Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.

    This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

  2. On email designs, once an agent adds a video URL with a thumbnail, agent wants to have a play icon show for the client on the final email for them to know if they click on the image it will redirect them to a video

  3. The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

  4. When marking multiple tasks as complete, it takes a moment to load before you can mark the next task as complete. I should be able to mark tasks as complete faster that 1 every 10 secs without being forced to use the bulk task action. This is an issue I’ve experienced with the app and the web-based platform.

  5. It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

  7. You currently have a filter for date created, but I can only search greater than or less than. I would like to search dated created =. This would allow me to search by year or possibly month and year.

So my broker told me she wanted a better layout for our vendors list.(We currently have an excel spread sheet) I began playing around in command and found that even though we put our vendors contact info in command with a description of what they do the what the do part in the description wasn't searchable in contacts. For instance if i needed a window reapairman i can't just type window and it pull up my contacts for my window repair vendors. I wanted to know what made information searchable in command. I tried making a smart view for all…

  12. Using smart plans as the property goes under contract and moves through the stages, the ability for command to email the transaction side (seller) status or reminders throughout the transaction

  13. A feature that allows you to create templated, simple or designed emails, that trigger based of different events.

    We have the ability to set up lead routing rules, to auto-tag and auto add to SmartPlans, but the downside of this feature is that it doesn't work with people that already exist in your database. It will only trigger for new leads that hit the system based off a lead source.

  14. In the Compass CRM they have a photographer portal that allows agents to invite their photographer into their ecosystem that lets them upload all the photos and content that they hired them for. The photos/content (floor plans, videos, etc.) get uploaded directly into the agents CRM and begins automating marketing and designs well before the listing is even active. (Paid ads, flyers, social posts etc.)

    This gets the listing marketing rolling much earlier instead of waiting until the listing is active on the MLS.

    The feature also is convenient for photographers as it allows them to have one single account…

  17. Current date fields in the offers section are not intuitive and can lead to input errors. Specifically, the fields do not recognize slashes (”/”) to move between month, day, and year segments.

    Additionally, when users enter a single-digit month and key over, the system incorrectly includes the first digit of the day as part of the month. This rigid adherence to the mm/dd/yyyy format without accommodating common typing behaviors slows down the process, especially when filling out multiple commissions.

    Proposed Enhancement:

    • Allow the use of slashes (”/”) to navigate between date segments.
    • Automatically move to the next field

  20. Agents require the ability to create Market Center Exclusive Listings directly within the Opportunities Applet, including the option to select “Do Not Share - Listing Will Only Be Visible to You.” The current inconsistency in the UI between the Opportunities Applet and the Listings Applet forces agents to use a less intuitive workflow, which could result in potential exposure of sensitive client information. This inconsistency disrupts the user experience and increases the risk of errors, especially when dealing with NDA-protected listings.
