Support International Phone Numbers in Commissions for Referrals
Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

Link All Contacts in a Household or With A Common Address
We need the ability to link multiple contacts living in a single household with the same address.
There should be system logic to identify and suggest household members based upon a common address in command. There should also be the ability to manually link household contacts if we do not yet have their address.
This would be different from the relationships feature since related contacts may or may not all live together.

KWC designs: remove duplicate company address at the bottom of email newsletter
In the 'designs' section of command, and create an email campaign for a new listing, on the very bottom bottom of the design template, it auto populates my KW logo, and contact details TWICE as shown under my photo.
Please help me to remove one side of the branded information and not two of the same footer.3 votes -
allow custom smart plan to use birthday information from a Contact’s details
Please allow my custom smart plan auto start on the birthday or home anniversary in their contact info. I do not want to use the KW template and its very time consuming to add each person individually to my custom smart plan every year... thank you

Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:
I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 monthsI want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.

Searchable Custom Fields
Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

Activity tracking work days
Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

Eliminate the pop up box when checking off a task in an opportunity
A pop up box comes up every time you check off a task in an opportunity. This box gets in the way of reading & checking off the other tasks, so you have to scroll to see the next task you want to check off. Eliminate the pop up box so that we can quickly check off the tasks that have been completed. The pop up box is not necessary. We don't need a pop up box to tell us we just completed checking off a task.

Require Reason for Termination of Commission Request
Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.
This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

Recorded Calls
Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.
This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

Play video icon on email design video thumbnail
On email designs, once an agent adds a video URL with a thumbnail, agent wants to have a play icon show for the client on the final email for them to know if they click on the image it will redirect them to a video

Update contingency fields on accepted offers and submitted compliance
The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

Improved Load Time in Tasks
When marking multiple tasks as complete, it takes a moment to load before you can mark the next task as complete. I should be able to mark tasks as complete faster that 1 every 10 secs without being forced to use the bulk task action. This is an issue I’ve experienced with the app and the web-based platform.

Task Due Date Sort in Contacts
It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

Team members should be able to create smartplans in the team account without having to give enhanced or admin permissions.

In filters, date created = .
You currently have a filter for date created, but I can only search greater than or less than. I would like to search dated created =. This would allow me to search by year or possibly month and year.
