographers as it allows them to have one single account…

  15. Agents require the ability to create Market Center Exclusive Listings directly within the Opportunities Applet, including the option to select “Do Not Share - Listing Will Only Be Visible to You.” The current inconsistency in the UI between the Opportunities Applet and the Listings Applet forces agents to use a less intuitive workflow, which could result in potential exposure of sensitive client information. This inconsistency disrupts the user experience and increases the risk of errors, especially when dealing with NDA-protected listings.

  16. On the DA it lists an agents name , not their LLC Name (like we had in Winmore).
    Agents created these LLC's to be paid to and Title will cut the check to what is listed on the DA. Please change the name in the DA to the LLC Name so the checks from title are written correctly.

  17. An agent wants to create a smartplan on a team account, and will need enhanced/unlimited permissions, but that will also let the agent see all the team owned contacts

    Agent reporting the feedback wants to be able to limit the agent that have enhanced/unlimited permissions to not being able to see all the team owned contacts but still being able to create smartplans

  20. When using the the split and attach feature I want the ability to search for the item rather than scrolling through the list of items to add the doc to. Also within the split and attach option I would like the option to add a new doc to the checklist.
