Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Frequently, when I search for properties, specific neighborhoods are not available as selectable options. A prime example is the community of "Westlake" in the Loxahatchee area. While the surrounding areas are visible, Westlake itself is missing. This happens with many other neighborhoods as well.
    This problem also carries over to the Design Center, as these same communities are often unavailable when I try to create a "Neighborhood Snap."
    Having complete and accurate neighborhood data is critical. Could you please look into why these areas are not in your system and let me know if there are plans to update the…

  5. Agent María González Expósito requests that, when creating a list in Command, it should not be necessary to manually select the currency and unit of measurement (C.A. or m²) each time.

    She wants there to be a default setting for these fields or, at least, to be able to search more quickly by typing the first letter of the currency, country, or unit of measurement (for example, typing “S” to find Spain).

    Her goal is to streamline the process of creating lists.

  8. When applying a merge field in a smart plan, the text of the [merge field] that appears does not adjust to match the font size of the rest of the email. It looks unprofessional having the client name tiny (for example) and then larger text in the body. If you leave the text size to match the merge field size, you have all tiny text. Please allow the merge field to adjust with the size and font on the email.

  11. A question about why "Notes" were removed from the Dashboard I have been using that field to store links and websites for my various KW groups that I visit often

  12. Allow a way to NOT have the security code sent to my account!

    Please enable a toggle that will help the agent secure his/her account, and in case they don't want to have this account secured, please enable an option on where they can disable this recovery code, as she always try to give access to someone such as TC or OP

  14. When I add a contact and the primary phone number is found in my data base a pop up should ask if I'd like to merge the contacts. Right now I have to cut and paste info back and forth then delete one

  15. If I have a client, I would like to customize how I appear in google, I would like to have a way to change the tab and web browser text that appears on google, not having an option to change this will affect the way I offer my website! Please add a way to customize this text!

  16. We have a lot of great systems we recommend for agents, and how to tag their database.

    Could we expand the pre-generated system tags in Command to include things like DTD2, or status tags?

    This way, when new agents join, they can automatically tag their database with the appropriate tags.

  17. Under "My Profile" "About Me" section - the title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing. I recently joined but was licensed in 2015. After 9 emails, it was clarified that this field was not at all about my license date, but instead about the date I joined KW.

    This change would reduce/eliminate unnecessary emails and time wasted in the future for others like me that were licensed prior to coming to KW.

  19. We are trying to see if we can get bios for each team member to display in the Meet the Team section of the Agent Site. Is this at all possible?

    We know you can add the bios to the Marketing Profile, but we want them displayed in the Meet the Team section of the site if it's a possibility.

  20. The problem: This process is inefficient and time-consuming, especially when trying to plan follow-ups for a large list of contacts

    The Idea:
    Introduce "Tasks" as a selectable option in the "Customize Columns" settings for Contact SmartViews.

    This new column wouldn't need to show task details, but simply provide a visual, at-a-glance indicator to show whether any task exists for that contact.

    Suggested Implementation:
    The indicator could work just like the email validity icon:

    Task Exists: A clear icon (e.g., a red dot, a small checkmark) appears in the column.
    No Tasks: The column is empty or shows a different icon…
