To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  3. Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

  4. When I schedule an event from command in google calendar it would be very helpful if that event would show in timeline or tasks rather than having to create a second record to show the meeting.

  5. I would like the ability to print the timeline tab of an opportunity. This allows me to see all of the logged activities in one sheet to my agents instead of sending them multiple screenshots.

  7. As of right now there is no way for our team members to edit any designs in the team designs . It would be very helpful to allow only our team members to edit designs thorugh their team account that way we do not have to publish our designs for EVERYONE to see.

  8. when creating a saved search for a contact, would be handy if there was a way to change the default settings. like on the options for property type - default is all 10 types, I would like to be able to change that so I dont have to uncheck 9 types every time.

  10. KWW agents want to see the currency in the Opportunities applet reflect as their country's respective currency rather than USD.

    In this case, for the Philippines, they want to see it reflect as peso.

  11. We need to be able to create a Landing Page with a Form. When a lead fills out the form, they are added to an email list for Campaigns.

  14. Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

  15. If you accidentally upload a document to a placeholder that is conditionally required or optional there is no way to delete the uploaded document (this goes for required placeholders too, but a document should be uploaded there regardless.) If that placeholder is not needed for that opportunity the document is stuck there forever. Updating the document does no good if that placeholder isn't needed for that file.

  16. Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.

  17. When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

  19. The default website / landing pages are geared toward residential real estate. Commercial brokers need professional website representation, as well.

  20. if i go to add a contact who has already been archived i would like to push a button and have them un-archived currently you have to log out and go into archived contacts and find the contact and restore them. too much time
