To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  3. When creating SmartPlans under a team account when adding a task or call action add the ability to add agent information merge fields so we can put complete scripts in the task description box. Right now the only merge fields for these actions are contact based.

Sharing the following from my marketing guy: "I would love to see the ability when selecting contacts or scrolling through tags to not have to click the "show more" button / view more arrows at the bottom to reveal more contacts in the list. This is especially cumbersome when assigning multiple contacts to a smartplan. For example, you want to assign a follow up smartplan to your sphere, you have to use the select all feature assign the smartplan in groups of 20 (no option to View 100 or 500 like in other places) at a time.   6. When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document.   7. When going back and closing opportunities that closed previously but were not moved to the closed phase, the way to set the closed date is only to cycle by month until you find the date, and if it's from past years, the popup calendar doesn't state what year you're in. (Example; was closing out an agents files from 2020 and had to scroll through 28 pages of the months to find the correct one, but had no indication of what year I was grabbing from)

  8. The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

  9. I would like the ability to hide the Contact Form from my agent site. It is the only module on the homepage that cannot be hidden. It is giving me a lot of spam leads and I would much rather that potential clients contact me directly via email.

  10. It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

  11. The more I am working with the website, the more I wish we had a few more stock widgets to work with in addition to "rich text". Something like an image/text box or a CTA that is responsive and always look neat and tidy would be especially helpful. It's hard to get images and text to line up across all devices without additional css and most people just want a plug and play option for their blogs and landing pages. There are some work arounds, but they aren't obvious and this is something that has come up over and over…

  14. After clicking a listing in the listings applet, I lose any and all filters that I might have applied when I click back to return to the map/search results. This makes it cumbersome to navigate using Listings unless I know to open every listing in a new tab.

  15. Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos.   16. The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

  18. Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

  20. example: select contact A and B who are linked as spouses with same address and export them. on the export sheet you get the contacts selected and any other contacts that are linked as relationship to contact A or B who have an address. So the user is trying to just get labels for their couples, but then any sons, fathers, cousins, etc of those contacts are exported as well if they have an address. it is exported as a separate label, but it is confusing to agents as they didnt want those people exported. it would make more sense…
