  1. Hi KW Labs Team,

    I’d like to offer feedback on the current Commission Request process in Command and suggest an updated, agent-friendly design based on common challenges we see at our market center. I understand that I may not know all the ins and outs of the backend process, but this is a time-consuming problem for both the agent and the staff.

  2. It seems like there is only a max option to delete 50 tasks at a time. It would be great to have the capability to delete all of your tasks at once in the backend settings since some people have 1,000+ tasks and doing 50 at a time would take some time deleting that many tasks.

  4. Having the ability to attach my VCF contact card to twilio messages would save time and help to cement the relationship with leads or new clients.

  6. Allow us to create task lists not associated with a Contact or Property. Example to be able to create a transaction task list to check off when running a listing or buyer campaign or transaction.

  7. It would be nice to be able to copy and paste or duplicate an edited Step to use on a different Day. There are many instances where I might do the same task weekly, but don't want to do a repeating SmartPlan because I'll also have text and email Steps that shouldn't repeat. This would allow an easy way to make SmartPlans instead of having to recreate every duplicate Step, especially if it's information heavy. Otherwise, I'm left having to copy sections from one Step, going to edit the new Step to paste the information, then having to save and…

  8. It helps us stay on top of our contacts and quickly see what we last talked about. We shouldn't have to pay for another service if we already are paying for KW Command as a CRM.

  10. We are trying to see if we can get bios for each team member to display in the Meet the Team section of the Agent Site. Is this at all possible?

    We know you can add the bios to the Marketing Profile, but we want them displayed in the Meet the Team section of the site if it's a possibility.

  11. There needs to be a review on KWRI allowing leadership role specific emails to be created for the market center. Not just the MCA or front desk. There needs to be one for MCTT's, PC's, TL's, ATL's, Compliance, etc. This will relieve headaches of when people leave the role. I don't understand why this isn't a thing now. Please change this so that the Market center owns these emails and all communication within these emails so when the roles are filled with someone new, they can pick up where things left off for that role. Thank you.

  12. The problem: This process is inefficient and time-consuming, especially when trying to plan follow-ups for a large list of contacts

    The Idea:
    Introduce "Tasks" as a selectable option in the "Customize Columns" settings for Contact SmartViews.

    This new column wouldn't need to show task details, but simply provide a visual, at-a-glance indicator to show whether any task exists for that contact.

    Suggested Implementation:
    The indicator could work just like the email validity icon:

    Task Exists: A clear icon (e.g., a red dot, a small checkmark) appears in the column.
    No Tasks: The column is empty or shows a different icon…

  14. The branch nickname of cobrokers and referral agents is pulling onto DAs instead of the name of the brokerage. This is causing confusion for agents, title companies and MCAs. Agents will put N/A in the branch nickname and it is printed on the DA. Please change the field where the DA is pulling the cobroker info.

  18. Idea for Development: Help Icon Standardization

    Implement a “question mark in a circle” icon next to all form fields, especially those marked as required (*), to provide users with clear, accessible tooltips. This icon is widely recognized as a symbol for help or additional information.

    For example, on the Create Opportunity form, the Opportunity Type field could use a help icon that explains the dropdown options. Adding consistent help icons across all forms will improve usability, reduce user confusion, and enhance the overall user experience.

  19. Have the task list go directly to the next unchecked task. TCs are opening the task list within opportunities and having to scroll all the way down to where their next task it. Either compress the accordion view on all sections are autoscroll to the first undone task.

  20. It would be wonderful to have the ability/capability to add attachments to notes and tasks in command. Sometimes a photo is a valuable part of your notes or tasks.
