Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. Go to tasks and select all for the day. Have an export option to transport those names and numbers into Mojo Dialer rather than hand dial each prospect!!!

  3. After clicking a listing in the listings applet, I lose any and all filters that I might have applied when I click back to return to the map/search results. This makes it cumbersome to navigate using Listings unless I know to open every listing in a new tab.

  4. Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos.   5. Currently, the location displayed for agents on their consumer profile found on kw.com is the location of their MC, NOT the location they have entered in their marketing profile. This becomes a problem when agents are part of multiple MCs and operate more out of one versus the other. The feature has been designed to display the oldest established MC, not which MC the agent joined first but the oldest MC. There are instances where the agent barely does any business in the location of the oldest MC they are part of, which causes their profile to look misleading. This…

  7. Make versioning for Opportunity document checklists a lot more obvious. Agents and trainers don't know that this exists and are adding a new opportunity for every offer a buyer has.

  8. The option to bulk upload images for use on your website. Currently you can only upload one image at a time.

  9. The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

  10. When updating ownership in a team account, the agents listed are not alphabetical - making it hard to find the agent I need to update the ownership

  11. Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

  13. example: select contact A and B who are linked as spouses with same address and export them. on the export sheet you get the contacts selected and any other contacts that are linked as relationship to contact A or B who have an address. So the user is trying to just get labels for their couples, but then any sons, fathers, cousins, etc of those contacts are exported as well if they have an address. it is exported as a separate label, but it is confusing to agents as they didnt want those people exported. it would make more sense…

  14. Team owned contacts can not be changed quickly to a new owner instead it's a 1 by 1. This is most commonly seen when contacts are uploaded incorrectly

  15. other CRMs have this for mailing labels, or other mailing label softwares do and not being able to set a certain person to be addressed first seems unprofessional

  16. Currently for the default Command import template not all the fields on a contact card appear as options on the import template. Fields that contacts can have such as Title/Company do not appear on the template as a data column. Also, the there is an issue with zip codes that begin with 0, which takes an extra step to format in order for the zipcode to input properly.

    Request is for the template fields to match all the current contact field options available in a contact card.

  17. The only place to review replies/calls from Twilio is under notifications. It would be helpful to have an inbox for all Twilio text messages/calls.

  18. Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

  20. Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.
