To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. When using Split & Attach PDF, we are required to name the document even though we are also selecting the document name from the pick list...WHY? Why is it necessary to essentially name the document twice? The manual document name doesn't even show up. What is the point?

  2. It would be helpful and save time to have a "Create buyer side transaction" button from within command to create a mirror image opportunity that switches the buyer and seller side and adds it to the pipeline.

    This would be in lieu of manually creating a buyer side transaction when the listing agent has both sides of the deal personally or a team member.

  3. From Command MC reference Compliance, when a document is rejected I am able to comment to the agent what is wrong with the document, but when I am returning the opportunity to the agent because a document is completely missing I am not able to make a comment to that agent letting them know what I need to make compliance correct, therefore agents are overlooking the opportunity completely.

  4. There is currently an API Nation intregration for Follow Up Boss that works with personal Command, but the large majority of Follow Up Boss users are teams. As an MCTT, I see this as the biggest stumbling block for teams that would like to use both Follow Up Boss and Command.

  5. Issue: many agents create multiple Opportunities for the same contact/transaction because they do not remember making one OR they do not know how to find the one they already made.

    Solution: allow for a modal to pop up when an agent begins to create an additional Opportunity for a contact using the linked contact as the trigger.

    Example: an agent creates an Opportunity for Mr. Buyer. Later the agent forgets that an Opportunity is already made for Mr. Buyer and begins to make a second one. Once "Mr. Buyer" is linked in the Create Opportunity screen a modal pops up…

  6. For contacts, Command requires us to create separate contacts for spouses. That is double the work and most of the time results in contacts with limited detail. We can just create one contact and input both names (i.e. Jason and Jan Smith). Then we only have one contact. However for e-mails, it removes the word "and". If we could do a merge field for Full name rather than just First and Last, it would pick up on the word "and". Then we wouldn't have to create separate contacts for both spouses.   8. Replace having to manually enter vendor type with a dropdown list of all vendor types within MoveEasy's provided spreadsheet template when bulk uploading to My Preferred Vendor List which feeds agent's website. Second, ability to add custom vendor types.

    This would save the agent / admin so much time uploading or entering vendors and be able to more accurately convey to the customer what the vendor can all do.

For agents licensed in multiple states, it would be a huge problem solver for them if they could have multiple marketing profiles with a toggle at the top of the Command Platform, whereby no matter where they were working in Command, they could toggle between branding for their Arizona vs Washington clients, for instance.

  10. I have had many agents I'm working with be unable to see the pencil (edit) and ellipsis (more) icons whatsoever due to differences in computer screen contrast. When teaching courses the class and I are almost completely unable to see the icons on the TVs in our MC.

    This is causing many agents to miss additional context menus and believe they are unable to edit sections of Command.

    Specifically I have to show agents the Edit Pencil frequently on the Opportunity Details tab and the ellipsis on the Opportunity Stage/Phase screen.

    Command needs more accessibility options in general.

  11. ??RECOMMENDATION for KW Command Programmers...When the lead completes the form to view our FB and IG Ads, could a verification text with a code be created and they enter the code before they are actually added as a Lead?Something to keep the fake leads from coming in.

  12. TikTok is an increasingly popular app that we use to create content and stay relevant in a tech world. It would be helpful to have links like FB and instagram so our leads, contacts and SOI can stay up to date on us.

  13. The RealMailers system does not identify the "relationships" in Command and it does in fact send two postcards to, say a husband & wife or partner at the same address. This is frustrating & looks odd to my clients & costs me more! Would love if there's a work around. Thank you so much!

  19. I had a few suggestions based on both my experience and feedback from clients:

    Map Placement: Would it be possible to move the area map and the “similar properties” section higher up in the listing description? Right now, they're placed all the way at the bottom, which can be a bit confusing—especially with the other map showing the specific neighborhood.

    Map Consolidation: If there's a way to combine both maps into a single, more streamlined view, that would be incredibly helpful and improve the user experience.
