It would be wonderful to have the ability/capability to add attachments to notes and tasks in command. Sometimes a photo is a valuable part of your notes or tasks.

Customize columns to add neighborhoods
When you customize columns in Contacts, it would be great to add the Neighborhood option to be able to see that on a larger scale. You can create a SmartView showing who has a neighborhood, but you have to click into each name to see which neighborhood they have.

Google Authenticator App
As this "platform" is allegedly built on the Google platform, lose the Beta program "Unique Recovery Email" and have agent use the Google Authenticator application. Start thinking BIG - stop with the band-aid fixes that require new methods every few months.

Comprehensive Campaign that includes Social Media Posts, Email, Text, and Mailer
This might be more comprehensive and harder than I may be making it seem, and I also feel this would be a HUGE value add to Agents/Admin and MCAs/TLs. It would be nice if we could build a Smart Plan that included multiple different Campaign Features. Building a Month Long Campaign for an event or Reverse BOLD 100. Features would include scheduling by Date, Utilizing Text & Email (Already does this in a smart plan) AND adding the ability to have Social Posts scheduled to go out based on the linked accounts in our Marketing Profile. Print-friendly format for KWLS Listing Details
The current layout of Command limits printing to the visible area of the page that so users can only print to what is currently on screen below the page header and to the right of the sidebar, which cuts off most important listing information.
A print-friendly version of simply the Listing Details without the Command navigation elements would be helpful particularly for internal KWLS listings. These are not on the MLS, but some Agents may need to access the equivalent of a "MLS Sheet" about the property.

Make Text Always Visible While Editing in Designs
When working in the KW Command Design editor, I’ve noticed that when I set my design text color to white (or any light color), the text in the editor itself also turns white—making it almost impossible to see or edit. It would be really helpful if the editor could default the text color to black or provide a way to make it more readable while editing, regardless of the final design color. This would make it a lot easier to make changes and avoid mistakes when working on marketing pieces. It's a small change that would go a long way…

Allow Tech Support Remote Access rather than constant screen shots
Easier and more efficient tech troubleshooting with remote log in access like Reppert factor. Tech Support feels antiquated to constantly screenshot issues - would be nice to actually have a phone conversation as well as the chat doesn't always translate well when it's technical.

Contact Assignees Notified w/ New Notes or Activities
Idea: Assignees of Contacts get a Command notification whenever a new note or activity has been added to the contact their assigned to. While beneficial for solo agents, this would also be extremely beneficial for teams and ensure that all assignees of contacts are easily notified when something new happens with a contact their assigned to.

Legal Name and Contact General Name
Use legal name field for contact for dotloop integration and docusign instead of the general name field. The general contact name field at this time has to be the clients "legal name" in order for it to carry over as the signatory name but is too formal in most cases when using smart plans or campaigns.
John Doe - Contact name (becomes signatory name for documents)
Jonathan Doe - Legal name (does nothing) - so Jonathan Doe needs to be the contact name - but then sounds too formal in smart plans and campaigns etc2 votes -
Add Contact City Name to Merge Fields pick list in Designs
For customization in emailed designs, the property address TOWN would be a real useful field as a merge item. I assume it would be |ContactCity| or something to that point.
Should be easy to add to the pick list, as well.
It would facilitate emails like "Hello |ContactFirstName|, here's the latest real estate newsletter for |ContactCity| :"

Create Options to Change Subscription Preferences
Whenever a client unsubscribes from an email, they unsubscribe from "all email communication." Is there a way we can provide a way for clients to opt out of specific communication (campaign lists, smart plans, etc.) or all communication altogether or allow the person in our database to reach out to us specifically to adjust their communication preferences before deciding to unsubscribe?
I've had clients unsubscribe from newsletters, but would still like to get property notifications, or vice versa.
This could help us reduce our unsubscribe rates on email campaigns, and improve client/agent satisfaction.
