To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. When I schedule an event from command in google calendar it would be very helpful if that event would show in timeline or tasks rather than having to create a second record to show the meeting.

  3. As of right now there is no way for our team members to edit any designs in the team designs . It would be very helpful to allow only our team members to edit designs thorugh their team account that way we do not have to publish our designs for EVERYONE to see.

  4. KWW agents want to see the currency in the Opportunities applet reflect as their country's respective currency rather than USD.

    In this case, for the Philippines, they want to see it reflect as peso.

  5. We need to be able to create a Landing Page with a Form. When a lead fills out the form, they are added to an email list for Campaigns.

  8. Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

  9. If you accidentally upload a document to a placeholder that is conditionally required or optional there is no way to delete the uploaded document (this goes for required placeholders too, but a document should be uploaded there regardless.) If that placeholder is not needed for that opportunity the document is stuck there forever. Updating the document does no good if that placeholder isn't needed for that file.

  10. Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.

  11. When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

  13. Currently the KW Neighborhood Nurture Emails get sent early in the morning, usually around 2am. Please update the SmartPlan to allow time of day that is preferred.

  14. When I generate a landing page for a FREE Playbook. I then have to manually enter to send to them. It would be easier if I could put the tag in Command for the specific landing page. When the landing page is used it would trigger the smartplan.

  15. Would love the option and ability to create/name custom merge tags within smartplans. That way we can build out text messages and emails that auto-populate that aren't restricted to names and phone numbers. Fields for "lender name" or event "escrow officer" would be good to have on hand during live transactions. This is a feature I have seen executed within other CRMs and I think it would be a good asset to have within Command for agents.

  16. Please move where we add the address in the contact up with the email and phone number. Our MC has less than 20% of its contacts with addresses because they will not hit the additional info button.

  17. This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.

    This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

  18. Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

  19. People want to see different contact information when you pull up a contact in Command. My experience developing applications & UI has always been a best practice to have as few clicks or physical interaction/navigation as possible.

    To minimize scrolling and see what each agent values as pertinent contact information when the contact is displayed, we should be able to modify the layout of the information on a contact card. For instance, the address is not in view nor is the 'About' section. We should be able to organize the subsections in a contact card.

  20. currently, the monthly neighborhood snapshot Smart Plan (a KW developed Smart Plan) provides both a header and footer, but the format is not professionally presented and is not adjustable.
