To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

  2. Allow Luxury templates for agents who are not in the Luxury community. There are many agents like me who do not focus on luxury but sell them when they are referred to us through our database, through different Realtor networks like CRS and local city networks. I have sold luxury properties for years off and on. Luxury is a moving target. In my area median price is now $1.2 M and Luxury is $2M plus. I remember when luxury was $500k. Those same houses are now $2M plus. I know luxury is more about level of service than price range.…

  3. Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.

  4. Enable custom template in Designs for postcards go directly to Direct Mail, WITHOUT having to go outside Command (Canva, etc) to resize and then import the properly sized design back into Command. We should be able to mail the designs we create in Command WITHIN Command, without all these extra steps.

  5. My Quarterly Call Smart Plan to be editable regarding which days it schedules the calls for. If you don't want calls on weekends or if you take specific days off during the week so you do not get a pile up in your missed calls and focused on your call days.

  6. Add the option of a Smart Due Date for Opportunity movement through the pipeline. When I move an opportunity from Watch to Nurture (for example), I want to be able to set up my checklist so the tasks fire of X days after the opportunity enters the stage.

  7. When looking for opportunities, for example, 'All Opportunities', it takes you to the search area where you can search the address. When you type in the address, the opportunity comes up which is great. However when you are in the opportunity and click 'back' in the browser to take you back to the searched addresses, it's completely gone back to the default search area. This is super inefficient and it would be great to go back to what I had pulled up to keep it organized instead of redoing my search again.

  8. Create a mileage tracker within the KW Command App so agents can log their business miles for their car. Or perhaps integrate a 3rd party mileage tracker.

  10. When an agent leaves a team, contacts assigned to that team member need to be reassigned to the rainmaker automatically.
    Often times a team forgets or doesn't know this needs to happen, then emails may go out from Smartplans that look like they come from that agent even though they are not on the team anymore.

  11. Team Rainmakers/Admins would benefit from being able to filter through our opportunities by "Assignee". Right now you can only filter by owner or tag. On teams the "owner" will always be the Rain Maker. Making an assignee option to filter through would be extremely helpful for teams with 3 or agents or teams that have a high volume of units.

  12. Save searches should be enabled for all Contacts despite of them using the KW App. Just like Matrix, Flex, Brivity, Chime, Top Producer and other CRM's. As of now, if the contact does not use the App, the save search will NOT go out.

So my broker told me she wanted a better layout for our vendors list.(We currently have an excel spread sheet) I began playing around in command and found that even though we put our vendors contact info in command with a description of what they do the what the do part in the description wasn't searchable in contacts. For instance if i needed a window reapairman i can't just type window and it pull up my contacts for my window repair vendors. I wanted to know what made information searchable in command. I tried making a smart view for all…

  14. Using smart plans as the property goes under contract and moves through the stages, the ability for command to email the transaction side (seller) status or reminders throughout the transaction

  15. I use third party software to display information from multiple databases into Airtable as a web app for my team. I would like to also bring data from Opportunities into the teams app and be able to make changes in my app that will sync back to Opportunities in Command.

    This would allow Teams to use another lead aggregator, like GoHighLevel or Brevity, that includes Pipeline data syncing into Command.

  16. I have a folder with custom design templates for my open house materials (sign-in sheet, print-flyer, door hanger, social post, social ad, etc). I would like to duplicate the entire folder with all of these templates. Right now I duplicate each individual design one at a time. This gets very tedious when I have a bunch of upcoming open houses because I have to duplicate each media piece multiple times and move them between folders. I'd like to just duplicate the entire folder rename it, then start editing the content.

  17. I keep getting fake leads from scammers who just want to use email and WhatsApp. I would like the ability to create my own lead form for leads coming to me so that if I want, I can both require an actual phone number and the ability to put a message stating that I don't use WhatsApp to deter these types of leads. It also makes it look like I'm not converting any leads when they're all fake to begin with. Thanks.

  19. Work with API Nation to start new integrations. (Example) KW Communities, KW Commercial, KW Command, and MLS and Transaction desk. Realness, Buildout, CoStar, Circle, each system was developed at a certain time for its self, and the connecter of most issues would be a system for them to connect. I believe I had an amazing call today with Michael Davidovich t. (858) 876-8274 x702 from API Nation and hope that he can help speak with the right people who can help connect all the dots.

  20. Since the NAR lawsuit, it would be nice to see the wording change on the Offers & Commissions tab change to Offers & Compensations since the real estate industry wants us to now call commissions compensations. That was KW is in line with everyone else and this doesn't confuse anyone.
