Moving to new task in the list using arrows
When viewing a list in Tasks, such as Due Today, allow user to move to the next contact card in the list using the arrows at the top, instead of having to go back to the menu to return to the task list and then have to refilter.

Allow Minute/Hour Delays between SmartPlan Steps
I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

Ability to Re-Order Sections of Agent About Me Page
On the "About Me" page, I think that section should be above the "My Details" page because the about me section is more relevant than languages spoken/what market center you are on etc. I think it will pull people in if the order is swapped.

Email Notifications for Incoming Twilio Texts
Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

Auto-Save Edits to Activities, Notes, etc. in Contact Record
I LOVE Command and it doesn't autosave or allow editing for ALL activities. It only allows editing on notes. Also I will be typing and sometimes Command will reload or delete the note. If it were to autosave and allow us to get back and edit in ALL activities that'd be amazing and we'd never lose notes. Would you be opposed to making this idea a reality?

We would like in the Preferred Partners section:

It would be very beneficial on many accounts to have Twillio integration available in CommandMC. There are many factors like recruiting or KSCORE, where sending out texts would be invaluable and save time in the day.

Add "Referral Partner" Field in Contact Details
Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"
If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.
This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals…

Include Email/Text Responses and Activities in Recently Active Widget
Recently Active should include contacts who have communicated by responding to a Smart Plan Twillio text or email. Recently active should also include contacts where an agent has "Added an Activity" for that contact. This will help agents know what prospects are most active beyond just website visits.
