To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Pull a report together for forecasting and GCI by the agent using a source of Probable GCI and using commission from the offers and commission tab once the opportunity has moved to the Under Contract phase. Drill this down to the agent level if on a team. You can add a split line in the opportunity breakdown when creating to trigger the correct commissions by the agent if on a team.

  2. At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.

  3. I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

    The need for security is essential, but this measure places an undue burden on us that hinders productivity and undermines our ability to use the CRM effectively. We expect our CRM provider…

  4. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.

    In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

  5. A large proportion of listings in our area are held under a trust or other legal entity. It would be great if, instead of doing a 'workaround' there were a field in the docusign details to enter the name of the entity buyer or seller so it could map and populate the corresponding field on the legal documents.

  7. It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

  8. Please bring back the ability to see the CAP & Royalty Status Rings for Team Members in the commissions tab! This was vital for our staff to manage our internal reporting and tracking! If this was changed for "privacy" concerns, it could at the very least change to make it an "optional" tab for agents to Allow/Not Allow their Rainmaker and Admins to see their status rings. This puts the control in the agents hands still, but gives teams the option to view it, if allowed, vs just taking it away!

  9. Allow Luxury templates for agents who are not in the Luxury community. There are many agents like me who do not focus on luxury but sell them when they are referred to us through our database, through different Realtor networks like CRS and local city networks. I have sold luxury properties for years off and on. Luxury is a moving target. In my area median price is now $1.2 M and Luxury is $2M plus. I remember when luxury was $500k. Those same houses are now $2M plus. I know luxury is more about level of service than price range.…

  10. Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.

  11. Enable custom template in Designs for postcards go directly to Direct Mail, WITHOUT having to go outside Command (Canva, etc) to resize and then import the properly sized design back into Command. We should be able to mail the designs we create in Command WITHIN Command, without all these extra steps.

  12. My Quarterly Call Smart Plan to be editable regarding which days it schedules the calls for. If you don't want calls on weekends or if you take specific days off during the week so you do not get a pile up in your missed calls and focused on your call days.

  13. Add the option of a Smart Due Date for Opportunity movement through the pipeline. When I move an opportunity from Watch to Nurture (for example), I want to be able to set up my checklist so the tasks fire of X days after the opportunity enters the stage.

  14. It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

  15. When looking for opportunities, for example, 'All Opportunities', it takes you to the search area where you can search the address. When you type in the address, the opportunity comes up which is great. However when you are in the opportunity and click 'back' in the browser to take you back to the searched addresses, it's completely gone back to the default search area. This is super inefficient and it would be great to go back to what I had pulled up to keep it organized instead of redoing my search again.

  16. Create a mileage tracker within the KW Command App so agents can log their business miles for their car. Or perhaps integrate a 3rd party mileage tracker.

  18. When an agent leaves a team, contacts assigned to that team member need to be reassigned to the rainmaker automatically.
    Often times a team forgets or doesn't know this needs to happen, then emails may go out from Smartplans that look like they come from that agent even though they are not on the team anymore.

  19. Team Rainmakers/Admins would benefit from being able to filter through our opportunities by "Assignee". Right now you can only filter by owner or tag. On teams the "owner" will always be the Rain Maker. Making an assignee option to filter through would be extremely helpful for teams with 3 or agents or teams that have a high volume of units.

  20. Save searches should be enabled for all Contacts despite of them using the KW App. Just like Matrix, Flex, Brivity, Chime, Top Producer and other CRM's. As of now, if the contact does not use the App, the save search will NOT go out.
