Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. When looking at the "All Opportunities" view it would be helpful if non-compliant opportunities could be highlighted so we can quickly and easily see which files need attention.

  3. In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.

    Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

  5. Having an email address for each opportunity, so when I receive documents from the other side of a deal I can forward them to Command and NOT need to download documents before putting them into the Opportunity. Other platforms (SkySlope is an example) have had this feature for years.

  6. When doing a saved search for a client, there isn't an easy way to suggest properties through KW Command.

    Is there a way we can click into the specific saved search we have set up for a contract, and recommend properties to that client?

    Being able to see the properties that align with that specific search within Command would be incredibly helpful, because the only way we can do that is through our local MLS.

  7. Whenever a client unsubscribes from an email, they unsubscribe from "all email communication." Is there a way we can provide a way for clients to opt out of specific communication (campaign lists, smart plans, etc.) or all communication altogether or allow the person in our database to reach out to us specifically to adjust their communication preferences before deciding to unsubscribe?

    I've had clients unsubscribe from newsletters, but would still like to get property notifications, or vice versa.

    This could help us reduce our unsubscribe rates on email campaigns, and improve client/agent satisfaction.

  11. Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.

    It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.

    So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.

    Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

  12. Since MyKW will be eventually going away, I would love to see an option for agents to be able to book conference rooms/worskspace areas for Market Centers that leadership sets up inside of Command on the homescreen or somewhere else.

  14. When you add a "New Activity" to a contact, and the interaction is a "call", there is no way to add "attempted call".

    In the SMARTPlan version, you're able to drop it down further to be "no answer, left voicemail, etc." but you can't when you add a manual activity.

    Could you allow for a drop down menu so we can actually keep track of how many people we actually connect with?

  15. Most of the designs are social. It would be nice if you could convert them to email or other categories rather than having to redo the design. This would make our job a lot easier as some of these can be universal anyway.

  16. Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.

    Adding an official API endpoint for retrieving contacts would allow users to:

    Search for existing contacts before creating duplicates.
    Automate lead management workflows using Zapier and other integrations.
    Improve data accuracy and reduce manual data entry.
    This feature would enhance KW Command’s integration capabilities, aligning with users’ needs for more flexible and efficient CRM management.

  17. Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity.

    Currently you can see spaces in the phone number in the app and on the contact card. When you need to quickly see the phone number in the opportunity it's HARD to read when you need to quickly call.

  18. I am trying to connect into Command to automate my task list from a program like chatgpt. I want to put the details into chat and have it write my intro emails to clients and then sync up with the task list in Command to input my due dates. Is this possible?
