1. Immediate Need to Resolve URL Pre-Approval Requirement

   I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

   The need for security is essential, but this measure places an undue burden on us that hinders productivity and undermines our ability to use the CRM effectively. We expect our CRM provider to uphold robust security standards internally without compromising the user experience or requiring cumbersome workflows. It's imperative that you find a better, more permanent solution that does not involve micromanaging our URLs.

   In short, this is not an acceptable solution. As your client, we rely on your platform to be secure and efficient. I strongly urge you to prioritize a robust, seamless, and transparent approach to system security that respects our workflow and does not impose unnecessary barriers.

2. Enhanced Sorting Functionality in Customized Columns on Contacts

   I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.

   In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

   Implementing a sorting feature for custom fields, particularly for date-related entries, would streamline data management and improve efficiency for users who rely on custom tracking metrics.

4. Share Luxury Designs with All Agents

   Allow Luxury templates for agents who are not in the Luxury community. There are many agents like me who do not focus on luxury but sell them when they are referred to us through our database, through different Realtor networks like CRS and local city networks. I have sold luxury properties for years off and on. Luxury is a moving target. In my area median price is now $1.2 M and Luxury is $2M plus. I remember when luxury was $500k. Those same houses are now $2M plus. I know luxury is more about level of service than price range. Right now, I would like to be able to use a KW Luxury template for an upcoming listing.
