Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Expand the options for Relationships. Some key relationships are missing in the drop down. It would be beneficial for Command users to be able to note Relationships such as : FRIEND, ROOMMATE, CO-WORKER.

  2. For my email campaigns, I would like to see what individual contacts in my specifically click on in my email. For example, did they click on a specific article/image, or a specific button?

    That way it allows me to better interact with the contact, and could potentially allow for agents to create a trigger for a SMARTPlan creating a follow up if a lead clicks a specific link.

  3. I use smart plans to create tasks for lead generation AND I use opportunity tasks. Currently, that all goes to the same list (which is great). I would like an extra tab at the top to select only the opportunity tasks out of the general tasks. Obviously, these are more time sensitive than the lead gen tasks created generally so I would like to be able to check them quickly from that list rather than go into each opportunity individually.

  5. when recording a Call on the contact timeline it defaults to We Talked when you actually may have left a message (CLM) or no answer of the phone (CNA)

  8. Paid ads invoices, it would be great to isolate activity for a given year and then create a PDF for that year for tax purposes

  9. , while we do have support for multiple emails/phones in contacts within Command, API Nation says they be able to sync to the primary fields for emails and phone numbers.

    KW Command currently allows for syncing information to the Primary Email and Primary Phone fields only.

  10. Within team tasks and personal, I'd like the ability to hide any task that does not have a due date. Currently, there is no option to see only tasks that have a due date.

  12. In the tasks page, allow the name column to be sorted. That way, I can see if a contact has more than one task.

  15. The monthly nurture email has odd-looking code at the beginning of the subject line.

    With all the phishing scams out there this code does not present well for our agents.

  16. Agent would like to mass update contacts via a CSV tag import, as he considers it would be a very helpful feature to have as it would save a lot of time, different than bulk tagging from bulk action menu.

  19. Add the ability to search for a contact with specific content in the notes. EX: Search for all contacts with notes containing "Katy, 3 bedroom"

  20. In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.
