Check Contact Phone Numbers against Do Not Call List
Embed do not call list into command so that it will automatically populate agent's contacts if phone numbers match. Automatically prevent calls to those numbers.

Integrate Optional VoIP App of Your Choice
I searched others' ideas and I didn't see this one addressed.
I see that we have the capability to make calls directly from the app (how cool!), and that it can track it as an activity (wow!), AND that you can choose whether to use your device's phone plan OR Whatsapp (amazing!).
I am wondering if it is possible to integrate my Google Voice VoIP phone number (or other app for other people) as another option besides personal phone plan & Whatsapp. I am trying (if at all feasible) to make my VoIP my business number and keep my personal…

Merge option when matching phone numbers are found
When I add a contact and the primary phone number is found in my data base a pop up should ask if I'd like to merge the contacts. Right now I have to cut and paste info back and forth then delete one

API Endpoint for Retrieving Contacts in KW Command
Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.
Adding an official API endpoint for retrieving contacts would allow users to:
Search for existing contacts before creating duplicates.
Automate lead management workflows using Zapier and other integrations.
Improve data accuracy and reduce manual data entry.

Update the information shown in my website inside any browser
If I have a client, I would like to customize how I appear in google, I would like to have a way to change the tab and web browser text that appears on google, not having an option to change this will affect the way I offer my website! Please add a way to customize this text!

We have a huge population of Chaldean agents in our market and at our market center. The Chaldean language is missing in the drop-down of languages we can add in "my profile" in Command. I am hoping we can get this added. Thank you!

Buyer Bulletpoints on Contact Page
For active buyers on their contact page, have a number of bulletpoints to the right of the contact info as to what they are looking for (vacant lot, under $60k etc) so that it doesn't have to be written in a note or scroll down after much activity to remember what their preferred criteria is

Commission Cap Tracking to Dashboard
This needs be on the dashboard, not buried in the Profile menu. The agents have a hard time locating it there, and it is a key business insight for them.
Please do not close this again with: Hi there! You can now track your cap progress in My Profile under My Affiliations > Compensation. :)
That defeats the purpose of the suggestion.

Merge Tags for Twilio Texting
In Twilio, have one of the merge tags be the address of the contact in order follow up better with seller leads.

Social media posting
In command campaigns social post reposting is currently available to teams only but not single agents. It should be available to individual real estate agents as well. That is my request/idea.

Compliance
For audit reasons, Compliance Teams need access to search Opportunities by address. However in the case where a Buyer has submitted multiple offers, then have cancelled and released those contracts, the Compliance team currently has no way to find previous addresses as Opportunity Name generally has the current address associated with that Opportunity. However, if when searching the Search parameters could also include the Timeline within the Opportunity, Compliance would see "previous" addresses. Please make the Timeline one of the fields the Search scours.

Ability to assign a task to my admin, without making them a collaborator
I want to assign a task to my admin, without first having to make them a collaborator. It is an extra step and misleading. My admin is not a collaborator, and should have the ability to be assigned tasks, without being a collaborator.

You know how, when we send a Smart Plan via email, there's a report that shows who received it and who opened it—so we can track who's interested? It would be really helpful if we had something similar for text messages sent through Twilio. Ideally, we could see tracking information—like who opened the message—directly beneath the text when we're sending it.
