Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Tasks notifications on the app are a hit or a miss. They sometimes do not appear until 1-2 days after the task was created. Like other CRM's, it would be great if an email can be sent each time a task was created or at least once a day. Our team cannot currently depend on getting tasks and this is crucial to our internal team communications and customer service.

  2. Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos.   3. when recording a Call on the contact timeline it defaults to We Talked when you actually may have left a message (CLM) or no answer of the phone (CNA)

  6. The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

  7. Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

  12. agent would like smartplans to would more like https://keap.com/ on keap they use an if/then mapping chart, so that if very specific interactions happen then it will change the flow of the plan as needed. so like our remove triggers but wayyy more in depth

  13. Update the home evaluation tool to capture and notify agents of the address entered, even if the consumer doesn’t complete the full form. This ensures agents can see potential leads who showed interest but didn’t submit their contact info, allowing for follow-up strategies like targeted ads or direct outreach.

  19. Two-Factor Authentication via Command App where agent has to approve login in the app after certain amount of days.

    This seems like a much better and secure option rather than password reset every 90 days. Would also help with the spam phishing attempts to snag agent’s login credentials.
