Make design templates convertible.
Most of the designs are social. It would be nice if you could convert them to email or other categories rather than having to redo the design. This would make our job a lot easier as some of these can be universal anyway.

Option to Receive Copies of Sent Smartplan Emails with Personalized Details
When using custom Smartplans like birthday greetings, there’s currently no way to receive a copy of the exact email sent to contacts. While creating a test contact provides a preview, it doesn’t show the personalized details (e.g., the recipient’s name or merge tag content).

Prevent Missed Deadlines: Require Date Entry in Opportunities , Improve Smart Due Dates: Auto-Prompt to Enter Key Contract & Listing Info
Currently, there is no system-generated reminder or required action to enter contractual dates and listing details into an Opportunity when a listing becomes Active or moves Under Contract. This can cause Smart Due Dates in the checklist and stages to not function properly if the "Agreement Won" date or other key dates (e.g., listing agreement date, contract deadlines) are missing.

Ability to assign tasks to a client that shows up in the daily (or weekly) updates. For example - Seller to schedule terminate utilities. Or, Seller to provide contract to their mortgage officer. etc

Separation of Database tasks and Opportunities tasks
I use smart plans to create tasks for lead generation AND I use opportunity tasks. Currently, that all goes to the same list (which is great). I would like an extra tab at the top to select only the opportunity tasks out of the general tasks. Obviously, these are more time sensitive than the lead gen tasks created generally so I would like to be able to check them quickly from that list rather than go into each opportunity individually.

Allow current email designs to be editable or allow less white space on new designs
It's impossible to make a new email look right because there is excess white space on both sides. The current templated designs don't have that but they are non-editable. Please help, because it looks terrible in an inbox and makes it much harder to read on a smartphone. Thank you!

sort tasks by their correct order instead of alfabetical order
The tasks for an opportuinty displays on iPhone alphabetically ordered. Which is wrong. They should be in the chronological order as on the desktop computer (Chrome). When I am displaying them on my computer (Chrome), they are in their correct chronological order.
I want the chronological order of tasks also on iPhone. It's very annoying and confusing as tasks loose their chronological order. Could you please fix it?

Buyer/Seller Information sheets
It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

Assign a task to several tagged contacts at the same time
It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

Personal business account allow admin to send Twilio messages and campaigns from rainmaker
In the new command personal business accounts, it would be helpful if any admin who are added has the ability to send Twilio messages from the Rainmaker's Twilio account and see notifications for responses. There should also be the ability for the email campaigns that the admin sends to have the option to come from the Rainmaker and not the admin. Without this, there is still a need for the admin to log in to the Rainmaker's account, which is something we're trying to eliminate.

Include Archived Contacts in Searches
Our team hosts events on a regular basis. We want to enter the contact information for those people who provide at the event. Often when we are attempting to create a new contact, we get all the way to the Submit button before Command shares some piece of information is with an Archived Contact. We try to perform a search in Contacts before submitting a new contact and if that piece of information matches an Archived Contact, show it. Having to enter all that information to learn it is an Archived contact is quite frustrating when you are trying to…

Add a function to allow transferring contacts of a profile over to another.
Right now Command only allows Contacts to be trasferred from a personal profile to a team, then from the team profile to a personal profile. There should also be an option to transfer contacts from one personal profile to another personal profile within the team.

Please make headers of the Export file identical the Import Template
The current headers of the Export files are not the same as the Import templte. It would be great if they are the same so if you need to export bulk contacts from a profile and import them to another profile, you skip the hard work of manually copying and pasting the contact details over to the Import Template fro the Exported file

Show if an opportunity is lost on the contact's opportunities tab
When looking at the opportunities that belong to a contact, I'd like it if it displayed if the opportunity was marked lost.
There are definitely opportunities in my command that I forgot to mark lost. I'd like to not have to take the extra step to open each opportunity to verify if I had marked it lost.
