Call out of desktop and switching contacts from keyboard
Being able to connect to mobile number not facetime audio. Also changing to the next contact through the arrow keys on desktop would be fantastic.

I would love to see a ticker counting outbound activity daily. How many call and text I send to maximize my day/week/month with a bar graph in reports. How long was I on that call, answered or LVM?

Auto-generate listing presentation, marketing analysis, schedule follow ups, etc
Auto-generate with AI. Create workflows in the pipeline that auto generate everything from listing presentation, CMA & marketing strategy in each stage of a client's lifeline. In scheduling would be able to click a button to generate a listing presentation (editable), once scheduled it would send an appointment reminder to the client morning of appointment, along with all necessary listing presentation docs like CMA, listing presentation accessories pulled from the details and contact page. Would be really cool if in the app we could just ask KWIQ prompts to generate these and email them directly to us or client.

Designs with AI integrated in Opportunities
Would love in the marketing tab to pull all designs and templates created. Listing presentations autofilling from details page but also editable in templates. This would speed up listing presentation prep and in general all design prep for all designs going forward.

Exclude rental referral data from Average Deal Size calculation in Referral profile
The associate does not want rental numbers included in their average deal sized for their referral profile.

Import the new signed documents from Loop into the Loop that has already been imported in Command
When a loop is imported into command, all forms within the loop are placed into a custom folder. However, If forms are added to a loop after it has been imported into Command, those new forms will not be automatically included in the original custom folder. We would like the forms that were added to the loop after the import to automatically get added to the existing custom folder.

Original Price on Listings Module
A good opportunity for improvement would be for the original price to be registered only after the property is sent for approval by the MCA, because sometimes while the property is still in draft form, the price can be adjusted before being sent for approval, but just by making these small adjustments, the property starts to be advertised with a price variation.

Prevent Missed Deadlines: Require Date Entry in Opportunities , Improve Smart Due Dates: Auto-Prompt to Enter Key Contract & Listing Info
Currently, there is no system-generated reminder or required action to enter contractual dates and listing details into an Opportunity when a listing becomes Active or moves Under Contract. This can cause Smart Due Dates in the checklist and stages to not function properly if the "Agreement Won" date or other key dates (e.g., listing agreement date, contract deadlines) are missing.
Proposed Solution:

Tie close date fields in Details and Commissions together
Tie the Close Date field of the opportunity details section to the Close Date field in Transactions (Commissions) together. When an associate updates the Close Date in the Opportunity Detail screen and there is a Open/Submitted/Approved commission in Offers it would be great if the associate is asked if they would also like to update the Close Date of the Offer (if different). Also, if the associate submits an commission with a Close Date that does not match the Close Date in the Opportunity Details the system would ask if if the date should be updated to match.

Add Totals to All Opportunities
There should be totals for Units, Volume, and Commission in All Opportunities.
When agents use Filters and create Smart Views, they are often expecting to see totals for those fields at the bottom of the list to get a sense of where their production is at YTD, last year, or what's Active or Under Contract, etc.
Agents have not been able to gain the insights they want in the Reports applet.

When we enter contacts into Command that need to be linked, it would be awesome that when after you enter the first contact, and then when you start on the second and you "Add a relationship" ....if the Collaborator and Tags automatically populated to the second contact...that would be amazing!

Retain column width and sort when saving a smart view.
Smart views revert to narrow columns so I have to manually widen each column to see the complete data. For instance I have a smart view with birthdays and addresses for mailing birthday cards, but when I open the smart view the birthday AND address are cut off. When you save the smart view it should save the column width. Also the column sort is not retained either. It should be. There are a lot of potential case uses for this.

Reports for Clean Up
I am working with a team to help set up a more functioning COMMAND system. There are remnants of 3 old classification "ideas", most aren't being used. Upon inquiring to support, I found the exports and/or reports I need are not available. As functions have been released, it is necessary to clean up old workarounds to incorporate the new features. Doing some clean-up is needed and there is no way to easily query what is in the system. Any user created fields and assignments to clients should be easily accessible for reivew.

Offer with a Referral Issue
I received a referral check for a deal I referred out. Command still wants me to complete the offer section with the same info as if I listed/sold the property myself to be able to get to the commission tab. Since I did not work with the clients I did not have the details of the financing or the other party. Outside Agent Referral (zipcode issue)
We were trying to enter the information for an outside agent referral and it would not accept the details and let us click the button. All fields were filled in and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. After multiple tries we removed the dash from the zip code. We had used the 12345-6789 configuration of the zip code. After removing the "-4 digits" it worked. There was not a dialogue box or error message that showed what was wrong.
