Bulk Remove from SmartPlan(s)
There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

Add Open House Tag to Open House Leads (Personal/Team)
Auto apply the tag "Open House Signin" to any lead that comes in from the Command Site Open house links.
Because leads are auto assigned to the agent doing the open house, we do not have the ability to use lead routing to add a tag and trigger smartplans. This means agents on teams must manually put the leads on SmartPlans.
Solo agents have this via lead source. This is a huge pain point for teams and rainmakers who have multiple open houses and need speed to lead.

Share Luxury Designs with All Agents
Allow Luxury templates for agents who are not in the Luxury community. There are many agents like me who do not focus on luxury but sell them when they are referred to us through our database, through different Realtor networks like CRS and local city networks. I have sold luxury properties for years off and on. Luxury is a moving target. In my area median price is now $1.2 M and Luxury is $2M plus. I remember when luxury was $500k. Those same houses are now $2M plus. I know luxury is more about level of service than price range.…

Saved Search Choices Remain Sticky after Selection
when creating a saved search for a contact, would be handy if there was a way to change the default settings. like on the options for property type - default is all 10 types, I would like to be able to change that so I dont have to uncheck 9 types every time.

Add "App Link" as Option in Button Dropdown for Email Templates
App link option is currently not included in the button dropdown in email templates. There is currently only Landing Pages and Web Address. I would like to see this under the dropdown options so I can easily link my app link when I send out my email design.

Assigned team email address that can be used to send out campaigns on behalf of the whole team and not just one agent
Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.

Feedback/Testimonials for Referral Partners
When trying to build up a referral network, agents would like to have testimonial information or a rating system from other agents to show up in the Referral Agent Card. Many agents build their business based on their customer service and they want to connect with like minded agents. It's hard to find this information without doing an exhaustive search outside of Command.

Make Stagger Start Field Typeable
As an agent, I want to bulk add contacts to a smartplan yet I want to stagger their start. If I am adding 200 contacts to the smartplan and want to stagger 20+ per day, it is not helpful to have to click the up arrow 20+ times when I could type directly into the field. This would allow me to easily add people in just 2 clicks!

Make "Closed Date" in Opportunity Details Typeable
When going back and closing opportunities that closed previously but were not moved to the closed phase, the way to set the closed date is only to cycle by month until you find the date, and if it's from past years, the popup calendar doesn't state what year you're in. (Example; was closing out an agents files from 2020 and had to scroll through 28 pages of the months to find the correct one, but had no indication of what year I was grabbing from)

Giving tools like this to the KW Commercial agents, it seems, the other agents, Colliers has better tools, Mapbox and 3D tools to search, VS just a discount for the ARCGIS Pro with 1 option of Business anaylycs tool.

Parties to the Transaction Viewable in Command Mobile
Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

Select Multiple Contacts with Shift Key
Before this sometimes worked, now it doesn't even work. If I have to select a group of contacts, it is easier with Shift Click, it is something basic that any CRM should have.

Export Tasks to Mojo Dialer
Go to tasks and select all for the day. Have an export option to transport those names and numbers into Mojo Dialer rather than hand dial each prospect!!!
