Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Integration with Buffini's Referral Maker

    I love using command. I also use Brian Baffini's referral maker. Would love to see an integration between the two, so I don't have to enter data in both CRM 's.

  2. activity default

    Ability to change default on selected activities. Many times I only want to see "calls" and "Incoming texts" for example. When proceeding to the next contact it currently resets to all selections checked and the need to redo only what I want to see has to be set each time.

  4. More visibilty of emails on team contact timelines

    ISA teammember would like for other team mates to be able to see the full email message she sends out from command to clients. currently she has to add an acitivity with the full email text so that other agents can read it and be in the loop. She cold calls the leads so what she emails needs to be visible to the agent members.

  7. Remove default filters for RMs.

    Rainmaker wanted did see ALL contacts but default filters are applied. She doesn't like having to tap to remove the filters as it adds extra steps.

  8. Task - Linked Contact/Opportunity missing

    When linking a contact or opportunity to a task, it would be great to be notified if the domain is missing information
    (e.g. Task created "Email Clay about documents" and 'Clay' is linked as a contact, but there is no email for Clay)

  9. SP - Add neighborhood

    Agent would like to add neighborhood to a contact when they submit their info through a paid ad for a listing. This would automate connecting to the client to relevant.
    Agent also mentioned wanting to take any bulk action on a contact (e.g. taging) via SmartPlans.

  12. Free Resource Automation Landing Page

    It would be good to be able to create a landing page that has the option for recipients to checkmark certain items to download for free.

    EXAMPLE: After a positive call with a FSBO, we might just send them this email that has a link to a landing page. Once they click that link they are taken to a page that has 5-10 options for free download "free open house guide, free facebook/instagram posts, free listing flyer designs, free custom eflyers, free emarketing plan... etc." Then the user can checkmark which items they want to download.     The Recently Active link takes you directly to all of your contacts instead of showing you the recently active contacts in your database.

  14. Ability to Re-Order Sections of Agent About Me Page

    On the "About Me" page, I think that section should be above the "My Details" page because the about me section is more relevant than languages spoken/what market center you are on etc. I think it will pull people in if the order is swapped.

  16. Command Lite

    I'm sure this isn't a new idea, but I want to amplify it. I need a simpler Command system. I'm not a Power-user like the many teams across the KW universe.

    Let me check the box and choose what functionality I want so its simpler. Right now I have to relearn it with every use and research what new function or setting has been added. I'm stuck on a new setting right now and I just have to punt. Support is off line and I can't wait til Monday.

    Feels wrong to pay for something that costs me time to…

    Please allow formatted text in activity entries. Email chains are munged together and are nearly unreadable, text message entries are worse
