To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  2. I would love to see the option to send messages to team/collaborators to chat about a lead without an opportunity or deal; to tag a team member so they get a notification; to keep communications in one place for the team.

  4. When agents are needing to "update" their document due to compliance, they is no option to split that document unless they do it in DocuSign already. This tends to be a hassle for agents who need to update multiple forms for compliance.

  6. Ability to assign tasks to a client that shows up in the daily (or weekly) updates. For example - Seller to schedule terminate utilities. Or, Seller to provide contract to their mortgage officer. etc

  7. For the QR code in the Command app for the digital business card, I would love to see the ability to add your profile picture into this business card that is in your Marketing Profile to make it look more professional or the ability to customize what details you do/don't want on the business card.

  8. There are not enough characters to each section whenever you're adding information like the title and sponsor of the event. Please make it available to add more than 22 characters to these events.

  9. Expand the options for Relationships. Some key relationships are missing in the drop down. It would be beneficial for Command users to be able to note Relationships such as : FRIEND, ROOMMATE, CO-WORKER.

  10. For my email campaigns, I would like to see what individual contacts in my specifically click on in my email. For example, did they click on a specific article/image, or a specific button?

    That way it allows me to better interact with the contact, and could potentially allow for agents to create a trigger for a SMARTPlan creating a follow up if a lead clicks a specific link.

  11. I use smart plans to create tasks for lead generation AND I use opportunity tasks. Currently, that all goes to the same list (which is great). I would like an extra tab at the top to select only the opportunity tasks out of the general tasks. Obviously, these are more time sensitive than the lead gen tasks created generally so I would like to be able to check them quickly from that list rather than go into each opportunity individually.

  12. Tasks notifications on the app are a hit or a miss. They sometimes do not appear until 1-2 days after the task was created. Like other CRM's, it would be great if an email can be sent each time a task was created or at least once a day. Our team cannot currently depend on getting tasks and this is crucial to our internal team communications and customer service.

  16. when recording a Call on the contact timeline it defaults to We Talked when you actually may have left a message (CLM) or no answer of the phone (CNA)

  18. Please add “the Cove” neighborhood in Natomas, sacramento Ca. This is a neighborhood that so farm and the lack of ability to add people to a Neighborhood is infuriating

  19. In Agent profile, the email boxes are set up as "recovery" and "personal". These are supposed to be different emails, however agents are confusing it as the same thing. Can we reword "personal" to "business" as that is the email they are using for their business.
