Display appointment held and appointment set numbers in activities
When an agent is using the activity tracker they log their set and held appointments but the Reports activity lumps this into one number as the sum. I would like to see each metric reported in the Reports>> activity for day, week, and month

Select Dates you can schedule Quarterly Call Smart Plan
My Quarterly Call Smart Plan to be editable regarding which days it schedules the calls for. If you don't want calls on weekends or if you take specific days off during the week so you do not get a pile up in your missed calls and focused on your call days.

Sort Contacts by Last Personal Contact
I’d like to pull my contacts list sorted by least recently contacted. But I want this to be by personal contacts/reachouts (texts or calling) but not marketing emails. So if I sent a marketing email last Thursday and I sort my contacts by last contacted, everyone shows last Thursday since I sent a marketing email. But I just wanted it to show when I personally contacted them. The reason this would be helpful is I can easily pull my list of contacts based on those who I haven’t made a personal connection recently and then prioritize who to reach out…

Opportunity Stage Change Smart Due Date
Add the option of a Smart Due Date for Opportunity movement through the pipeline. When I move an opportunity from Watch to Nurture (for example), I want to be able to set up my checklist so the tasks fire of X days after the opportunity enters the stage.

Agents need the ability to add files (PDFs, Word docs, etc) to Contact. The current Notes section is less than useful and often we take handwritten notes when meeting face-to-face and scan for keeping yet cannot add them to this CRM. If I perform a CMA or provide any other service as a courtesy where an Opportunity is not required, agents should have the ability to add the PDF file to the Contact.

Assign a task to several tagged contacts at the same time
It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

Info Goes Away when you back out of the opportunity back to address search...
When looking for opportunities, for example, 'All Opportunities', it takes you to the search area where you can search the address. When you type in the address, the opportunity comes up which is great. However when you are in the opportunity and click 'back' in the browser to take you back to the searched addresses, it's completely gone back to the default search area. This is super inefficient and it would be great to go back to what I had pulled up to keep it organized instead of redoing my search again.

Make note section/activity to be formatted.
when entering a note you are able to add paragraphs ect but when you save it, it is a big run on paragraph .. not appealing!

Be able to block or at least mark some incoming leads as spam/scam
Should be able to block or mark leads as scam. We get scam emails from the website and all we can do is archive them.

Having auto create option for listing presentation on webtrand
Agent wants to have auto create function on designs added for the listing presentation templates as re doing 28 pages on every listing presentation is very time consuming.

Allow agent to use the same contact phone number or email address in the addtional field and primary field
Agent would like to add the same primary phone number/email to a contact in the additional field on the contact card and not get the error 'That phone number/email address already belongs to this contact.'. He'd like to have the same number or email address on the primary field as well as on the additional field

Assigning Other Team Members to Smart Plan
You are not allowed to assign other team members to a smart plan other than the contact assignee or rain maker. We have TC's on our team that we use the task for and it cannot directly be assigned to them. With the occurring task throughout the transaction (re assigning a contact) in the task bar everyday is not efficient.

Flat Commission Amounts in Commissions
Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.

Add a field to Opportunitites to enter a clients Mailing Address
We want the ability to create a better connection between Command and DocuSign such that if we don't have a client's mailing address when an opportunity is created we can add this to the contact and/or opportunity and it will still sync with DocuSign and eliminate the need for agents to add it in all 3 locations manually.

error log
Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.
Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.
This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.
Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.
