Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. In the "My Referrals" section, referrals should be automatically assigned a system tag based on their status. For example, referrals marked as Lost should have a "Lost" tag. Currently, when viewing All referrals, there’s no clear way to identify which ones are Lost, Pending, Active, Funded, Expired/Canceled, or Rejected. Adding visible status tags would help quickly distinguish each referral’s status.

  2. It would be very handy to have a live link to the list in the emails report of the undeliverable email addresses so we can archive the contact.

  3. It would be great for there to be a built in calendar (maybe your Google calendar) integrated into Command so you can add events, reminders, tasks for you to do, etc. That way it is all built into Command on the homepage or the tasks applet.

  5. Currently, tags are sorted in order of date added to the contact. With system tags always appearing at the end of the list of tags. Would prefer that tags sort alpha/numerically on the contact card view and contact list columns view.

  6. Please remove or allow us to choose how tasks are opened. Currently when you open a task for a client it pops up as a new window cause multiple open Command pages. This also forces a manual refresh for any changes or tasks completed.

  7. While using the Task tab, I attempted to locate a specific task by searching the contact’s name, but this functionality doesn’t appear to be supported. I also reviewed the help documentation on the website and confirmed that the system currently does not allow task searches by contact name.

    To locate the task, I had to use a workaround—clicking the colored labels on the side, selecting the red “Past Due” label, and manually scrolling through the list until I found it. This method was time-consuming, especially given the length of the task list.

  8. Commercial properties cannot be displayed on Consumer platforms. However, when creating a Collection in the Listings Applet, property search filters show an option to filter by Property Type: Commercial. When users tick this checkbox to apply this filter, there are 0 listings in search results, which is expected but having a non-functionality filter option causes confusion. To reduce confusion and have parity with the consumer platforms, filters in the Collections modal should match the filters found on kw.com and the KW app.

  10. Currently to find information about contacts you need to scroll to see information.

    While the email and phone number are visible, things like the description, mailing address, and other information could be included by eliminating much of the white space that is being allocated to separate information.

    Doing this allows users to get all information at a glance, making the system more efficient.

  11. For larger teams, we run into a lot of cases where a member of the team adds someone to their contacts, only to see the contact already exists in the team database. Our current workaround is telling the second agent to add the contact to their personal database, but then they can not leverage the team's SmartPlans, create team opportunities, the contact is not visible to the team, etc. We would love to have our agents operate solely out of their team account, but this snag makes it nearly impossible.

    It would be nice if you could toggle a setting…

  15. When creating SmartPlans under a team account when adding a task or call action add the ability to add agent information merge fields so we can put complete scripts in the task description box. Right now the only merge fields for these actions are contact based.

  17. When creating an address for a contact (It was a PO Box) I cannot manually type in the state. I have to search for the state even if I put the correct abbreviation for the state. So annoying!
