To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Team owned contacts can not be changed quickly to a new owner instead it's a 1 by 1. This is most commonly seen when contacts are uploaded incorrectly

  2. other CRMs have this for mailing labels, or other mailing label softwares do and not being able to set a certain person to be addressed first seems unprofessional

  3. The only place to review replies/calls from Twilio is under notifications. It would be helpful to have an inbox for all Twilio text messages/calls.

  4. Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

  5. As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

  6. Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

  7. Use our actual KW email addresses instead of the "agent99999@mailer.kw.com" when we send out marketing emails. The person would more easily recognize who its from and this would help avoid having our emails go to the recipient's spam folder.

  8. Please enable the mass edit to apply to all selected contacts rather than the current limitation of only those on the same page.

    I'm enhancing my contacts with tags. I have found that the system only allows me to mass edit contacts that exist on the same page in Command even though I have checked multiple contact profiles (that are presented on other pages of contacts).

    IE I want to add 'family friend' to contacts that appear on pages 1, 5, 22, and 27, but the system only applies the family friend tag to the two contacts appearing on page…

  10. In the notification settings we can set notifications for a property inquiry or a note on a collection, but not if someone favorites a property. This is very useful info that we need.

  11. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  12. I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.

    Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

We need a 'history' field when registering the listing in Command, this field must show all changes made to the listing, from changing a word to changing the value or availability, everything that happens in the 'life' of the listing must be displayed in a timeline. Another improvement would be the possibility of manually including a note in this timeline field, so that, for example, when an agent speaks to the property owner to check if everything is still alright, but there is nothing to be changed in the registration, the agent can record that the listing was updated and…

  18. The ability to download all documents from an opportunity to a single PDF file is useful and should be implemented.

Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name. Then, I have to go search the phone # in my team account to see who it is.
