Allow Tech Support Remote Access rather than constant screen shots
Easier and more efficient tech troubleshooting with remote log in access like Reppert factor. Tech Support feels antiquated to constantly screenshot issues - would be nice to actually have a phone conversation as well as the chat doesn't always translate well when it's technical.

Twilio & SmartPlans management
When sending messages via Twilio, the agent would like to insert a letter or template, but this feature appears unavailable. Also, within the SmartPlans timeline, there is no option to delete outdated newsletters.

Contacts – Missing Metadata
On the right-hand side of the contact profile, the "Last Time Contacted" field appears empty. Scrolling to the bottom of the page, there is no information about how or when the lead was added—no creation or interaction dates are shown.

Campaigns – Leads Behavior
When the agent clicks on a lead's name in the Campaigns section, nothing happens. The expectation is that clicking the name would redirect the agent to the corresponding contact profile in the Contacts section, but this is not occurring. As a result, the agent must manually enter the lead information into the system, which is causing frustration.

Contact Assignees Notified w/ New Notes or Activities
Idea: Assignees of Contacts get a Command notification whenever a new note or activity has been added to the contact their assigned to. While beneficial for solo agents, this would also be extremely beneficial for teams and ensure that all assignees of contacts are easily notified when something new happens with a contact their assigned to.

Grant Team Rainmakers access to view their team members’ cap status.
Previously, agents could view an agent’s cap status when adding them to a commission request. This functionality is no longer available. Team Rainmakers would like access to their team members’ cap status restored in order to accurately project income and expenses, acknowledge capping achievements, and celebrate important milestones.

Crear la opción de hacer carpetas en el módulo de diseños, en le módulo de plantillas para correo electrónicos donde se crean las plantillas para las campañas. por ejemplo: poder crear una carpeta para 8x8 compradores, 8x8 vendedores y así sucesivamente y no tenerlas todas revueltas y en desorden.

Legal Name and Contact General Name
Use legal name field for contact for dotloop integration and docusign instead of the general name field. The general contact name field at this time has to be the clients "legal name" in order for it to carry over as the signatory name but is too formal in most cases when using smart plans or campaigns.
John Doe - Contact name (becomes signatory name for documents)
Jonathan Doe - Legal name (does nothing) - so Jonathan Doe needs to be the contact name - but then sounds too formal in smart plans and campaigns etc2 votes -

Update all forms fields to allow for FOUR buyers to match same quantity as contracts
Update all forms fields to allow for FOUR buyers , versus two that we now have, to match same quantity as contracts. When completing forms in DocuSign the fields don't match the amount of buyers. Also the contact information can't be linked back to command. This prevents the proper history being updated.
It's just too much unnecessary manual work when we already have a system created to do just that.
Adding TWO additional blocks to add Buyers will improve accuracy, time, transaction history and allow for clean process.

Auto-name each split document
When splitting a PDF and selecting the document type, users are still required to manually name each split document. Having Command auto-name the documents based on the selected type would help streamline the process and save time.

This is a key way to stay in touch with our past clients and future clients need to be able to input new subdivisions. .........Per KW Our developers are aware this data is now becoming outdated and they are investigating ways to accurate acquire neighborhood information from other data providers.

scrolling through tags it start over at the beginning instead of just going to next page
When I want to enter a tag I have to start at the beginning of my tag list and scroll through all tags and at the end of each page I then have to start at beginning and then get to the next set and so on for each page. When I type a tag should it not just go to that tag? Or like type in R and go to the R's to start searching?
