allow custom smart plan to use birthday information from a Contact’s details
Please allow my custom smart plan auto start on the birthday or home anniversary in their contact info. I do not want to use the KW template and its very time consuming to add each person individually to my custom smart plan every year... thank you

Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:
I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 monthsI want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.

Searchable Custom Fields
Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

Activity tracking work days
Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

Require Reason for Termination of Commission Request
Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.
This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

Recorded Calls
Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.
This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

Update contingency fields on accepted offers and submitted compliance
The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

Task Due Date Sort in Contacts
It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

Edit scheduled campaigns
If possible, Agent wants to be able to edit a campaign once it's scheduled, and not having to cancel and recreate it with the edits

HTML Builder and Iframe
Do no limit the access to use HTML builders and Iframe to customize KW Websites. This feature is highly sought after and used by hundreds of agents. This feature has been a significant reason why agents are using the KW Website and not an outside source. Many agents have disabled their paid websites for the KW website because of the HTML builder where they can build their own custom pages.

Update Neighborhood Boundaries
The neighborhood boundaries are outdated and need to be updated. I am currently looking for the Jasper Highlands neighborhood in Jasper, TN and it is not showing as a neighborhood in Command even though it is listed as a neighborhood on the Nextdoor app.

view saved search results
Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.
As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

Edit the 'Notes' Associated with an Activity
When adding an activity for a contact, you are able to add your notes associated with that call, text, mailing, etc. However, you cannot edit those notes once the activity is saved. So if you make a mistake you cannot undo it.

Date-Based Smartplans
I would love for there to be an option for date based SmartPlans. Where you can excluded weekends or even trigger SmartPlans to happen on certain days. For example similar to the birthday plan and home anniversary plan, have where you can do a wedding anniversary smartplan or even on certain holidays have it trigger that way you don't have to remember to set it up X amount of days before the holiday.

Allow agents to view and download their full commission and royalty report from the widget that displays the totals.

Commission Cap Tracking to Dashboard
This needs be on the dashboard, not buried in the Profile menu. The agents have a hard time locating it there, and it is a key business insight for them.
Please do not close this again with: Hi there! You can now track your cap progress in My Profile under My Affiliations > Compensation. :)
That defeats the purpose of the suggestion.

Add Contact to Email List
The ability to add and remove Contacts from Email Lists from within the Contact Card. If timeline shows emailed failed, why make agent go through Campaigns and the lists to remove? If agents can see the Email Lists a Contact is on currently and want to add to existing list, add from Contact.
