Show Expiration Date on Compliance Request Cards
It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

Additional Formatting for Agent Sites (CTA Button, Images, Text Boxes, etc.)
The more I am working with the website, the more I wish we had a few more stock widgets to work with in addition to "rich text". Something like an image/text box or a CTA that is responsive and always look neat and tidy would be especially helpful. It's hard to get images and text to line up across all devices without additional css and most people just want a plug and play option for their blogs and landing pages. Select Multiple Contacts with Shift Key
Before this sometimes worked, now it doesn't even work. If I have to select a group of contacts, it is easier with Shift Click, it is something basic that any CRM should have.

Export Tasks to Mojo Dialer
Go to tasks and select all for the day. Have an export option to transport those names and numbers into Mojo Dialer rather than hand dial each prospect!!!

Make Filters Sticky in Listings
After clicking a listing in the listings applet, I lose any and all filters that I might have applied when I click back to return to the map/search results. This makes it cumbersome to navigate using Listings unless I know to open every listing in a new tab.

Improve Data Sync from MLS to Listings Applet
Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. Show Agent's Location on Site, Not MC's Location (Multiple MCs)
Currently, the location displayed for agents on their consumer profile found on kw.com is the location of their MC, NOT the location they have entered in their marketing profile. This becomes a problem when agents are part of multiple MCs and operate more out of one versus the other. The feature has been designed to display the oldest established MC, not which MC the agent joined first but the oldest MC. Make Moving Contacts between Team/Personal Accounts Easier
The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

Allow Multiple Assignees for Contacts
We can't assign multiple agents to the same contact. This is a problem for teams who have buyers agents and listing agents who have clients that selling and buying. If the contact is assigned to the listing agent and the buyers agent is a collaborator, the buyers agent can create an opportunity for the contact but they are not assigned the opportunity therefore they cannot see that the opportunity exists or access it unless the rainmaker or assignee assigns them to opportunity

"Back to Contacts" Goes Back to Place in Contacts Page after Scrolling
Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

When Exporting Mailing Labels, Only Export Selected Relationships for Contact(s)
example: select contact A and B who are linked as spouses with same address and export them. on the export sheet you get the contacts selected and any other contacts that are linked as relationship to contact A or B who have an address. So the user is trying to just get labels for their couples, but then any sons, fathers, cousins, etc of those contacts are exported as well if they have an address. it is exported as a separate label, but it is confusing to agents as they didnt want those people exported. it would make more sense…

Bulk Change Ownership
Team owned contacts can not be changed quickly to a new owner instead it's a 1 by 1. This is most commonly seen when contacts are uploaded incorrectly
