Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:

    1. The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
    2. Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
    3. Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

  5. when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

  6. Can we label the phone numbers; we already select what it is when entering it but it does not reflect once saved. I cannot tell which is a work line or a mobile

  7. Command MC event widget- auto delete event: Make it so you can add an end date for the event. This way it auto-deletes from the homescreen after the class or event has completed

Enhance Monthly Neighborhood SmartPlans in Command by incorporating zip codes and geo market areas, allowing agents to create more precise and tailored drip campaigns based on clients' buy boxes. This upgrade will overcome the limitations of the current neighborhood classifications, offering a broader and more flexible approach to targeting prospective buyers.   11. Right now inside designs, you can only either use the templates preuploaded in their by KWRI or the 3rd party design applet. It would be nice if Market Centers could create their own templates such flyers for market center events, custom Facebook cover photos, etc. for our agents to use so we don't have to refer them to either Canva or design them ourselves for them.

  12. Our largest competitor in the Milwaukee market is fully connected to our MLS. One of the things our agents are finding very helpful is that once they are confirmed for a showing with one of their agents, they receive an auto email confirming that showing along with listing details and the MLS documents attached to that email.

    Is it possible to have our MLS connected to Command / KWLS so that a similar process occurs for Keller Williams' agents? I'm assuming it would need to be connected to the Showing service (i.e. Aligned Showings or ShowingTime) + our Metro Milwaukee…

  16. It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the viewing of contact notes so it's not just one large paragraph. We reach out to our clients and keep track by date and start a new line for each date but when we look at the notes, it's all one paragraph vs being sorted by date even if we start a new line so they are all separate.

    An option such as bullet points that can list things out within a single note would help in keeping things organized better.

  20. There is a 90MB file size limit for video in a Facebook ad in the new paid ads experience. This eliminates most videos without dropping the resolution and bitrate. If you run an ad directly through Facebook there is a 4GB limit. That's 16 times more video if you run it directly through Facebook.
