To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  3. When working with a Listing Opportunity, there is a place for adding the listing expiration date to the Key Dates, but now, especially with Buyer Representation agreements required nationwide, we need a place to add the Representation Expiration date in the key dates to prompt agents to extend the representation if desired by the client.

  5. Currently, when dragging an opportunity to pipeline stages that are not visible on screen, the columns do not automatically shift to bring additional stages into view. It would greatly improve usability if the system could detect when a user is dragging an opportunity toward the edge of the visible pipeline and automatically scroll to reveal additional columns, allowing for a smoother drag-and-drop experience.

  6. Current Limitation: When creating an email in a Smart Plan, selecting a "Design" (to add a branded signature) automatically overwrites and deletes any body text currently in the editor. There is no way to combine a simple text body with a graphical signature footer.

    The Workflow Friction: Currently, agents are forced to build the entire email inside the Designs editor just to include a signature. This is inefficient because:

    Data Loss: We lose work if we try to add a signature after typing.

    Editing Difficulty: To make small text edits later, we have to launch the full Design Editor rather…

  7. Context:

    Market Reality: Unlike the US market, which relies heavily on Email and SMS, the Brazilian real estate market operates almost exclusively via WhatsApp (99% adoption rate).

    Current Workflow: Agents currently face operational friction, as they must leave the Command platform and manually save phone numbers to initiate contact. This delay negatively impacts lead response time.

    Business Opportunity:

    Efficiency: Implement a "Click-to-Chat" feature directly within Command, allowing immediate interaction without manual contact saving.

    Standardization: Integrate KW proven scripts (MREA models) as pre-set message templates. This assists new agents in maintaining professional communication standards.

  8. It would be helpful if we got an AI that could take in texts like "I talked to a guy named steve at an open house. hes looking for a house in a year and hes a veteran. His number is 333333333" and create a contact with specific tags like "veteran" or lead source as "open house" or create a smart plan for 1 year AUTOMATICALLY.

  9. I often set up repeating tasks for weekly, monthly, 6-weeks, quarterly, etc. If I miss the repeating tasks say from 6-weeks ago, the new 6-week task will not drop as a reminder because of the "past due" status of the recurring task. The recurring tasks need to remain on schedule regardless if a prior task is past due, which would help minimize the risk of leads falling through the cracks and ultimately increase conversion of online leads.

  12. Add Transaction and Opp ID numbers to the left rail so it is easily referenced - this is mainly for admin so they can easily reference these number for accounting/commission reports and in emails to their MC re: closing delays, changes in commissions, etc. At present, they must go to the commission tab to see the transaction # and "details" to see the Opp. ID#. It is clunky and should be easy to attach these numbers to the left rail as we do with the MLS #.

  13. Create a contact 'history' for past phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, etc. Helpful for looking up past info, and more importantly to retrieve information that was mistakenly deleted (not contact archive).

  15. In addition to the property address, please add the ability to add the parcel number. Some addresses may have multiple parcel numbers. I primarily work with vacant land and this would be a huge help.

  16. Tracking sources as a whole in the database is useful, but if we are truly to understand our conversion numbers on lead generation sources we need to be able to pull a report for CLOSED units by lead source. This will enable the business to know which lead sources are most frequently closed, then leading to understanding which lead gen pillars we should be double down on to increase productivity and profitability.

  17. it would be great if we can actually see the open rate of each smart plan. So that we can track the number of emails sent versus the open rate versus the click rate.

  19. When searching for a referral it should show true production numbers for agents not just what they have done with KW. When we have transfer agents come onboard that are top producers it is showing there production at 0. This is a miss when it comes to recruiting.
