To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  2. There is no scroll bar in that menu so it looks like a static chart. They should put a scroll bar so people know they can scroll for the rest.

  3. Title: Create a TCPA-Compliant Landing Page for Event Signups

    User Story:
    As a real estate agent,
    I want the ability to create a separate landing page for events and seminars,
    So that I can manage event signups while ensuring compliance with TCPA regulations.

    Acceptance Criteria:
    The landing page should allow users to register for events without relying on third-party platforms like Eventbrite.
    It should include TCPA-compliant checkboxes for consent to contact via phone, email, and SMS.

  4. Please add "Assignee" as a column in the Export file. Within the export file, team managers need to know which team member is assigned to a specific contact. Currently, you have to first filter by assignee and then export, which means separate exports for each team member. It'd be more efficient to export all contacts, clean up the file and then sort by an Assignee column. So many other fields are included in Export, why not Assignee?

  5. When using custom Smartplans like birthday greetings, there’s currently no way to receive a copy of the exact email sent to contacts. While creating a test contact provides a preview, it doesn’t show the personalized details (e.g., the recipient’s name or merge tag content).

    Request:
    Please add an option to automatically send a copy of each Smartplan email to the user or a designated email address.

    Desired Outcome:
    This feature would allow users to:

    Verify that personalized details are accurate.
    Keep a record of sent communications for reference.

  6. It would be helpful if Command included a feature allowing users to submit missing neighborhoods for review and inclusion. Currently, some subdivisions, like Cumberland, do not appear in search results. In cases where a neighborhood might have been previously listed under a different name (e.g., Wagner Farms), users have no way to request a correction or update.

    By adding a "Request Missing Neighborhood" button, users could easily report missing areas, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date mapping in Command. This would improve usability for agents relying on precise neighborhood searches.

  7. It is currently a little cumbersome to have go into the edit penicil to make changes to a contact. For instance a quick tag to add, or a client has a number listed from an import, but I have to go into the edit menu to move that number to their main number. It would be nice if we could just click and edit right from the contact and not have to open the edit screen.

  8. Can we get the Opportunity Name (shadow) in Command to say "Property Address" NOT the Contact Name. The Contact name is ALREADY in there. It makes it impossible to find the Opportunity in Command when it's put in with a Customer/Contact name.

  9. Add the option so that once an Opportunity is changed to a different stage, it would automatically send a specific email out to that client. For example: An Opportunity changes from a stage called "Showings" to a stage called "Under Contract" - An email would automatically be sent out with details for the clients next steps.

  10. Have separate fields for First name, Middle name, and Last Name. We have some couples that only have 1 email address or no email and only an address. We would like to put John & Jane in the first name field, then Doe in the Last name field. As it sits right now for those that we have both names in it will only put the first (John) in an email sent... not John & Jane. So it'd make it nicer and more clean to have them in separate fields.

  11. We need the agent to be able to select which images they want to display to the consumer (app/website).

    Currently, the agent has the option to display all images on the KW apps and website or hide all images. For a better selling experience, it should be possible for the agent to upload all images for a listing and then select which images they want to display or not on the websites (but still have them available on Command).   14. Current Issue:
    At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:

    It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

    It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

  17. Update the home evaluation tool to capture and notify agents of the address entered, even if the consumer doesn’t complete the full form.
