To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  2. I would love to see a ticker counting outbound activity daily. How many call and text I send to maximize my day/week/month with a bar graph in reports. How long was I on that call, answered or LVM?

  3. Auto-generate with AI. Create workflows in the pipeline that auto generate everything from listing presentation, CMA & marketing strategy in each stage of a client's lifeline. In scheduling would be able to click a button to generate a listing presentation (editable), once scheduled it would send an appointment reminder to the client morning of appointment, along with all necessary listing presentation docs like CMA, listing presentation accessories pulled from the details and contact page. Would be really cool if in the app we could just ask KWIQ prompts to generate these and email them directly to us or client.

  4. Would love in the marketing tab to pull all designs and templates created. Listing presentations autofilling from details page but also editable in templates. This would speed up listing presentation prep and in general all design prep for all designs going forward.

  8. Please move where we add the address in the contact up with the email and phone number. Our MC has less than 20% of its contacts with addresses because they will not hit the additional info button.

  10. As this "platform" is allegedly built on the Google platform, lose the Beta program "Unique Recovery Email" and have agent use the Google Authenticator application. Start thinking BIG - stop with the band-aid fixes that require new methods every few months.

  11. We’d like to suggest enhancing the Contact Profile page in KW Command by integrating real-time property data and a Google Street View preview based on the address saved in the contact's profile.

    Proposed Features:
    Live Property Snapshot: Pull basic property details (beds, baths, square footage, lot size, last sold date, estimated value, etc.) from a trusted public data source based on the address in the contact’s profile.

    Street View Integration: Embed a Google Street View image of the contact’s address directly in their profile for quick visual context.

  12. We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.

    Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.

    Hide the AI Summary by default and allow it to be expanded only when needed (e.g., by clicking a button like “Generate Summary”…

In Associates Command, adding an Interaction Activity: no can select an outcome compared to CommandMC = you can select the outcome: answered, no answer, left voicemail, etc. Support said this feature is not available in associates Command, only for CommandMC : However, in the standard Command platform used by associates, these specific interaction outcome options are not available. The functionality in CommandMC is tailored for Market Center leadership to manage and track interactions more comprehensively, which may not be mirrored in the associate-facing Command platform.

  16. After completing a search for contacts, opening and moving through them, add a number above the next arrows for where you are in the list. EX 3 of 247 so you know how far you are into the list.

  19. We need the ability to link multiple contacts living in a single household with the same address.

    There should be system logic to identify and suggest household members based upon a common address in command. There should also be the ability to manually link household contacts if we do not yet have their address.

    This would be different from the relationships feature since related contacts may or may not all live together.

  20. Sort Smartplans and Folders
