Custom Colors for Tags created in Paid Ad Campaigns Program
When running a new Paid Ad Program, we can create a custom tag for the leads. However, we are unable to choose the color for this custom tag. It will reduce steps and friction if we could choose the custom tag color like we can elsewhere in Command. Going back to settings then navigating to the Edit Tags section is a lot of extra clicks.

Add business card into contacts

Edit the 'Notes' Associated with an Activity
When adding an activity for a contact, you are able to add your notes associated with that call, text, mailing, etc. However, you cannot edit those notes once the activity is saved. So if you make a mistake you cannot undo it.

API
Work with API Nation to start new integrations. (Example) KW Communities, KW Commercial, KW Command, and MLS and Transaction desk. Realness, Buildout, CoStar, Circle, each system was developed at a certain time for its self, and the connecter of most issues would be a system for them to connect. I believe I had an amazing call today with Michael Davidovich t. (858) 876-8274 x702 from API Nation and hope that he can help speak with the right people who can help connect all the dots.

searching checklist items in split and attach
When using the the split and attach feature I want the ability to search for the item rather than scrolling through the list of items to add the doc to. Also within the split and attach option I would like the option to add a new doc to the checklist.

Change the wording from "Offers & Commissions" to "Offers & Compensations"
Since the NAR lawsuit, it would be nice to see the wording change on the Offers & Commissions tab change to Offers & Compensations since the real estate industry wants us to now call commissions compensations. That was KW is in line with everyone else and this doesn't confuse anyone.

Date Based Smartplans
I would love for there to be an option for date based SmartPlans. Where you can excluded weekends or even trigger SmartPlans to happen on certain days. For example similar to the birthday plan and home anniversary plan, have where you can do a wedding anniversary smartplan or even on certain holidays have it trigger that way you don't have to remember to set it up X amount of days before the holiday.

Parties to Transaction - make address & company nickname optional fields
Under "parties to transaction", when creating a new party, it requires company nickname & address. Make this an optional field. This info is not on a contract. Because the fields are required, you can't create the new party & have to record it in notes instead.

With the vast amount of data and detail we collect/search through, being able to 'chunk' the data via a simple break space helps tremendously when quickly scanning for that important deet. "Was it purple or fuscia carpet they absolutely had to have?" When sifting through mountains of data, this can be cumbersome when globbed together in one gigantic run-on paragraph.

Open House Hosting Portal
I'm always seeing agents in my market center looking for open house hosts if they're unable to host their own open house. We have a private Facebook group where people post them, but not everyone has Facebook or is on. I think it would be a great idea to have a portal similar or maybe even built into the Referrals applet where agents can broadcast out an open house of theirs that they're looking for someone to host for them. Integration with Buffini's Referral Maker
I love using command. I also use Brian Baffini's referral maker. Would love to see an integration between the two, so I don't have to enter data in both CRM 's.

activity default
Ability to change default on selected activities. Many times I only want to see "calls" and "Incoming texts" for example. When proceeding to the next contact it currently resets to all selections checked and the need to redo only what I want to see has to be set each time.

Giving tools like this to the KW Commercial agents, it seems, the other agents, Colliers has better tools, Mapbox and 3D tools to search, VS just a discount for the ARCGIS Pro with 1 option of Business anaylycs tool.

Rename Document Checklists When There are Multiple Versions
Several agents in our MC are utilizing the "Create New Version" feature in the Documents checklists in their opportunities. When creating the new version, they have the ability to name the new version to anything they desire, but there currently is not a feature allowing agents to rename the original version. Since this feature is used most often when a deal falls apart, agents are more likely to know the details of the original version before they know anything about the new version, but it is still only ever called "Under Contract".
