To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  2. would be nice if the activity with clients thru social media direct messaging was connected like gmail so it would show up as an activity on the client contact.

  3. I like to send certain emails to my clients at different stages of the transaction including "Congratulations, you're under contract" with a list of dates, next steps, and explanations as soon as an offer is accepted. Then another email after the option period, reminders, etc. I have these saved in my gmail as a template now, but would love to see the ability to send the template (saved in command/opportunities) pull the key dates, property address, and client names when filling the email templates.

  4. update command for when youre choosing neighborhoods to add your client so that instead of manually clicking each neighborhood to have a range for us to make a shape over the map.

  5. It would be SO nice to just put in a bunch of tasks line by line by pressing enter. Due date and additional notes can be added after or you can default to due date today. Would be so nice to be able to just enter into a list quickly items due for today while brainstorming.

  6. I'm sure this isn't a new idea, but I want to amplify it. I need a simpler Command system. I'm not a Power-user like the many teams across the KW universe.

    Let me check the box and choose what functionality I want so its simpler. Right now I have to relearn it with every use and research what new function or setting has been added. I'm stuck on a new setting right now and I just have to punt. Support is off line and I can't wait til Monday.

  7. I am currently on a KWIR smart plan and I want to unsubscribe from just this one. I don't want to unsubscribe from all.

    I imagine that consumers might appreciate that option as well (such as a neighbourhood drip when they move to a new neighbourhood but still stay on their current neighbourhood drip or birthday plan.) Thank you!

  8. This is essential functionality for team leaders who have both residential and commercial teams. The reality is many commercial clients look down on agents who brand with the residential team. Because Command does not yet have the functionality to have two (2) Command sign-ins for the same team leader, it forces differently branded teams to use the same instance of Command. This makes tracking opportunities, data and information separately in Command for the business more challenging.   10. Hello! We are a growing team and we have run into the issue of our DOO not being able to see all of the Team's opportunities; only the rainmaker can. The only way for them to see the opportunities is if they are assigned to him which seems a bit of a hassle. We don't want to add him as another Rainmaker in Command Teams as that would mess up our reporting.

  12. When a contact replies with a sentence explaining why they want to stop, then it does not recognize the request to unsubscribe because it is not a single word "stop". I reply asking contact to reply with just the single word "stop". Not all do this so I need a way to unsubscribe them manually to ensure I don't send communication inadvertantly

  14. When I'm starting an opportunity, don't make the commission rate required. On listings, the value hasn't been established, and with buyers we don't have a budget yet.

  16. Under the Organization Site in the Agent or Rainmaker section on Team Sites, I would love to see where you can add either multiple IDs or leave it blank. Agents that are husband/wife teams or 2 solo agents but combined as a team want to have a Team Website but for the Rainmaker contact information have it set to where it shows both agents name instead of just one or the other and there is currently no option to do that.

  18. Hi! Please provide new Email Design Templates to attract sellers. The current design templates are 2 years old. We, agents, need marketing email designs that support current market conditions, and provide more options in general. This would help me to use Command to support the MREA's suggestion of 33 touchpoints to convert, instead of using outside sources.

  19. Hi, I'm from one of the Worldwide regions and we do not use text message or SMS frequently here.

    I am wondering if you would consider having "send Whatsapp message" as one of the Bulk Actions on Contacts; this will help greatly especially for when we want to send festive greetings (without using Whatsapp Broadcast directly), and allowed for this update to be recorded on Contacts Timeline too.

  20. Maybe this is there somewhere and I missed it, but I'm entering a new contact in Command and trying to put in the person's extension at their work phone number and don't see where to do this.
