To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

  2. I love the newsletter in command however when I make my contact list and make certain tags, I noticed this time around that anyone new that I added to command or tagged, wasn't included in the newsletter when I sent it out.

  3. It would be great if our agents could incorporate .gif files into their email designs easily via the image. We have agents in our market that like the animation gif that their brokerage offers.

    The added movement makes the piece seem more engaging rather than static, especially for video previews.

  5. I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

  6. Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

  7. We would like in the Preferred Partners section:
    • More categories to include other and Real Estate Schools.
    • Ability to create our own catagory
    • Ability to change the order of the partners. Currently, it is in the order entered.

  9. when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

Enhance Monthly Neighborhood SmartPlans in Command by incorporating zip codes and geo market areas, allowing agents to create more precise and tailored drip campaigns based on clients' buy boxes. This upgrade will overcome the limitations of the current neighborhood classifications, offering a broader and more flexible approach to targeting prospective buyers.   12. Our largest competitor in the Milwaukee market is fully connected to our MLS. One of the things our agents are finding very helpful is that once they are confirmed for a showing with one of their agents, they receive an auto email confirming that showing along with listing details and the MLS documents attached to that email.

    Is it possible to have our MLS connected to Command / KWLS so that a similar process occurs for Keller Williams' agents? I'm assuming it would need to be connected to the Showing service (i.e. Aligned Showings or ShowingTime) + our Metro Milwaukee…

  14. It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the viewing of contact notes so it's not just one large paragraph. We reach out to our clients and keep track by date and start a new line for each date but when we look at the notes, it's all one paragraph vs being sorted by date even if we start a new line so they are all separate.

    An option such as bullet points that can list things out within a single note would help in keeping things organized better.

  18. App link option is currently not included in the button dropdown in email templates. There is currently only Landing Pages and Web Address. I would like to see this under the dropdown options so I can easily link my app link when I send out my email design.

  19. Referral Filters are limited to KW Specializations and Production numbers. Many times agents need to find someone who speaks a certain language or specializes in waterfront properties or ADA compliant homes, etc. Allowing more filters that would pull information that is stored within White Pages would help improve the types of Referrals being received and requested

  20. When trying to build up a referral network, agents would like to have testimonial information or a rating system from other agents to show up in the Referral Agent Card. Many agents build their business based on their customer service and they want to connect with like minded agents. It's hard to find this information without doing an exhaustive search outside of Command.
