Adding City for contacts where I don't have full addresses, but know which town or city they live in
Right now, I can only add full addresses for contacts; and not have reminders on what cities they live in if I have that info. Would be nice to have the option to at least enter their town/city if that is known

Enter neighborhood using Zip code
I know contact who are interested in certain zipcodes and I'd like to add the zipcodes they are interested in VS having to to pick neighborhoods. Would be nice to enter a zip code in the neighborhood and command can auto-pull the neighborhood names based on that.

Remove Login from navigation
I undersand the need for the Login for lead capture, but I don't need it as a new agent. I would like to have the Login page only if I set Forced Registration to number. If it is unrestricted, the Login in the navigation bar should come off. This way the navigation is more simplified. Esp since someone can easily navigate propertied on zillow or redfin, it is a little redundant on a personal website.

Hermitage is labeled Nashville
When someone's address is Hermitage, TN command is changing it to Nashville, TN and that's not correct so then mailing label is wrong. This needs to be corrected so that Hermitage is pulling up.

Search Contacts via Map View from Center Point (Farming)
I would like a map search function in Command, similar to what is in MLS's and home search apps. So that if I have a Listing at 123 Main St, I can draw a circle around that address, and it will show me everyone I have in my Database who is within that search area so I can contact them specifically about my Listing. Or Farming, or mailers, or any other numerous options to find my contacts by geographic areas.

Add the ability to apply a Note or Activity to multiple contacts
I think it would be great to have the option to add the same Note or Activity to multiple contacts, especially when you are documenting activities on an Opportunity with multiple participants (Husband/Wife, business partners, etc.). This would prevent the need to duplicate all the notes added.

Add Dedicated "Last Name" Field to Improve Contact Search
I’ve noticed that the system seems to treat the second and third words in contact entries as potential last names within the Contacts tab. For example, entries like "John & Mary Smith"—where spouses share an email address—are combined into a single "Full Name" field.
If you check the Contacts section in KW Command, you'll see there is only one field labeled "Full Name." It would be much better to have two separate fields: one for First Name and one for Last Name. This structure is more efficient and improves both data entry and search functionality.

language
I have clients and potential clients who speak multiple languages. It would be great if smartplans could change language instead of having to make a new one. It would be great if you could set a preferred language for a contact and the smartplan would change for it.

Kanban view for tasks
Having a kanban board view for tasks would be a great improvement. Allowing the user to expose custom fields on the task card would be helpful. The current table view doesn't show the task type or description, forcing the user to open each task to gather more details.
Furthermore, I'd like the ability to group by due date, assignee, type, and status. Status would be the most important.Nice to have: comment on the task, i.e. "Tried to call client today. They were busy but requested a CMA sometime next week."

Auto-name each split document
When splitting a PDF and selecting the document type, users are still required to manually name each split document. Having Command auto-name the documents based on the selected type would help streamline the process and save time.

Task list defaults to first unchecked task
Have the task list go directly to the next unchecked task. TCs are opening the task list within opportunities and having to scroll all the way down to where their next task it. Either compress the accordion view on all sections are autoscroll to the first undone task.

Contact History
Create a contact 'history' for past phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, etc. Helpful for looking up past info, and more importantly to retrieve information that was mistakenly deleted (not contact archive).

Archived/merged/deleted contacts with relationships appear on the primary contact page
I have done lots of database cleanup after moving contacts into a team account. Some contacts with relationships that have been merged still exist on the primary contact page as a duplicate. One of the contacts links to the correct profile, and the duplicate leads to either a 404 or 403 error "this contact no longer exists."

It would be beneficial for the Offers & Commissions tab page to have the Select KWLS Listing merged together or eliminate these requirements when trying to submit the commission tab, opposed to the second page opening and having to go change the filter to All Listings while searching for the property. Many agents find the additional steps on the landlord/listing side frustrating, and there have been numerous occasions where it continues not work.

Direct Mail Duplicate Address Prevention/Detection
When creating Direct Mail Campaigns in Command, it should check the contacts selected for duplicate addresses and not send multiple postcards to the same address.

having multiple cities within the Principle city
Most of my database in Command is located in a city called San Pedro, primarily within the 90731 and 90732 ZIP codes. Although San Pedro is technically part of the City of Los Angeles, when these ZIP codes are entered into Command, the city field automatically populates as “Los Angeles.”
Is there a way to designate these ZIP codes as “San Pedro” rather than “Los Angeles”? This distinction is important, as residents strongly identify with San Pedro, and receiving mail addressed to Los Angeles can create the impression that I do not work or live in the area. This is…
