It will be helpfull to be able to edit how often de client updates are send, and also be able to add for example how many views or visits the leasing have had in for example the last month, show the results to our clients and not the tasks that we have done.

more options when creating designs for social networks
My suggestion would be all templates in Command Designs should have the ability to add pages. With motion being a huge attractive piece on social media, the ability to add pages to give motion with our pre designed templates would be extremely helpful to all agents using Command designs and it will keep them from using an outside source such as CANVA, which is

Finance Type
Add 'Cash' as a selectable value for 'Finance Type' in Opportunity Details. Currently, selecting 'None' results in two dashes being displayed. This can be confused with the data have potentially been omitted, rather than a clear statement of 'This Buyer intends to use cash', which is an important detail.

Hide "country" for printing labels.
Have ability to hide the country when printing labels. All of my mailings are to people in the US. Having it on the label is unnecessary, looks odd, and maybe unprofessional. I expect agents in other countries have clients that mostly or entirely live in the one country.

Easier Assignee Adding
Ability to checkboxes for multiple names and search for a name by typing when adding assignee to an opportunity (like you can with a collaborator on a contact)

Agents can Download their DA's
No matter which side of the transaction they are on, allow agents to download their own DA's from opportunities.
If the agent is on a team, allow the rainmaker to control what data a team members sees when they download their own DA.

Allow Transaction Coordinator access to multiple agent's opportunities in command.
Allow the Transaction Coordinator (licensed or unlicensed) to be added to multiple agent's Command in order to manage multiple agents transactions. This will prevent password sharing.

Allow Duplicate Contacts in Team Database
For larger teams, we run into a lot of cases where a member of the team adds someone to their contacts, only to see the contact already exists in the team database. Our current workaround is telling the second agent to add the contact to their personal database, but then they can not leverage the team's SmartPlans, create team opportunities, the contact is not visible to the team, etc. We would love to have our agents operate solely out of their team account, but this snag makes it nearly impossible.

commission tracking
Pull a report together for forecasting and GCI by the agent using a source of Probable GCI and using commission from the offers and commission tab once the opportunity has moved to the Under Contract phase. Drill this down to the agent level if on a team. You can add a split line in the opportunity breakdown when creating to trigger the correct commissions by the agent if on a team.

Export Mailing Labels via Tag
If I select certain groups via tag or filter...for example birthdays...and export it to mailing labels via the bulk function, I ONLY want to get the specific people that I selected in that tag or filter. Currently, if that contact is connected to a spouse relationship, then the labels contain both individuals and are useless for birthday card mailings or specific things targeted toward one individual.

View Twilio text message conversation with all previous messages in the thread
When responding to a text message using Twilio, it would be helpful to be able to see the previous messages in the thread, similar to how you respond to a traditionally text message thread on your smart phone.
Currently the window to compose a Twilio message doesn't show any of the previous text messages in the conversation. Adding the ability to view previous messages in the compose window would be helpful.

Handwritten Letters Campaigns
Essentially duplicate the existing direct mail campaign process, but partner with a third party company (like scribe) that would print and mail out handwritten letter using their 3d printing technology. So I could upload into Command a copy of a handwritten letter and select who I want it to be sent to, both in and outside of my database, just like how real mailers is currently set up. Then scribe would simply print the message on the selected cards, and mail them to who we have selected. This would be an incredible tool for all database touches and farming.

Allow more than two decimal places for recurring deductions.
One of our Listing Services is FMLS. There is a per Transaction fee of .0012%. We cannot enter that because Command currently does not allow this.
This would certainly be a help to Agents, MCAs, TCs & more (with less errors & duplication of work!)

Google Ads for KW Emails
At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.

Immediate Need to Resolve URL Pre-Approval Requirement
I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

Enhanced Sorting Functionality in Customized Columns on Contacts
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.
In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

Feature to boost ads inside command
There are agents out there who boost posts of their recently sold listing instagram posts, for example, as a way to increase reach for those posts. You can do it natively from instagram.com. I was wondering if there was integration for that feature in command, but it seems like there isn't. if tehere isn't, agent would like to have one
