To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  2. Following our recent investigation into the KW Opportunity API, we have identified several key fields available in the user interface (UI) that are currently missing from the API's HTTP response.

    To ensure data parity between the KW platform and our integration, we would like to formally request the addition of the following fields to the Opportunity object response:

    Requested Fields:
    • Close Date (not Estimated Close Date)
    • Contract Date
    • Contract Price
    • Estimated Commission Rate
    • Estimated Commission Amount
    • Description

  3. does the close date mean I have closed or is this an estimate. I don't want to add a close date because this is just an offer. the close date hasn't been agreed upon yet. I want to enter the offer so I can track the negotiation process.

  4. Export specific client names based on their last name (ex: A-H, I-P, Q-Z). I want to be able to search for this in the filters without having to individually select each name.

  5. There should be an option when setting up a task (either in a smartplan or an opportunity) that allows the task to pop up only when another task is completed rather than having them all be date/time based.

  6. Estimated Commission Amount should update when a contract price is entered in the Contract Price field of the Financial information of an Opportunity. Right now it is only synced to Budget, which is fine for when they are searching, but not useful once the client is UAG. Thank you.

  7. Create an Alert Pop-Up text box, or and alert text field under or next to contact name. that would be seen each time a contact is pulled up. This would flag an agent that there is something important to know before reaching out, such as "spouse recently died" or "currently battling cancer", etc. This would also solve the other ideas of "Buyer Bullet Points on Contact Page" and "Do Not Contact" next to client name. Currently there is no way of knowing unless you scroll through notes prior to contacting each client.

  8. I used it to post quick links to Opportunity pages, eliminating a couple of steps to get there. It was useful for other quick link capabilities.

  10. I want to use command referral map to choose KW agents worldwide not just US. I am CIPS certified and want to network with our own KW top producing agents and share referrals to better serve our clients.

  11. I have Red X Vortex Power Dialer. When I make my calls with them, i have to back into command to document the call resolution. I see the "call" option in command (specifically on desktop), but when I click on it, a window pops up for me to choose a dialer, and vortex isnt an option. I spoke with Vortex tech support and he said from what he was told it was KW who is declining to integrate with them, theyre open to that option. I'd be a game changer if I can make command my one-stop-shop for my calls…

  12. If a contact calls me with a question from an email I sent via smartplan, it would be really helpful to be able to open and see that email from their timeline.

    For example, I send out monthly neighborhood nurture emails via a smartplan, and a contact called about a specific house in the email. I couldn't see what they were talking about because I can't open that email.

  13. Right now, I can only add full addresses for contacts; and not have reminders on what cities they live in if I have that info. Would be nice to have the option to at least enter their town/city if that is known

  14. I know contact who are interested in certain zipcodes and I'd like to add the zipcodes they are interested in VS having to to pick neighborhoods. Would be nice to enter a zip code in the neighborhood and command can auto-pull the neighborhood names based on that.

  15. I undersand the need for the Login for lead capture, but I don't need it as a new agent. I would like to have the Login page only if I set Forced Registration to number. If it is unrestricted, the Login in the navigation bar should come off. This way the navigation is more simplified. Esp since someone can easily navigate propertied on zillow or redfin, it is a little redundant on a personal website.

  16. When someone's address is Hermitage, TN command is changing it to Nashville, TN and that's not correct so then mailing label is wrong. This needs to be corrected so that Hermitage is pulling up.

  17. I think it would be great to have the option to add the same Note or Activity to multiple contacts, especially when you are documenting activities on an Opportunity with multiple participants (Husband/Wife, business partners, etc.). This would prevent the need to duplicate all the notes added.

  18. Retainer Management (KW Command) – Internal Tracking & Controls (for 7.B. Retainer) to the TXR 1501

    To ensure Paragraph 7.B is consistently administered and auditable, the Licensed Sales Associate will track the retainer inside Command by assigning the retainer requirement directly to the Buyer’s contact record at the time the TXR-1501 is executed. The contact record will include standardized custom fields (or a checklist) for: Retainer Amount Due, Due Date, Payment Status (Unpaid / Partial / Paid / Waived), Date Received, Method (check/ACH/card), Receipt/Transaction Reference, and Notes.   19. I have clients and potential clients who speak multiple languages. It would be great if smartplans could change language instead of having to make a new one. It would be great if you could set a preferred language for a contact and the smartplan would change for it.

  20. Having a kanban board view for tasks would be a great improvement. Allowing the user to expose custom fields on the task card would be helpful. The current table view doesn't show the task type or description, forcing the user to open each task to gather more details.
    Furthermore, I'd like the ability to group by due date, assignee, type, and status. Status would be the most important.

    Nice to have: comment on the task, i.e. "Tried to call client today. They were busy but requested a CMA sometime next week."
