Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Right now Command only allows Contacts to be trasferred from a personal profile to a team, then from the team profile to a personal profile. There should also be an option to transfer contacts from one personal profile to another personal profile within the team.

  2. The current headers of the Export files are not the same as the Import templte. It would be great if they are the same so if you need to export bulk contacts from a profile and import them to another profile, you skip the hard work of manually copying and pasting the contact details over to the Import Template fro the Exported file

  3. When looking at the opportunities that belong to a contact, I'd like it if it displayed if the opportunity was marked lost.

    There are definitely opportunities in my command that I forgot to mark lost. I'd like to not have to take the extra step to open each opportunity to verify if I had marked it lost.

  6. Email Campaigns - We should be able to send an email blast without having the contact card created so we don't have a bunch of contact cards in our database with just an email. After the email blast goes out and we have responses then we should have the option to create that contact card since more information may be obtained in that point of time.

  7. In the documents tab of an opportunity it would be nice to have an option to drag and drop files into custom folders if they need to be moved instead of having to re-upload.

  9. Have the ability to share team Twillio credits across the team members individual Twillio accounts. Team members might want to run a specific Smart Plan to their Indian farming area and would want notification to flow to them instead of the rainmakers. That means they need their own Twillio.

  10. Add search by zip code

    Allow limited parametric data search i.e. price range, property type, # of bedrooms

    Increase the font size of the current data

    Reduce the size of the arrow, create a Buyer and Seller arrows, use green and red to indicate if it is a buyers or sellers market

    Add an option to overwrite the intro header with a personal message, additional pertinent data and hyperlinks

    Add additional analytics like:
    Current mortgage rates and trends
    Real Estate Market projections
    Rental Market Trends

  11. Can you put in place the ability to look up an agent in your Network by the city and state? I think that feature would be helpful. Please let me know if it can be implemented.

  12. We need to be able to save and organize designs into folders.

    With so many different items (flyers, post cards, door hangars, social media, email, etc), and with multiple Smart Plans in use, I have to search through dozens of pages of designs to find the one I am looking for.

    It is a waste of time and extremely frustrating because it is sometimes easy to miss the design you are looking for when looking through over 100 designs.

  13. Almost every other CRM system out there has a way to incorporate ringless voicemails into their version of a Smart Plan. It is either...
    1) built into the CRM directly
    2) a direct integration with a service like Sly Broadcast
    3) an indirect integration through a service like Zapier

    I looked into option 3, but Command's integration with Zapier does not include the ability to send a trigger to Zapier.

    How is it that agents with the largest brokerage brand in North America do not have access to this basic CRM functionality?!?!?

  14. Looking to leverage SmartPlans by integrating some ops workflows.

    Biggest Help: Option to select a task completion contingency to generate the next steps in the SmartPlans.

    For example: "Step 2: Put together listing appointment docs" populates only after "Step 1: "Request listing package from the title company".

    Critical because I'm building out ops on this foundation - I'd love to keep everything in one ecosystem (Command.)

  15. The new Lead Box in the lower right corner is great. In my experience, many of the leads that come in through the agent websites are spam or phishing. Please add a third option to delete a "lead" right from the box.

  16. The current listing presentations available are out of date. For example, the page about the KW App claims that there is a guide available in the app. This is no longer the case and hasn't been the case for a matter of years now. It is important that what we advertise to our sellers or buyers is the correct information. We risk losing trust when we give out incorrect information.

  17. I’d like to suggest a potential system update that could help with database management. It would be very helpful to have a filter or flag that identifies phone numbers in the database that are unable to receive text messages. Currently, the only time this becomes visible is during the text verification step when an exclamation mark appears next to a contact before sending. Adding a way to filter or view those numbers in advance would make it much easier to clean up the database and ensure messages are only sent to numbers capable of receiving texts.

  18. When there are multiple steps necessary to complete a task (for example referrals or overage on Earnest money) flagging all of those steps would be helpful. We don’t know what we don’t know and Command flagging/forcing the various steps would be helpful.

  19. Teams are looking to be able to communicate quickly through our system without having to use a third party application. We used to have the ability to @ people and communicate through opportunities. Brining something like that back and having that ability on the contact side as well, along with some sort of notification when @'d would be amazing.

  20. Have an intuitive AI ISA that reaches out via text to incoming leads to qualify them, and interact with them until it's time to pass them off to an agent. It would also identify contact activity in our CRM and start a text dialogue to try to reengage a contact/lead.
