To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  1. If I select certain groups via tag or filter...for example birthdays...and export it to mailing labels via the bulk function, I ONLY want to get the specific people that I selected in that tag or filter. Currently, if that contact is connected to a spouse relationship, then the labels contain both individuals and are useless for birthday card mailings or specific things targeted toward one individual.

  2. When responding to a text message using Twilio, it would be helpful to be able to see the previous messages in the thread, similar to how you respond to a traditionally text message thread on your smart phone.

    Currently the window to compose a Twilio message doesn't show any of the previous text messages in the conversation. Adding the ability to view previous messages in the compose window would be helpful.

  3. Essentially duplicate the existing direct mail campaign process, but partner with a third party company (like scribe) that would print and mail out handwritten letter using their 3d printing technology. So I could upload into Command a copy of a handwritten letter and select who I want it to be sent to, both in and outside of my database, just like how real mailers is currently set up. Then scribe would simply print the message on the selected cards, and mail them to who we have selected. This would be an incredible tool for all database touches and farming.

  4. One of our Listing Services is FMLS. There is a per Transaction fee of .0012%. We cannot enter that because Command currently does not allow this.

    This would certainly be a help to Agents, MCAs, TCs & more (with less errors & duplication of work!)

  5. At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.

  7. I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

    The need for security is essential, but this measure places an undue burden on us that hinders productivity and undermines our ability to use the CRM effectively. We expect our CRM provider…

  8. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.

    In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

  9. There are agents out there who boost posts of their recently sold listing instagram posts, for example, as a way to increase reach for those posts. You can do it natively from instagram.com. I was wondering if there was integration for that feature in command, but it seems like there isn't. if tehere isn't, agent would like to have one

  11. Agents are unable to efficiently review and edit multiple contacts while navigating through the Database. The current single-window approach disrupts workflow and causes loss of context when switching between contacts.

    To address this, we propose returning the Contact Name as a link feature Command previously had. Agents could open multiple contacts in separate tabs within the database view, by right-clicking on the contact name and selecting "Open Link in New Tab" button.

    This allows for standard desktop browser Tab management features, such as tab closing, reordering, and grouping which all would enhance user experience and productivity.

  15. We need the ability to merge two contacts that both have agent site connections. If a client creates a new account on the agent site or app after they already have an existing agent site connection, it creates a duplicate contact that cannot currently be merged. We need the ability to merge these duplicate agent site connections when they occur.

  16. We currently have the ability to enter our google analytics tag and track website information using the google anayltics app. In order to track user id information from the google analytics tag, we need the ability to edit the header tag on each page. We can currently only do that if we are building a custom page but not on any other existing pages like the homepage.

    Collecting this information would be very helpful. An example of what we would need to edit:

  17. It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

  20. Applicable for both Agent and MC Command home screens. Drop down menu would appear for additional tabs that exist in that option by hovering over the icons on the left side that navigate Home, Smartplans, Transaction or on the MC side Recruits, Transacts etc. This would allow you to click into the the desired tab reducing the amount of clicks and reducing the time needed for the page to load that has the tabs on it. The example I personally use this for is on the MC side for recruits. I have to click into recruits then also click into…
