To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.

    It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.

    So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.

    Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

  2. I saw this was 'released' but not in the way I would like it. So I sort via a tag like A and W. When I add another tag it expands the search to include the second tag- NOT WHAT I WANT. I want to be able to add another tag that looks at all those A and W tags and only keeps those that also have this second tag, such as Past client, then add another tag reducing my search from under those tags.

  4. It would be incredibly useful to have a feature that allows users to bulk assign SmartPlans to opportunities based on their opportunity stage. This would streamline follow-ups, automate client communication, and ensure consistent outreach without the need for manual entry. Bulk Editing Capabilities: Allow users to select multiple opportunities at once and apply or modify SmartPlans.

  5. Whenever a contract has been closed, the Opportunity Phase is changed to CLOSED. It would be very helpful, especially for tracking purposes, to have a WITHDRAWN Phase if the seller decides to withdraw the listing from the MLS or a TERMINATED Phase if the buyer or seller terminates the contract. Otherwise, these all go into the Archive file and it doesn't really explain why it is being archived and cannot be used to filter out your withdrawn and terminated Opportunities.

  6. Since MyKW will be eventually going away, I would love to see an option for agents to be able to book conference rooms/worskspace areas for Market Centers that leadership sets up inside of Command on the homescreen or somewhere else.

  7. In Command, when adding an LLC or a Business, the contact card will re-arrange the name of the business. Can we have an option to put in a person or a business and if it's a business, have it NOT change around the name?

  9. When you add a "New Activity" to a contact, and the interaction is a "call", there is no way to add "attempted call".

    In the SMARTPlan version, you're able to drop it down further to be "no answer, left voicemail, etc." but you can't when you add a manual activity.

    Could you allow for a drop down menu so we can actually keep track of how many people we actually connect with?

  10. In Documents, there is a feature that I would like to see in Command where the documents you upload are searchable. Frequently, we receive very wordy documents and emails and need to find them within files that have hundred of pages. Sometimes we have obscure documents or contracts that we don't remember the name of and we want to find it in the file. If we could search the documents that we upload, this would be very helpful. SkySlope has this feature and I really miss it now that I have moved to Command.

  11. Most of the designs are social. It would be nice if you could convert them to email or other categories rather than having to redo the design. This would make our job a lot easier as some of these can be universal anyway.

  12. Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.

    Adding an official API endpoint for retrieving contacts would allow users to:

    Search for existing contacts before creating duplicates.
    Automate lead management workflows using Zapier and other integrations.
    Improve data accuracy and reduce manual data entry.
    This feature would enhance KW Command’s integration capabilities, aligning with users’ needs for more flexible and efficient CRM management.

  13. Revert to previous searchability in Filter and Advanced Filters. Previously was able to type the search term directly and now have to click into a search field, creating additional click and time.

  14. Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity.

    Currently you can see spaces in the phone number in the app and on the contact card. When you need to quickly see the phone number in the opportunity it's HARD to read when you need to quickly call.

  15. I am trying to connect into Command to automate my task list from a program like chatgpt. I want to put the details into chat and have it write my intro emails to clients and then sync up with the task list in Command to input my due dates. Is this possible?

  20. There is no scroll bar in that menu so it looks like a static chart. They should put a scroll bar so people know they can scroll for the rest.
