To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. A drag and drop feature should be included. I think design should be removed. A easy click feature should be included to produce mass emails with pictures to leads/clients.

  3. Hi! Please provide new Email Design Templates to attract sellers. The current design templates are 2 years old. We, agents, need marketing email designs that support current market conditions, and provide more options in general. This would help me to use Command to support the MREA's suggestion of 33 touchpoints to convert, instead of using outside sources.

  4. Hi, I'm from one of the Worldwide regions and we do not use text message or SMS frequently here.

    I am wondering if you would consider having "send Whatsapp message" as one of the Bulk Actions on Contacts; this will help greatly especially for when we want to send festive greetings (without using Whatsapp Broadcast directly), and allowed for this update to be recorded on Contacts Timeline too.

  5. We cannot edit or delete system tags, which results in duplicate tags being created/used. Please give us the option to edit or remove system tags.

  6. It would be helpful to be able to add the other agent on the other side. The current co-broker tab requires tax id info. I am only needing to add name, brokerage, email and phone in the parties to the transaction section.

  7. When we filter on Lead Source it only has the sources and not the contacts the lead came from. I want to know how many people a contact has sent to me as a lead. Right now I can only put in referral, but there is no good way to keep track of exactly who is sending the leads.

  8. For new agents looking to import an existing spreadsheet or for existing agents looking to export their complete database, clean it up & then re-import starting fresh, include the "Relationships" field.

    Otherwise an agent needs to spend additional time in Command entering relationships that could have more easily been set in advance within their spreadsheet & simply imported.

  9. For agents that have their license in multiple states, it would be great to have section to where you can add your license number in a seperate section instead of on the same line.

  10. To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. This feature would enable users to easily generate clean, clear reports for Activities, Goals, etc., without resorting to multiple screenshots or dealing with cluttered screen prints. This addition will significantly aid in data review and strategic planning, especially in team settings.

  12. There is some technology that is set to come out from a lead source that uses AI to analyze multiple public data sets to guess the likelihood of homeowners making a move: date of last move, mortgage balance, equity left/built in the home, neighborhood activity, etc. This could be leveraged to better scope out/implement farming or other marketing techniques in certain neighborhoods. The program gives estimates of their likelihood to move, with breakdowns and reasons as to why.

  13. We have agents that have moved into the referral group and are showing up in the Active Referral Pattern. They are not allowed to practice real estate so it makes sense to be able to remove them and from our end.

  14. Previously, the "last contacted" column reflected all email activity. Recently KW Support told me that is no longer true for all emails, just those from a smart plan as part of a recent change.

    So now, the Last Contacted column is not a true reflection of the last contacted activity. It needs to revert back to reflecting all activity.

  16. I'm sure this isn't a new idea, but I want to amplify it. I need a simpler Command system. I'm not a Power-user like the many teams across the KW universe.

    Let me check the box and choose what functionality I want so its simpler. Right now I have to relearn it with every use and research what new function or setting has been added. I'm stuck on a new setting right now and I just have to punt. Support is off line and I can't wait til Monday.

    Feels wrong to pay for something that costs me time to…

  17. The only way to determine what associate training is needed in the sales process is to examine conversion rates from contact to appt to contract to close. These fields already exist in Command. Why doesn’t command calculate these crucial ratios automatically from agent supplied dates? Or similar? The framework is already here and it is quite silly that Command wouldn’t automatically calculate these ratios which have THE MOST DIRECT IMPACT ON AGENT INCOME than any other metric. Please add this function because right now I believe the vast majority of KW Agents don’t even know what a conversion ratio is…and…

  18. The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:

    1. The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
    2. Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
    3. Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

  19. For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.

  20. It would be great if we could export any list of contacts that we are able to filter and create SmartViews around. This is good for handing off lists of people if necessary for various reasons.
