To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Use legal name field for contact for dotloop integration and docusign instead of the general name field. The general contact name field at this time has to be the clients "legal name" in order for it to carry over as the signatory name but is too formal in most cases when using smart plans or campaigns.

    John Doe - Contact name (becomes signatory name for documents)
    Jonathan Doe - Legal name (does nothing) - so Jonathan Doe needs to be the contact name - but then sounds too formal in smart plans and campaigns etc

  2. When building out the websites in Expert Mode, if we create a single property website page, it will generate a link that we can use in social media or emails to direct clicks to that site. If we had a way to generate a QR code or even have a branded one-click to shorten the long link address, that would be amazing!

  3. The only place to review replies/calls from Twilio is under notifications. It would be helpful to have an inbox for all Twilio text messages/calls.

  4. Ability to enter an MLS number for a new listing into a search feature that will locate anyone in your database that meets that criteria (has searched for similar properties on your website, etc.)

  6. I wish we could filter by First or Last Name: starts with, ends with, is empty. As of now the only way to accomplish something close to this is by sorting by first or last name. We are starting DTD2 with our group where we need last name letters, and our workaround for now is tagging each person with the letter of their last name to then build filters and SmartViews around those tags. This is quite the chore in a database of 17K+ contacts. And then finding those without a last name tag requires building an advanced filter SmartView…

  8. Create a Lead Parsing Email which is a unique entity separate from our normal command email like the separate emails that third party lead generation softwares provide. This would allow us to plug in our parsing email which would directly connect our lead generation from Zillow, Google ads, Homes.com, etc, and put it into our contacts in command instead of us doing it manually every time.

  9. We would like in the Preferred Partners section:
    • More categories to include other and Real Estate Schools.
    • Ability to create our own catagory
    • Ability to change the order of the partners. Currently, it is in the order entered.

  11. Update all forms fields to allow for FOUR buyers , versus two that we now have, to match same quantity as contracts. When completing forms in DocuSign the fields don't match the amount of buyers. Also the contact information can't be linked back to command. This prevents the proper history being updated.

    It's just too much unnecessary manual work when we already have a system created to do just that.

    Adding TWO additional blocks to add Buyers will improve accuracy, time, transaction history and allow for clean process.

  12. When a loop is imported into command, all forms within the loop are placed into a custom folder. However, If forms are added to a loop after it has been imported into Command, those new forms will not be automatically included in the original custom folder. We would like the forms that were added to the loop after the import to automatically get added to the existing custom folder.

  13. It will be helpfull to be able to edit how often de client updates are send, and also be able to add for example how many views or visits the leasing have had in for example the last month, show the results to our clients and not the tasks that we have done.

  14. Add 'Cash' as a selectable value for 'Finance Type' in Opportunity Details. Currently, selecting 'None' results in two dashes being displayed. This can be confused with the data have potentially been omitted, rather than a clear statement of 'This Buyer intends to use cash', which is an important detail.

  15. When creating tasks under stages in Opportunities- We should have the ability to assign the person who create the opportunity as the selected signee instead of having to manually assign the tasks as they come up.

  16. It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

  17. For customization in emailed designs, the property address TOWN would be a real useful field as a merge item. I assume it would be |ContactCity| or something to that point.

    Should be easy to add to the pick list, as well.

    It would facilitate emails like "Hello |ContactFirstName|, here's the latest real estate newsletter for |ContactCity| :"

  18. Agent wants to have a label or any space in the contacts to add a business card, this to be able to identify and read the business card more easily inside command > contacts

  19. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.
