    I’d like to offer feedback on the current Commission Request process in Command and suggest an updated, agent-friendly design based on common challenges we see at our market center. I understand that I may not know all the ins and outs of the backend process, but this is a time-consuming problem for both the agent and the staff.

  2. In the past we had a timeline built into our app and sites that has since gone away that I used with my clients. At the time the business was moving so fast we did not have time to run through that as much. Now with the sales timeline being longer and the opportunity for us to show more skill I feel like those timelines are way more useful. Our MLS (STELLAR) who uses matrix has a service called OneHome that has a nice clean interface that does exactly this and reduces the clients anxiety by letting them know exactly…

Our MLS (STELLAR) offers property fit that is a simple process of asking them questions about what they want like a consultation and then from that when listings that we send go out or they search for any listings on our One Home MLS site it shows their property fit score as a percentage of fit to what they answered. I think this would be a nice value add and similar to what we had discussed in the past as Home DNA.   4. Currently the rainmaker cannot edit a note that an assignee created. The rainmaker should have the ability to toggle on or off the editing of notes by all assignees/team members/admins. While an assignee/team member/admin can have the ability create and edit a note, they should not be allowed to delete a note. Only the rainmaker should have the ability to delete any note.

  11. When you add a "New Activity" to a contact, and the interaction is a "call", there is no way to add "attempted call".

    In the SMARTPlan version, you're able to drop it down further to be "no answer, left voicemail, etc." but you can't when you add a manual activity.

    Could you allow for a drop down menu so we can actually keep track of how many people we actually connect with?

  13. Agent María González Expósito requests that, when creating a list in Command, it should not be necessary to manually select the currency and unit of measurement (C.A. or m²) each time.

    She wants there to be a default setting for these fields or, at least, to be able to search more quickly by typing the first letter of the currency, country, or unit of measurement (for example, typing “S” to find Spain).

    Her goal is to streamline the process of creating lists.

  15. Have ability to hide the country when printing labels. All of my mailings are to people in the US. Having it on the label is unnecessary, looks odd, and maybe unprofessional. I expect agents in other countries have clients that mostly or entirely live in the one country.

We need a 'history' field when registering the listing in Command, this field must show all changes made to the listing, from changing a word to changing the value or availability, everything that happens in the 'life' of the listing must be displayed in a timeline. Another improvement would be the possibility of manually including a note in this timeline field, so that, for example, when an agent speaks to the property owner to check if everything is still alright, but there is nothing to be changed in the registration, the agent can record that the listing was updated and…

  17. The problem: This process is inefficient and time-consuming, especially when trying to plan follow-ups for a large list of contacts

    The Idea:
    Introduce "Tasks" as a selectable option in the "Customize Columns" settings for Contact SmartViews.

    This new column wouldn't need to show task details, but simply provide a visual, at-a-glance indicator to show whether any task exists for that contact.

    Suggested Implementation:
    The indicator could work just like the email validity icon:

    Task Exists: A clear icon (e.g., a red dot, a small checkmark) appears in the column.
    No Tasks: The column is empty or shows a different icon…

  18. SmartPlans have been created as "people" plans... keeping in touch with our people. I'm currently trying to connect Opportunities-Checklists with SmartPlans to create a hybrid Transaction Plan, where tasks are performed, some automatically through SmartPlans and some tasks are manual and individually done by team members through the checklists. Currently, though, only checklist items are allowed to "time" them to be done Before/After a Smart Date. We need this ability in SmartPlans also so we can time the SmartPlans within our Opportunity Phases and Stages.

  19. agent would like smartplans to would more like https://keap.com/ on keap they use an if/then mapping chart, so that if very specific interactions happen then it will change the flow of the plan as needed. so like our remove triggers but wayyy more in depth
