Email Reports for Individual SmartPlans
Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:
I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 monthsI want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.

Include Address in Home Valuation's Contact Timeline Notification
when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

Feature to boost ads inside command
There are agents out there who boost posts of their recently sold listing instagram posts, for example, as a way to increase reach for those posts. You can do it natively from instagram.com. I was wondering if there was integration for that feature in command, but it seems like there isn't. if tehere isn't, agent would like to have one

Buyer/Seller Information sheets
It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.
Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

Expand Email Step Editor
When adding steps to smartplan the work area is stuck to the side and unable to widen. Can it be edited where we can make the screen wider not only longer? Or bring it it the middle where the stesp aret and move the steps where the editing steps are. In this box I am typing in now has the ability to make the box bigger by clicking on the double arrow on the top right, that would work for the email edit box in smartplans!

Assigned team email address that can be used to send out campaigns on behalf of the whole team and not just one agent
Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.

Bulk Remove from SmartPlan(s)
There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

Search by Contact Name in Email Campaigns Report
When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

Task Table Remains "Sticky" after Completion
Frustrating. It should go back to where you were before. Scrolling up to the top wastes my time as I have to scroll back down and remember where I was.

Assign a task to several tagged contacts at the same time
It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

Notifications for Individual Tasks Due
Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....
Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

Clearer Errors & Actions for Invalid Emails
currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).
