  1. We used to able to grab a contact and drag them to another tab. This made it easy to work from a main contact dashboard and with the individual contact. Now it requires going back and forth and beginning at the beginning of the list. Please let us drag again.

  3. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  4. I have tried to import my Database from a 3rd party CRM via a CSV file. I have many contacts already in Command from doing Opportunities over the last several years. However I have used my other CRM religiously for many years and wanting to get everything into Command. We now have an option to merge duplicates within Command but not as we import them in. It does not import the duplicate contacts. Which has halted my attempt to import and use Command to its fullest potential. I don't have time to import each person individually as I have hundreds…

  6. The only way to determine what associate training is needed in the sales process is to examine conversion rates from contact to appt to contract to close. These fields already exist in Command. Why doesn’t command calculate these crucial ratios automatically from agent supplied dates? Or similar? The framework is already here and it is quite silly that Command wouldn’t automatically calculate these ratios which have THE MOST DIRECT IMPACT ON AGENT INCOME than any other metric. Please add this function because right now I believe the vast majority of KW Agents don’t even know what a conversion ratio is…and…

  7. preferred contact method should be where the phone and email are entered so can immediately see what client prefers; having to scroll down is tedious--you're just not going to do it for every person you meet; plus they may get annoyed if you contact them the non-preferred way and that strains the relationship (weren't you even listening when i told you not to * but instead to *) Anyway, would like to see it in the main 'box' for the contact

  8. It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.

    For example:

    If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.

    Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…

  9. For how important this tab is, it should not be very deep in settings under four different drop-downs. It should be just under the persons name next to settings on the command main portal..

  10. Auto apply the tag "Open House Signin" to any lead that comes in from the Command Site Open house links.

    Because leads are auto assigned to the agent doing the open house, we do not have the ability to use lead routing to add a tag and trigger smartplans. This means agents on teams must manually put the leads on SmartPlans.

    Solo agents have this via lead source. This is a huge pain point for teams and rainmakers who have multiple open houses and need speed to lead.

  11. If someone goes to my website and starts typing in their street address, they should not have to scroll through literal PAGES of other partial matches for an address before finding their address.

    No other real estate website does it this way.

    i have attached multiple screen shots for the same address search for an example.

  12. Waiting to send texts to the database in real time is inefficient for people that plan ahead. Being able to schedule a text to send at 9AM while you are working at 6AM would be an amazing tool for those that practice real estate at odd hours. It would allow an agent to plan out their lead gen for the next day and "automate" it a bit.

  13. KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using.   14. Please add a cc' field for Smartplan emails. We are currently unable to see outgoing Smartplan emails and would like the capability to see the email that was sent out.

  15. Within Opportunities, could there be multiple checklist templates setup to choose from when populating the checklist for a given phase of the opportunity. For example, a new construction buyer opportunity may have a longer-timeline to it and a few different but standard steps (like a blue-tape walkthrough, or activating appliance warranties after the home is purchased). I know I would like this functionality, maybe others would as well.

  16. Please make Bulk delete contact tag in command settings. If someone accidentally chooses to allow a cateogry to upload as a new custom tag when uploading a spreadsheet they may end up with hundreds of custom tags in their drop down lists. Then to delete the custom made tag they have to delete each one individually in command settings instead of a bulk delete option.

  17. Link command tasks with google calendar so when you add or delete a task it automatically adds or deletes on your calendar as a task. Its super annoying bouncing back and forth between both systems

  19. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

    Facebook ads are not as effective without Pixel. Pixel can be attached to the entire website as well be used for specific landing pages, if your using a particular funnel. Pixel allows us to track conversions and optimize our ads. It helps us understand when people…

  20. After an open house, I would like to be able to assign neighborhood(s) to all visitors who attended the open house. Would need the ability to "look up on a map", not just type in the neighborhood since Nextdoor com does not always have the proper info.
