How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Allow Luxury templates for agents who are not in the Luxury community. There are many agents like me who do not focus on luxury but sell them when they are referred to us through our database, through different Realtor networks like CRS and local city networks. I have sold luxury properties for years off and on. Luxury is a moving target. In my area median price is now $1.2 M and Luxury is $2M plus. I remember when luxury was $500k. Those same houses are now $2M plus. I know luxury is more about level of service than price range.…

  2. Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.

  3. Currently you can only export 500 contacts at a time. For larger databases, the separate downloads then need to be combined. This causes duplicate mailing labels if there is a "relationship" tying two contacts together that then need to be deleted. The current 500 record limit results in extra time and work to get a clean export. Please allow a mailing label export for all records in a filter.

  4. Add the ability for agents to see their own production reports in Command. They need to be able to see their production by month, year, and total (especially for year-end tax information).

  6. When an agent is using the activity tracker they log their set and held appointments but the Reports activity lumps this into one number as the sum. I would like to see each metric reported in the Reports>> activity for day, week, and month

  7. I’d like to pull my contacts list sorted by least recently contacted. But I want this to be by personal contacts/reachouts (texts or calling) but not marketing emails. So if I sent a marketing email last Thursday and I sort my contacts by last contacted, everyone shows last Thursday since I sent a marketing email. But I just wanted it to show when I personally contacted them. The reason this would be helpful is I can easily pull my list of contacts based on those who I haven’t made a personal connection recently and then prioritize who to reach out…

  8. It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

  9. Should be able to block or mark leads as scam. We get scam emails from the website and all we can do is archive them.

  10. Agent wants to have auto create function on designs added for the listing presentation templates as re doing 28 pages on every listing presentation is very time consuming.

Agent would like to add the same primary phone number/email to a contact in the additional field on the contact card and not get the error 'That phone number/email address already belongs to this contact.'. He'd like to have the same number or email address on the primary field as well as on the additional field

  13. Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.

  14. Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.

    Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.

    This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.

    Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.

  15. In the search filter for contacts,
    How can I filter the contacts who had the smart plan in the past and not current? Could you add a filter please? I understand that i can find it in the activity, but with 800 in my database, that's a lot to go thru. This is to avoid repeating the smart plan on the clients.
    Or if you cannot delete the smart plan under the smart plan section , even if it's completed.

It would be valuable to have the ability to quickly view and track what my client are looking for using specific search parameters, such as property type (single-family, condo, etc.), number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and more. This feature would allow us to easily see our clients' preferences at a glance, saving time and making it easier to match them with suitable properties.

    Having this information readily available in a client’s profile would streamline the home search process and ensure that agents are always up to date on their clients' needs. It would also be great to include additional…

  19. It would be nice (especially for teams) to be able to archive smarplans or toggle specific smartplans on and off as active to team members. We have certain smartplans that are used for follow up from specific events once a year. I don't want to delete the smartplan; however, it is cumbersome to have it in our list all year round of available smartplans. Having some way to turn those on and off from our list of available plans would be ideal.

  20. Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.
