Need the ability to add pdf files to a Contact
With the increasing usage of AI note taking devices that export notes and conversations as a PDF file, agents need the ability to add those notes to the contact. Current note limitation where it takes several paragraphs and turns them into one long mess is useless.
Clean outline and transcription on the pdf will help agents who use these call recording and note taking devices instead of asking agent to type in one thing and have platform try to make it all one long sentence.

Suggested System Update: Filter for Phone Numbers Unable to Receive Text Messages
I’d like to suggest a potential system update that could help with database management. It would be very helpful to have a filter or flag that identifies phone numbers in the database that are unable to receive text messages. Currently, the only time this becomes visible is during the text verification step when an exclamation mark appears next to a contact before sending. Adding a way to filter or view those numbers in advance would make it much easier to clean up the database and ensure messages are only sent to numbers capable of receiving texts.

Add Transaction and Opp ID #'s to the left rail so it can be seen at all times
Add Transaction and Opp ID numbers to the left rail so it is easily referenced - this is mainly for admin so they can easily reference these number for accounting/commission reports and in emails to their MC re: closing delays, changes in commissions, etc. At present, they must go to the commission tab to see the transaction # and "details" to see the Opp. ID#. It is clunky and should be easy to attach these numbers to the left rail as we do with the MLS #.

STREAMLINE systems like REFERRALS/EARNEST MONEY OVERAGE (so nothing falls through the cracks)
When there are multiple steps necessary to complete a task (for example referrals or overage on Earnest money) flagging all of those steps would be helpful. We don’t know what we don’t know and Command flagging/forcing the various steps would be helpful.

Need a way for Teams To Communicate within Command
Teams are looking to be able to communicate quickly through our system without having to use a third party application. We used to have the ability to @ people and communicate through opportunities. Brining something like that back and having that ability on the contact side as well, along with some sort of notification when @'d would be amazing.

Sharing Folders from Personal Canva to KW Canva
It would be a great feature to be able to share folders from my personal Canva account to my KW Canva account as I transition. Right now, I have to individually share dozens of different projects, and is very time consuming. Could this be something that we partner with Canva to make it easier for agents to transition to their new Canva account?

Have an intuitive AI ISA that reaches out via text to incoming leads to qualify them, and interact with them until it's time to pass them off to an agent. It would also identify contact activity in our CRM and start a text dialogue to try to reengage a contact/lead.

Add Agreement Expires Date to Key Dates
When working with a Listing Opportunity, there is a place for adding the listing expiration date to the Key Dates, but now, especially with Buyer Representation agreements required nationwide, we need a place to add the Representation Expiration date in the key dates to prompt agents to extend the representation if desired by the client.

Following our recent investigation into the KW Opportunity API, we have identified several key fields available in the user interface (UI) that are currently missing from the API's HTTP response.

I am creating an initial offer. why do I need a close date? this is an offer, don't I use this to track offers?
does the close date mean I have closed or is this an estimate. I don't want to add a close date because this is just an offer. the close date hasn't been agreed upon yet. I want to enter the offer so I can track the negotiation process.
