To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Currently the KW Neighborhood Nurture Emails get sent early in the morning, usually around 2am. Please update the SmartPlan to allow time of day that is preferred.

  2. Please keep workinng on advanced filters. They are almost there, but I cant confidently make the switch from our current CRM until 2 things happen:

    1. "and" should be customizable to "and"/"or" between query lines

    2. "notes" should be a searchable option in the drop down. I use this weekly to find notes I know were added multiple times, like which three people talked to me about x listing last week, etc.

  3. would be nice if the activity with clients thru social media direct messaging was connected like gmail so it would show up as an activity on the client contact.

  4. update command for when youre choosing neighborhoods to add your client so that instead of manually clicking each neighborhood to have a range for us to make a shape over the map.

  5. It would be SO nice to just put in a bunch of tasks line by line by pressing enter. Due date and additional notes can be added after or you can default to due date today. Would be so nice to be able to just enter into a list quickly items due for today while brainstorming.

  6. This is essential functionality for team leaders who have both residential and commercial teams. The reality is many commercial clients look down on agents who brand with the residential team. Because Command does not yet have the functionality to have two (2) Command sign-ins for the same team leader, it forces differently branded teams to use the same instance of Command. This makes tracking opportunities, data and information separately in Command for the business more challenging.   7. We used to able to grab a contact and drag them to another tab. This made it easy to work from a main contact dashboard and with the individual contact. Now it requires going back and forth and beginning at the beginning of the list. Please let us drag again.

  8. On occasion I enter a note and forget to include some additional details or a client returns my call immediately. Or I enter a tast on a wrong client. I then need to add another tast/action into command which adds a second entry for the day. If there was a way to edit the interaction whether it be a call, meeting, email or text task. That would be great.

  9. When a lead is captured and comes into Command for teams it is owned by the Rainmaker. A smartplan then triggers immediately to start. Even if the lead routing is on round robin, and the lead gets assigned to a team agent, the smartplan initiates before the lead gets assigned... giving the initial smarplan tasks to the rainmaker instead of the team agent!

  10. Would be super helpful to be able to send out Quarterly Ezine (or parts of it) in bulk email with smart plans. Currently can only add email templates from Designs.

  11. For those of us using the Procoach accounts or even teams with newer associates, it would be extremely benifical to be able to adjust some of the questions asked on the Activity tracking form.

    Rather than having "did you sign any contracts today" I would love to be able to change that for PC Agents to "How many contacts did you assing to smartplans today?"

  12. For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.

  14. Link an agent's pre-loaded W9 to each outgoing referral they make. This is helpful from the administrative side because it would make the process of payment faster, prevent DA hold-ups while awaiting W9's to be sent, and would prevent the additional time to chase them down.

  15. When a referral transaction closes, the agents must submit the referral form to compliance to receive the payment. Right now, we are missing a feature that just clicking a button will download the agreement to be submitted to the MC.

    My suggestion is for KWRI to create a download PDF form tab in the referrals session of Command to make this process easy for agents. It would be even more amazing if there was a button that allows the agent to create opportunities from the referrals session.

  16. Being able to look at a full list of the checklist items for all stages/phases of an opportunity would be very helpful. Quick access to the full list is helpful to see how we want to edit the opportunity process in its entirety, maybe moving things to an earlier stage/phase.

  17. Currently numbers appear +14251239876 adding a dash (ie: +1 425-123-9876) to separate the numbers would decrease eye strain and improve readability.

  19. Inside of Command Opportunties, agents are able to create a new version of an under contract folder. Many agents use this for a backup offer, but are currently unable to set the new folder to default as open if they need to start using that other folder. This has led to agent's uploading docs to the wrong version or downloading the wrong documents. Either being able to select which version will default open, or even having it remember which folder was open last would be a helpful feature.
