Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When creating an address for a contact (It was a PO Box) I cannot manually type in the state. I have to search for the state even if I put the correct abbreviation for the state. So annoying!

  2. Add a ‘Documents’ button to the contact record so we can save and organize documents even before the contact becomes an opportunity.

  5. It would be nice to add a contact while I am already on a contacts page so I don't have to keep clicking on the "back to contacts " tab to back to the contacts list and click "create a new contact". I often come home from networking events and have a stack of business cards and causes extra steps in adding one new contact after another

  6. In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.

    Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

  7. It would be very helpful to have the ability to update "linked" contacts all at once. For example, if I update a contact's address, home anniversary, or conversation notes, it would save time and ensure all linked contacts remain up to date. A prompt or option to "update connected contacts" when clicking save would make the process more efficient and help maintain consistent and accurate information.

  11. It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the viewing of contact notes so it's not just one large paragraph. We reach out to our clients and keep track by date and start a new line for each date but when we look at the notes, it's all one paragraph vs being sorted by date even if we start a new line so they are all separate.

    An option such as bullet points that can list things out within a single note would help in keeping things organized better.

  12. In a Contact record that has a saved email address, when I right click on the email address hyperlink, there is no option to click "copy email address". This is a feature in many applications. It would be helpful to quickly copy from this Contact view screen instead of having to click Edit contact to then copy. This new option would save a step.

  13. Currently, when an agent enables Keller Home Loans (KHL) on their KW website or mobile app, the leads generated through the “Save Thousands” / KHL promotion are routed to the generic KHL site and then assigned to loan officers outside of the agent’s control. This creates two major issues:

    The lead originated from the agent’s KW site but is assigned to another loan officer, causing the agent to lose the opportunity.

    Since KHL loan officers are often dual-career (loan officer + realtor), this may also result in losing the lead to another real estate agent.

    I’d like to offer feedback on the current Commission Request process in Command and suggest an updated, agent-friendly design based on common challenges we see at our market center. I understand that I may not know all the ins and outs of the backend process, but this is a time-consuming problem for both the agent and the staff.

  16. When you add a "New Activity" to a contact, and the interaction is a "call", there is no way to add "attempted call".

    In the SMARTPlan version, you're able to drop it down further to be "no answer, left voicemail, etc." but you can't when you add a manual activity.

    Could you allow for a drop down menu so we can actually keep track of how many people we actually connect with?

  18. Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.

    As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

  19. download a list of my contacts that clicked on the link within my SmartPlan. Those are ideal follow up calls, and right now you have to manually write down the Email address and individually search the database. We need the ability to download the list of contacts, with complete contact information, that opened an Email or clicked on a link in an Email.

  20. SMS messages sent within Command using Twilio are included in the AI summary. The messages sent and received on our phones while we're mobile are not and there isn't a way to import them into Command
