Google Ads for KW Emails
At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.

Immediate Need to Resolve URL Pre-Approval Requirement
I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

Enhanced Sorting Functionality in Customized Columns on Contacts
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.
In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

Search by Contact Name in Email Campaigns Report
When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

Select Preferred Time of Day for Neighborhood Nurture Email

Allow Upload for Mailing Labels to Direct Mail Campaigns
Currently, our Direct Mail Campaigns don't merge spouses when sending postcards, meaning each individual contact is sent a postcard, which significantly increases costs for larger mailings. We should have the ability to upload our own mailing labels (which we can create and have linked spouses merged onto one label) so that multiple postcards aren't sent to the same address.

Show Street Matches First in Property Search
If someone goes to my website and starts typing in their street address, they should not have to scroll through literal PAGES of other partial matches for an address before finding their address.
No other real estate website does it this way.

Parties to the Transaction Viewable in Command Mobile
Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

Share Luxury Designs with All Agents
Allow Luxury templates for agents who are not in the Luxury community. There are many agents like me who do not focus on luxury but sell them when they are referred to us through our database, through different Realtor networks like CRS and local city networks. I have sold luxury properties for years off and on. Luxury is a moving target. In my area median price is now $1.2 M and Luxury is $2M plus. I remember when luxury was $500k. Add "App Link" as Option in Button Dropdown for Email Templates
App link option is currently not included in the button dropdown in email templates. There is currently only Landing Pages and Web Address. I would like to see this under the dropdown options so I can easily link my app link when I send out my email design.

Attach PDF to SmartPlans Emails
Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

Feedback/Testimonials for Referral Partners
When trying to build up a referral network, agents would like to have testimonial information or a rating system from other agents to show up in the Referral Agent Card. Many agents build their business based on their customer service and they want to connect with like minded agents. It's hard to find this information without doing an exhaustive search outside of Command.

Make "Closed Date" in Opportunity Details Typeable
When going back and closing opportunities that closed previously but were not moved to the closed phase, the way to set the closed date is only to cycle by month until you find the date, and if it's from past years, the popup calendar doesn't state what year you're in. (Example; was closing out an agents files from 2020 and had to scroll through 28 pages of the months to find the correct one, but had no indication of what year I was grabbing from)

Require Rainmaker Approval before Document, Offer, and Commission Submission
This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.
This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.
