Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. As a trainer, many fields ALL over Command are required in order to save your work. Yet! They are stated required in DIFFERENT ways, such as Starred, Starred in RED, or marked (required), Can we please get parity in how we are visually showing this? Preferred method being starred in red, as that is the majority of items, especially when considering the Marketing Profile.

  2. other CRMs have this for mailing labels, or other mailing label softwares do and not being able to set a certain person to be addressed first seems unprofessional

  3. Currently for the default Command import template not all the fields on a contact card appear as options on the import template. Fields that contacts can have such as Title/Company do not appear on the template as a data column. Also, the there is an issue with zip codes that begin with 0, which takes an extra step to format in order for the zipcode to input properly.

    Request is for the template fields to match all the current contact field options available in a contact card.

  4. The only place to review replies/calls from Twilio is under notifications. It would be helpful to have an inbox for all Twilio text messages/calls.

  5. In "Reports / Reports" Allow the option to choose a custom range of dates, or rolling 12 mo, 6mo, etc! This has caused several agents and teams some grief when trying to generate specific reports.

  6. Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

  7. As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

  8. Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

  9. ChatGPT or other tools can create .txt or PDF files that are multistep touch campaigns. If SmartPlans added a function to read these files, import the information and create the steps it could save massive time and create a high level of scale to SmartPlans

  10. Use our actual KW email addresses instead of the "agent99999@mailer.kw.com" when we send out marketing emails. The person would more easily recognize who its from and this would help avoid having our emails go to the recipient's spam folder.

  11. Please enable the mass edit to apply to all selected contacts rather than the current limitation of only those on the same page.

    I'm enhancing my contacts with tags. I have found that the system only allows me to mass edit contacts that exist on the same page in Command even though I have checked multiple contact profiles (that are presented on other pages of contacts).

    IE I want to add 'family friend' to contacts that appear on pages 1, 5, 22, and 27, but the system only applies the family friend tag to the two contacts appearing on page…

  12. Hi! When creating a new note or editing an existing note, the window that pops up only allows you to see about 4 lines of text at once. When making a lot of bullet points in a note, that means you have to scroll up and down to see if you already have a piece of information recorded. Could the window that pops up when you create or edit a note, be made larger?

    Also, the formatting doesn't transfer over from note creation or edit window, to when you view it. For example, if you make bullet points on different…

  14. In the notification settings we can set notifications for a property inquiry or a note on a collection, but not if someone favorites a property. This is very useful info that we need.

  15. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  16. When an agent is putting a referral in, and there are multiple agents, it is not calculating under each agent, it has to be calculated manually.

  17. I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.

    Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

  19. Right now our MCA team is having to recreate all referral offers/transactions to get incoming referral checks paid out to agents. It would be amazing and extremely helpful if the agent could select the sale type as a referral themselves.
