To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. I do pop-bys for my clients and with the growing date base, if we could just check mark the names and ask the command to map the addresses to utilize less drive time, it will save us a lot of time. Google map can only do 25 addressed max, there are other apps that will do 50 addresses but we have to share the contacts with them. We need command to do this or us so we do not upload our contacts in a third party app. Please help.

  2. Can we update the way we scour through the email lists? Having to load 100 at a time, then have to wait for next 100 and have to return to the top each and every time to do anything is a waste of time.

  3. agent would like smartplans to would more like https://keap.com/ on keap they use an if/then mapping chart, so that if very specific interactions happen then it will change the flow of the plan as needed. so like our remove triggers but wayyy more in depth

  4. Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns. more characters or space is needed to see the full name of the smarptlans. The other columns like date need less space.

  9. Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

  10. I love the newsletter in command however when I make my contact list and make certain tags, I noticed this time around that anyone new that I added to command or tagged, wasn't included in the newsletter when I sent it out.

  11. It would be great if our agents could incorporate .gif files into their email designs easily via the image. We have agents in our market that like the animation gif that their brokerage offers.

    The added movement makes the piece seem more engaging rather than static, especially for video previews.

  13. I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

  14. Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

  16. when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

  19. Our largest competitor in the Milwaukee market is fully connected to our MLS. One of the things our agents are finding very helpful is that once they are confirmed for a showing with one of their agents, they receive an auto email confirming that showing along with listing details and the MLS documents attached to that email.

    Is it possible to have our MLS connected to Command / KWLS so that a similar process occurs for Keller Williams' agents? I'm assuming it would need to be connected to the Showing service (i.e. Aligned Showings or ShowingTime) + our Metro Milwaukee…
