Filters to create Collections in Command should match the filters on kw.com
Commercial properties cannot be displayed on Consumer platforms. However, when creating a Collection in the Listings Applet, property search filters show an option to filter by Property Type: Commercial. When users tick this checkbox to apply this filter, there are 0 listings in search results, which is expected but having a non-functionality filter option causes confusion. To reduce confusion and have parity with the consumer platforms, filters in the Collections modal should match the filters found on kw.com and the KW app.

Review link to send in contacts
Can you add the option on our contacts to send a link for them to review us please so we don't have to scour Command for the link?

Right click on email in Contact record, to copy (paste) email address
In a Contact record that has a saved email address, when I right click on the email address hyperlink, there is no option to click "copy email address". This is a feature in many applications. It would be helpful to quickly copy from this Contact view screen instead of having to click Edit contact to then copy. This new option would save a step.

Ability to select a preferred Keller Home Loans loan officer for KW agent sites and app
Currently, when an agent enables Keller Home Loans (KHL) on their KW website or mobile app, the leads generated through the “Save Thousands” / KHL promotion are routed to the generic KHL site and then assigned to loan officers outside of the agent’s control. This creates two major issues:
The lead originated from the agent’s KW site but is assigned to another loan officer, causing the agent to lose the opportunity.
Since KHL loan officers are often dual-career (loan officer + realtor), this may also result in losing the lead to another real estate agent.

Request for Forced Registration and Lead Capture Options on Market Center Command Websites
We would like to have similar features that Personal and team sites have, in fact we would like to have the forced registration and lead capture inside Market Center websites!

Download list of contacts that clicked smartplan link.
download a list of my contacts that clicked on the link within my SmartPlan. Those are ideal follow up calls, and right now you have to manually write down the Email address and individually search the database. We need the ability to download the list of contacts, with complete contact information, that opened an Email or clicked on a link in an Email.

You know how, when we send a Smart Plan via email, there's a report that shows who received it and who opened it—so we can track who's interested? It would be really helpful if we had something similar for text messages sent through Twilio. Ideally, we could see tracking information—like who opened the message—directly beneath the text when we're sending it.

Notify clients from deactivation - unsubscribe
were unable to unsubscribe from the monthly neighborhood alerts. While I was able to manually do this for them, I wanted to alert KW that there seems to be an issue with the unsubscribe option on those monthly emails. I don't need any further support (just passing along this info for the tech team). Thanks so much, Jil

Have KW Contacts integrate with a skip tracing service to update information fields. Make it optional (like merging duplicates) in case we need to keep the information we have for smart plans.

Allow the compliance chat via Command App.
Agents should be able to respond to compliance coordinators using their Command App. This will allow agents to respond quickly while they are busy with their business. Currently they have to sit infront of a computer to respond to these.
