To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When a document is signed from the opportunity using DocuSign, there is no way to retrieve a copy of the certificate after the fact. Because of this, the certificate should be added to the opportunity automatically in case a lawyer ever asks for it.

  3. Porch but with REAL QUOTES

    We use to have Porch Repair Estimate Generator within every command opportunity. The problem with the estimate, we weren’t connected with someone that would actually make the repair for the price provided.

    There’s an app that you can send handyman and really any repair job out to and real professionals will give a quote. Once job approved by person who requested the job, communications will open up. It’s free for the party needing repairs. The contractor pays for credit for the leads. And, contractor is only charged credit when job accepted.

  4. When splitting a PDF and selecting the document type, users are still required to manually name each split document. Having Command auto-name the documents based on the selected type would help streamline the process and save time.

  5. I would like to be able to have my brand very visible on the bi weekly or monthly smart plan. It is currently very small and not something you see right away

  6. Why can we not go into smart plans, contacts and then click on a contact from there? I don't want to have to have extra steps to get into a contact's information

  7. When we switched from a single agent to a team account we lost all smart plans that were being used because they didn't transfer with the contacts. We had to re-create smart plans. What a time and money waster because we were not notified that they dropped

  9. As this "platform" is allegedly built on the Google platform, lose the Beta program "Unique Recovery Email" and have agent use the Google Authenticator application. Start thinking BIG - stop with the band-aid fixes that require new methods every few months.

    I want to suggest the development of an integrated dialing system within KW Command, designed to streamline call workflows, enhance lead follow-up, and improve overall agent productivity. Here’s how it could function:

  12. Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.

    Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.

    This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.

    Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.

  14. When I want to enter a tag I have to start at the beginning of my tag list and scroll through all tags and at the end of each page I then have to start at beginning and then get to the next set and so on for each page. When I type a tag should it not just go to that tag? Or like type in R and go to the R's to start searching?

  15. It's fantastic that we can manage a number of signatures in the email module within contacts! But we need to be able to select a default one that automatically inserts into our emails. For every email we send right now, we have an extra two clicks to click on the add signature button, then click on the signature.

  16. This might be more comprehensive and harder than I may be making it seem, and I also feel this would be a HUGE value add to Agents/Admin and MCAs/TLs. It would be nice if we could build a Smart Plan that included multiple different Campaign Features. Building a Month Long Campaign for an event or Reverse BOLD 100. Features would include scheduling by Date, Utilizing Text & Email (Already does this in a smart plan) AND adding the ability to have Social Posts scheduled to go out based on the linked accounts in our Marketing Profile.   19. There should be totals for Units, Volume, and Commission in All Opportunities.

    When agents use Filters and create Smart Views, they are often expecting to see totals for those fields at the bottom of the list to get a sense of where their production is at YTD, last year, or what's Active or Under Contract, etc.

    Agents have not been able to gain the insights they want in the Reports applet.

  20. When we enter contacts into Command that need to be linked, it would be awesome that when after you enter the first contact, and then when you start on the second and you "Add a relationship" ....if the Collaborator and Tags automatically populated to the second contact...that would be amazing!
