To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. after I hide completed tasks in an opportunity checklist and leave the opportunity, when I come back to that checklist, nothing is hidden. I would love if when I select to hide it stays hidden unless I choose otherwise. It would also be nice to have the option to default to hide completed tasks so I don't have to click it every time.

  2. They would like for the discussions to be moved away from a specific opportunity and be brought into more general terms. They would like to be able to "chat" with people on their team in different areas/applets of Command.

  3. When you create an email signature from smartplans emails, the signatures look double spaced. This only happens in smartplans.

  7. Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

  9. The ability to assign a custom resolution to our designs would be greatly appreciated. I noticed that mailer designs output at a resolution that is not compatible with the mail campaign upload. Some additional integration between those applets would also be great

  10. It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

  11. Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....

    Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

  12. With so many teams and different pay structures for those team members, it would be nice to have the ability as a team owner to input each agents split, and for the math to show it how I pay them out. IE: if I have an agent on a 70% split and another on an 80% but they are each paying 5k toward the team cap, the system would track and show the cap and automatically change the commission to the new rate after they hit their cap. I can not see anything in command to see where my team…

  13. When importing contacts from your database, the birthday field updates to a date that is a month later than the actual birthday if you already have birthdates in the contact cards being uploaded.

  14. Today when I search on our Teams production to see how we rank in, say the Texas South Region or the entire U.S., I can only search by Region. Would love to have more options to filter the production data on the areas mentioned here:

    1. By Type (Group, Team or Ind. Team)
    2. By Reg #
    3. By MC
    4. By MC #
    5. By City
    6. By State (Include entire U.S.)
    7. By GCI
    8. By Volume
    9. By Units

  15. Hi! When creating a new note or editing an existing note, the window that pops up only allows you to see about 4 lines of text at once. When making a lot of bullet points in a note, that means you have to scroll up and down to see if you already have a piece of information recorded. Could the window that pops up when you create or edit a note, be made larger?

    Also, the formatting doesn't transfer over from note creation or edit window, to when you view it. For example, if you make bullet points on different…

  16. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  18. If an agent on a team creates a contact on their personal side, and then immediately pushes it over to the team side, it keeps them as the owner of the contact. So in the case of them leaving the team, they can easily recover these people. However, if they happen to manually create the contact while under the team side in the first place, it makes the team the owner of the contact, making it very difficult for them to recover the contact.

    This makes it very difficult to differentiate contacts that the agent enters themselves, which should belong…

  20. It would be nice (especially for teams) to be able to archive smarplans or toggle specific smartplans on and off as active to team members. We have certain smartplans that are used for follow up from specific events once a year. I don't want to delete the smartplan; however, it is cumbersome to have it in our list all year round of available smartplans. Having some way to turn those on and off from our list of available plans would be ideal.
