To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Update all forms fields to allow for FOUR buyers , versus two that we now have, to match same quantity as contracts. When completing forms in DocuSign the fields don't match the amount of buyers. Also the contact information can't be linked back to command. This prevents the proper history being updated.

    It's just too much unnecessary manual work when we already have a system created to do just that.

    Adding TWO additional blocks to add Buyers will improve accuracy, time, transaction history and allow for clean process.

  2. When a loop is imported into command, all forms within the loop are placed into a custom folder. However, If forms are added to a loop after it has been imported into Command, those new forms will not be automatically included in the original custom folder. We would like the forms that were added to the loop after the import to automatically get added to the existing custom folder.

  3. It will be helpfull to be able to edit how often de client updates are send, and also be able to add for example how many views or visits the leasing have had in for example the last month, show the results to our clients and not the tasks that we have done.

  4. Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name. Then, I have to go search the phone # in my team account to see who it is. I have to copy/paste the text I received from them into a timeline note, and then text them back from the team account to keep it in…

  5. When creating tasks under stages in Opportunities- We should have the ability to assign the person who create the opportunity as the selected signee instead of having to manually assign the tasks as they come up.

  6. When I want to enter a tag I have to start at the beginning of my tag list and scroll through all tags and at the end of each page I then have to start at beginning and then get to the next set and so on for each page. When I type a tag should it not just go to that tag? Or like type in R and go to the R's to start searching?

  7. When responding to a text message using Twilio, it would be helpful to be able to see the previous messages in the thread, similar to how you respond to a traditionally text message thread on your smart phone.

    Currently the window to compose a Twilio message doesn't show any of the previous text messages in the conversation. Adding the ability to view previous messages in the compose window would be helpful.

  8. It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

  9. For customization in emailed designs, the property address TOWN would be a real useful field as a merge item. I assume it would be |ContactCity| or something to that point.

    Should be easy to add to the pick list, as well.

    It would facilitate emails like "Hello |ContactFirstName|, here's the latest real estate newsletter for |ContactCity| :"

  12. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  16. Agents are unable to efficiently review and edit multiple contacts while navigating through the Database. The current single-window approach disrupts workflow and causes loss of context when switching between contacts.

    To address this, we propose returning the Contact Name as a link feature Command previously had. Agents could open multiple contacts in separate tabs within the database view, by right-clicking on the contact name and selecting "Open Link in New Tab" button.

    This allows for standard desktop browser Tab management features, such as tab closing, reordering, and grouping which all would enhance user experience and productivity.

  19. Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites. Example we have a buyer who was purchasing a town home that got to the stage Contingent and Phase Under Contract. How ever it did not go through. We have tagged it as Lost Oppotunities. However if we go into the contacts Opps Tab it still shows Stage Contingent and Phase under contract. It should show there it is a lost Opportunity without having to go in Opportunity.
