To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. App link option is currently not included in the button dropdown in email templates. There is currently only Landing Pages and Web Address. I would like to see this under the dropdown options so I can easily link my app link when I send out my email design.

  2. Is there a way if I use a quick post, it is put under a title or section letting me know that I have used it since my options have been updated (or maybe even a toggle indicator for 'used'). I forget which ones I have used and I don't want to be seen as repetitive.

  3. Referral Filters are limited to KW Specializations and Production numbers. Many times agents need to find someone who speaks a certain language or specializes in waterfront properties or ADA compliant homes, etc. Allowing more filters that would pull information that is stored within White Pages would help improve the types of Referrals being received and requested

  4. When trying to build up a referral network, agents would like to have testimonial information or a rating system from other agents to show up in the Referral Agent Card. Many agents build their business based on their customer service and they want to connect with like minded agents. It's hard to find this information without doing an exhaustive search outside of Command.

  5. when you open an email design and hit back, it takes you back to the designs screen where you have to hit create and then choose email again. Can we please just have it go back to the email templates page?

  10. When creating SmartPlans under a team account when adding a task or call action add the ability to add agent information merge fields so we can put complete scripts in the task description box. Right now the only merge fields for these actions are contact based.

Sharing the following from my marketing guy: "I would love to see the ability when selecting contacts or scrolling through tags to not have to click the "show more" button / view more arrows at the bottom to reveal more contacts in the list. This is especially cumbersome when assigning multiple contacts to a smartplan. For example, you want to assign a follow up smartplan to your sphere, you have to use the select all feature assign the smartplan in groups of 20 (no option to View 100 or 500 like in other places) at a time.   13. As an agent, I want to bulk add contacts to a smartplan yet I want to stagger their start. If I am adding 200 contacts to the smartplan and want to stagger 20+ per day, it is not helpful to have to click the up arrow 20+ times when I could type directly into the field. This would allow me to easily add people in just 2 clicks!

  14. after I hide completed tasks in an opportunity checklist and leave the opportunity, when I come back to that checklist, nothing is hidden. I would love if when I select to hide it stays hidden unless I choose otherwise. It would also be nice to have the option to default to hide completed tasks so I don't have to click it every time.

  15. When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document.   16. When going back and closing opportunities that closed previously but were not moved to the closed phase, the way to set the closed date is only to cycle by month until you find the date, and if it's from past years, the popup calendar doesn't state what year you're in. (Example; was closing out an agents files from 2020 and had to scroll through 28 pages of the months to find the correct one, but had no indication of what year I was grabbing from)

  17. They would like for the discussions to be moved away from a specific opportunity and be brought into more general terms. They would like to be able to "chat" with people on their team in different areas/applets of Command.

  18. The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

  19. I would like the ability to hide the Contact Form from my agent site. It is the only module on the homepage that cannot be hidden. It is giving me a lot of spam leads and I would much rather that potential clients contact me directly via email.

  20. Bring back the ability to email individual offers to clients. This was taken away in the new offers platform. I used this option on every deal and now I can't. I have always tried to keep my system the same for everyone so this being removed is a big setback for me.
