To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. For my email campaigns, I would like to see what individual contacts in my specifically click on in my email. For example, did they click on a specific article/image, or a specific button?

    That way it allows me to better interact with the contact, and could potentially allow for agents to create a trigger for a SMARTPlan creating a follow up if a lead clicks a specific link.

  2. I use smart plans to create tasks for lead generation AND I use opportunity tasks. Currently, that all goes to the same list (which is great). I would like an extra tab at the top to select only the opportunity tasks out of the general tasks. Obviously, these are more time sensitive than the lead gen tasks created generally so I would like to be able to check them quickly from that list rather than go into each opportunity individually.

  3. Would love to be able to create a smartplan that will fire the next step once the previous step has been marked as completed. For example, smartplan forms task to call contact. Once that call has been made and that task marked as completed, the next smartplan task fires immediately to send an email but this email is not sent until the call task has been checked completed.

  4. Tasks notifications on the app are a hit or a miss. They sometimes do not appear until 1-2 days after the task was created. Like other CRM's, it would be great if an email can be sent each time a task was created or at least once a day. Our team cannot currently depend on getting tasks and this is crucial to our internal team communications and customer service.

  8. when recording a Call on the contact timeline it defaults to We Talked when you actually may have left a message (CLM) or no answer of the phone (CNA)

  10. Please add “the Cove” neighborhood in Natomas, sacramento Ca. This is a neighborhood that so farm and the lack of ability to add people to a Neighborhood is infuriating

  11. In Agent profile, the email boxes are set up as "recovery" and "personal". These are supposed to be different emails, however agents are confusing it as the same thing. Can we reword "personal" to "business" as that is the email they are using for their business.

  17. Give the Rainmaker an option to have their team members create their own Campaign emails & direct mailings, Designs and Team SmartPLans. This way the Rainmaker has a choice to either limit or give their team members free creativity.

  19. Paid ads invoices, it would be great to isolate activity for a given year and then create a PDF for that year for tax purposes

  20. Searching for an Address vs just entering one...I may not have their full address, but want to add the city they live in. Even under neighborhoods if I do that, the city isn't always there to pull from. WHY can't I add just the city and state so I know where they're from? Searching for an address is the worst...if I don't have an actual one for the contact, then I'm picking a random one from a street in their city...versus just adding the info I want which is to add city and state. That is the most inefficient system.…
